I have purchased many items through fabletics and do like the quality. However, in my attempt to return 4 items I have had to be on the phone for several hours m. I sent all items back in the same box yet I had to call and individually fight for the money back on each item. They said I wanted a to exchange the items, then I didn't send all of the items. I was hung up on several times (and I am very polite I've worked in customer service for many years) until I finally on my 5th call I was able to get someone who said they would give me my money back as a "one time courtesy" as if they were doing me a favor. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
They weren't clear about the monthly rates. I asked if it was a monthly payment and they didn't tell me until I asked them again.

The clothes have gone down hill I am a runner/Camp gladiator workout person.
Fabletics was recommended to me by a friend.
I have had more than one bra lose the elastic.
I have had to return more than one pair of pants due to bad stiching /sizing
Your sizing is not consistent
You really should market to a bigger clientele than size 2-4]
There are other women in the world than size 2 models.
I have more than once tried to order a Large/xlarge just to be told sold out

First let me say I love the Fabletics cloths. They have a lot of great colors, fabrics, patterns and more and the quality is great. I have loved everything I have bought. My disappointment comes with actually receiving the cloths. This is the 2nd order I have had shipping issues with. I get notification my items shipped they don't come. I wait because I know some things are taking longer but then I get a notification that my return has been excepted and I will get a refund. I never received my order. I call and talk to people and get different answers then a few hours later I get notification those same items just shipped. I still over a month later haven't received my items or a refund. I was really excited for these items. Hopefully they fix the issue soon.

I signed up for Fabletics after seeing all the bright, fun, unique designs I saw on their commercials on tv as well as the promotors on Instagram. Since signing up, I've put through probably 30 plus orders throughout the year. Just for basic workout clothes that will suffice but don't impress. I find that a lot of the cute fun workout sets that they choose to promote are often not available on their website nor even displayed. This is very frustrating for an avid shopper like me who keeps up with the new releases and email blasts. It would make more sense if I wasn't so on top of their advertising, however even when new arrivals come out the things, they're promoting on tv aren't even available? Very very frustration. On the plus side, the quality is great and i've never had an issue there.

I've never had any issues with Fabletics or their clothing. 100% of my purchases are workout pants and sports bras- they've lasted a long time. And I think the membership is convenient and easy to use.

I love fabletics! If I had an unlimited budget I would shop every month and find at least one or two of the suggested outfits that I want. I have to be choosy in my budget and have to skip some months, but it is easy to do, and still there when I can splurge! The clothes last so long and with the membership are reasonably priced, so I never feel bad when I do order!

Customer service has been great. The quality is VERY good. I'm a strength and conditioning coach so my gym gear gets a lot of use. This clothing line holds up and keeps its great look use after use. My only complaint is the app is clunky and never seems to work. And there is a huge lack of sizes. Maybe creat wish lists for people so they can supply the demand.

I need some basics like a white sports bra and there is nothing available. It's like Fabletics keeps such a low inventory or range of designs. I also was looking for a gray legging once and also there was very little to choose from. Also sizes sell out extremely fast. Sizing is off, for instance i wear an XL in the leggings but am a size 10. Lastly, why don't the clothes have sizing in them? When I want to reorder and check the size of what I own it's impossible to find. I find it very hard to shop through the app and am considering canceling.

I thought I ordered XXL pants and then it switched back to M when the order went through and received them. When I went to the store at Westfarms Mall, 4 customer service reps just stood around the checkout desk talking socially as I walked through the store with a surgical boot. After 5 minutes, I asked if one of them could help me and one came over however she didn't know much about the products and then she asked another associate and she responded I think it's lounge wear. Then I asked if one of them could help my son with the shorts and she told him that there are different styles with different materials and that they have an insert. She then looked back down at her laptop and ignored him.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
