When your competitors are able to process and ship items in a couple days there's an expectation you do the same. In general shipping is slow, and the provided tracking information is blatantly wrong. The products are high quality and affordable, but your logistics suck.
It is very frustrating to discover that outfit choices are so limited and it is also disappointing that so many times the choices include a specific bra. When you do not need more bras it is a waste. I think this program was deceptive in how the choices would be a benefit.

I love them! I've tried so many other sites for yoga pants. These are by far the best quality I've seen. There up there by lulu lemon to me. Great styles. I've started an addiction.

Quick deliveries. Never an issue w returns- rarely returned anything I bought. Very accurate description of items offered. Really like the pics of "real" people in the clothing- gives a more realistic view. Only problem- checking the site often enough to get in on the deals before they're gone!

I needed new leggings for my "work from home office attire", not for working out. My disabilities make that impossible, but I digress. I saw an add for a sale, like 2 for $24 or something like that, so I bought some. I did not expect much. Usually these companies that are headlined by celebrities are really not much to talk about. I was VERY pleasantly surprised. The leggings I bought (and joggers too!) are extremely good quality. The material is not thin and flimsy. They are comfortable and look great. Again, I just cant stress the quality. I was so impressed! Nice job, Ms. Hudson!

I originally signed up for this subscription because of the wide variety of workout gear available. I was then pleasantly surprised by the quality when I received my first order. Since the time I signed up, the workout clothing selection has steadily decreased and availability of items that are still online is very low. It is quite frustrating. Please get back to workout clothing!

I love the stuff they sell but it's CONSTANTLY late, and at times it's taken weeks past the ship-by date. Will be cancelling due to the extremely poor shipping methods they employ.

Now when it comes Fabletics, they are the best rather you're ordering online or shopping at the store! I am a curvy woman and their leggings fit so good and look amazing! Sometimes I wish they had more colors on signature sets but no matter what they look damn amazing!

When skipping the month for fabletics. You can only do it on the 5th of the month. Which I always forget to do on the 5th but before that I can remember. I am probably going to step down from being a VIP member because I cannot afford money coming out of my visa every month.

Fabletics online used to be great; easy website, great customer service. The site never works properly anymore and I just got the app, but that's not working right all the time either. I have to call just to skip the month 2 months in a row. When I called for Feb, the call got dropped and the lady never called me back. After waiting over 30 min to get someone to talk about the issue... I shouldn't have to call back if a line drops.

I'm so fan of activewear from Fabletics. I have different models, colors and prints. The quality is amazing. 100% recommended!
The items that I get are good quality, but I still feel that the subscription is over-priced. When using a member credit, I want to purchase a single piece is generally less than the monthly fee. I want to get a good deal for my money, and I don't think I get that. I haven't been impressed with pieces/sets available lately and it also seems that an item in the set will not be available in my size. I actually tried to cancel my subscription, and the service rep told me I'd lose my credit, so I'd have to call back after I used it. I just skip months now and hope I don't forget to skip it.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
