Customer service is awful. Money is taken out of your account without knowledge. Refunds not given. Member credits policy is a complete scam. Credits cannot be spent on what you want, only pre-approved outfits. Never seen such a scam

I've been a member of Fabletics for over 2 years and it's been positive. Returns are easy and it's easy to skip a month if you don't want to be charged. As well, when I had issues with an order, I was able to get ahold of customer service and the issue was handled. I would say that although Fabletics is known for the leggings, I mainly order other things. I find their leggings tend to fall off when exercising. They are great for lounging around though. I have a tough time finding leggings that fit overall, as I carry weight in my stomach and my bum is flat. Overall, I love the options and fashions. I've had great luck with the shoes, which is a triumph for a size 10.

I have never seen anything like this before. It is 13 days I'm waiting for my order and should wait additional 4 days. You can't be serious.
Love the clothes and returns are made easy! Clothes are comfortable and hold you in nicely good for working out or sitting around the house. Staff are very helpful when needed easy and free to return.

For some reason when I tried to order an outfit bundle something happened where I just ended up ordering the bottoms. Perhaps it was my mistake or a glitch in the system. Either way, after I received just the shorts, I called to get the problem addressed and the top was no longer available and they wouldn't give me a credit to get a top. So I spent an entire member credit on one pair of shorts. Just frustrating since I was really excited about the matching set, and wasn't given the option to settle for something else.

I went a size up from what I usually order to accomodate some post baby weight gain, so imagine my surprise when I get my leggings and they're *the exact same size* as the ones I've ordered previously. This isn't body positive at all.

I especially like and appreciate the designs with the pockets on the bras and shorts. Some years ago, I discovered them here way before any other stores started to offer them.
The quality is generally decent to pretty good. Almost all my approximately 10 items purchased from here were great and no issues.
One of the running/active jackets I purchased was way too long on me at 5'2 and ended past my butt by maybe an inch. Fabric and design were great however.
The second item I had an issue with was a pair of neon shorts. The fabric was a bit sheer, and the underwear was easily distinguishable by colour and shape under. And front camel toe which I don't have in any of my other 30 or so leggings/bike shorts.
Return was easy to find on the site, but I didn't have a printer ready so I was going to stay on the page and print later. Trying again later, I was never able to get to the shipping label from the site again. Going to the return page a second time, the item was grayed out, preventing selection to pull up the label. It was not emailed to me in my first return attempt, so I had to chat with them. Chatting on mobile, the layout was just messed up and started at an AI. Every time I tried to type, it zoomed full screen to the word I was typing, and I couldn't see the input box to type in after clocking in there the first time. It was too annoying that I decided to just keep the <20$ item and remind myself not to purchase from here again unless I'm ok with a gamble.
The unsubscribe option was easy enough to find on their site and was a simple process which I'm super appreciative of having experienced another company that required calling a number no one answered. Resubscribing (at least the third time), was simple and offered the same benefits to "new subscribers".

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
