After waiting patiently 3 weeks for my order and no update, I call for an update and it was the worst customer service I've ever experienced. My order was canceled and I will not be a customer here and very sad about that, I was so excited for the items.
I understand the return policy is 30 days, but if you have a poor quality product, you should stand behind it and exchange it. Just started wearing this it starts to fall apart. I agree with Virginia - do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP Fabletics!

Ok, I get it: I sign up for VIP you charge my card every month. I can opt out each month at a time you say? Great, right? Hahaha. So I forget a few times, no big. When I finally decide to use my "accidental" credits I have accumulated I spend $79 of the $99, but you charge my card 20 somthing dollars? When I find out why I'm told that I have to use the exact amount of each credit (49) and everything over is not included. Sure I can go back and buy something else, but I only wanted that and I should have the entire purchase covered by money I payed already. Scam! I'll be sure to use exactly 49 on my next and FINAL purchase. Oh and dont forget to cancel you actually have to call in, because you can sign up online easy peasy but you cant cancel without extra effort...

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings from fabletics.com and they already charged me for them. A week ago I found out that I can not have another membership at this time due to financial reasons so I called to cancel for the time being. ( I planned on signing back up in a few months once I could afford it again) well... the lady on the phone was rude and cancelled the membership and also cancelled my order because I'm no longer a member. Ummmm I ordered as a member, but since I had to cancel the membership just for now then I'm treated like $#*! and they cancelled my order, but still charged me AND I still have not recieved my refund. I can't believe they treat people like this when you cancel the membership. I coach gymnastics and wear this type of clothing on a daily basis and would have purchased ALOT on their website, but now I'll just continue my shopping elsewhere.

I pay $49 a month you have a special 2 for $48 legging special, I apply it to my cart- only to find out that I can't use MY Money for said special. What kind of ridiculous crap is that? I'm a VIP member, shouldn't I get special offers and be able to spend MY Money on your special offers. I'm canceling needless to say. The "credit" is money pulled from my account it's not credit your giving me- so why can't it be applied to my purchase with a special offer. VIP membership? Nah! Nope, sorry!

I l8ve fabletics.com. But, the selection and choices have changed. There's not as many patterns to select from as there used to be. Also, it seems everything is sold out continually. Not enough inventory. Bring back more patterns and the feminine patterns with the masculine patterns. Add more inventory!

Product was of good quality. I needed to exchange the braa for a smaller size. Only one in my size was available. I exchanged one and opted to refund the other. A month later it still was not processed. Tracking number showed it had been delivered. After voicing my unhappiness they decided to go ahead and process the refund. The exchange had to be processed as a refund instead because the lroduct was no longer in stock due to their delay in processing. Highly dissatisfied. Although I really like the quality and really want to try one of their sports bras, the possibility of having to return it is a huge deterrent.

No legitimate clothing company charges $600 a year for it's "service"!
$49.95 per MONTH?! And if you didn't realize you had signed up for this sleazy small print "membership" then you can easily throw away $600 a year. Even Amazon or credit cards don't charge that much! Who the hell would consider $600 a SAVINGS to buy some freaking workout clothes? That's a SCAM!
$5-10 is even too much for a monthly charge for this. Anything that's a recurring monthly charge based on people not reading fine print, and/or an initial "free" membership is ILLEGAL in other countries. How we allow this in America is just despicable. Sleazy companies can just prey upon poor people in this country.
Kate Hudson can go f*** herself. A rich Hollywood celebrity (grandfathered into the business by her rich parents) does not need to be scamming Americans for money. What a freaking lowlife thing to do.

I was drawn in by the price of two pairs of shorts for $29, did not understand I was signing up for a recurring membership. I felt a little scammed.
Shorts ran a little small.
It takes a while for items to arrive and for returns to process
I was excited to try this company out. Received my products last night, quality is absolutely crap. If you are looking for workout gear for any type of moderate training and beyond, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE because the fabric they use will probably only be ok for brisk walking and beginning yoga.
Also, called to change color for one of the products the next morning after the order is places, I was told they can NOT do that even though the order has not been processed, the shipment has to come and I have to call and do an exchange after.
Customer service is not that great and there is a restocking fee for returning items. I will give zero star if I could.
The Jenna High-waisted pant are a perfect fit for me. I have lost 40 lbs over this last year and all my pants are too big. I ordered a medium and they are a perfect fit for me new size. They fit perfectly for my new body. Really pleased.

Tried to get the 2/$24 deal. Half the stuff is out of stock, and once you place an order, if you cancel your membership (which is $49.95/month for NOTHING!), they cancel your order. So you cannot get 2 leggings for $24... it's 2 leggings for $24 + $49.95 + tax!
Also, I got a gift card for Fabletics, and they wouldn't even let me use this gift card for my order. Canceled everything immediately, had to chat with a representative for 30 minutes just to make sure they cancel my membership and my order. All in all, wasted an hour ordering leggings, but getting NOTHING out of it.

I bought one pair of leggings from Fabletics as a friend gave me a gift card to the website. I purchased one pair, no problem. Only to find out months later that I was being charged a membership fee when I have no memory of signing up for such a thing. The charge was no showing up on my bank statement so I had literally no idea. I then confronted customer service to ask for a refund and explain my situation. They said they could only refund me $100 meaning I had to spend the remaining $800 on the website. I was furious, but the would not give me any other alternative. So, I spend a boatload of money on Fabletics and do not love a single piece I recieved. The quality is poor, not meant for high-intesity workouts, and shows sweat spots so easily. At the end of all this, the customer service rep STILL tried to convince me to keep my membership. Not a fan, save your money or spend it on a more honorable brand.

Fabletics, has been a nightmare for a month for me. I have been a vip member for over a year, I placed one big order a year ago and had no problems. My second order has been nothing but problem, I placed in on September 28, and still my order has not been fulfilled, had numerous calls and emails and no one can give you answer. All they tell me is that it's going to be shipped out tomorrow this has been going on for two weeks. I can not understand how this company has no overnight shipping option on top of how they can not tell you when your products are going to arrive. They know to take your money every month but not how to ship there products out. I am canceling my membership immediately.

I Love the socks and the underwear. The shorts are great.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
