Product was of good quality. I needed to exchange the braa for a smaller size. Only one in my size was available. I exchanged one and opted to refund the other. A month later it still was not processed. Tracking number showed it had been delivered. After voicing my unhappiness they decided to go ahead and process the refund. The exchange had to be processed as a refund instead because the lroduct was no longer in stock due to their delay in processing. Highly dissatisfied. Although I really like the quality and really want to try one of their sports bras, the possibility of having to return it is a huge deterrent.
