I wear workout/Pilates clothes every day. While I do Pilates several times a week, I mostly just wear Fabletics gear because it's flattering and comfortable and suits my everyday casual and on the go lifestyle.
I love the products, when there are sizes and styles that I want. Seems like sizes and options are limited and hardly ever updated. The website is overall good, although I wish when buying a bundle, it was easier to mix and match. I wish there was an option to build your own bundle. There are often time I want a top from one bundle and hope I could add it to a different bottom.
I love fabletics, and love to workout in the gear. I do often skip because of the sizes are out and the bundles aren't exactly what I want.

I found the items I got to be very cute but not worth the amount paid for them. I wouldn't consider them low quality, however they were not of the quality I expect for the amount that I paid. I'm happy with what I purchased so far but would like to invest in my wardrobe elsewhere.

I found Fabletics about 8 months ago. I read reviews and was still nervous about ordering clothes. I have a very long torso and my inseam is only 29. I am 6ft tall. So finding pants and even shorts are difficult. From the first pair of shorts I have been hooked. I have moved all of my gym/home shorts to Fabletics. Now I am working on all of my work and golf pants to you as well. I did try a polo shirt and ran about a size and half smaller than I am used too. I am hoping to loose more weight so I can purchase some shirts. Your products are the best!

I am a jazzercise instructor and I wore fabletics before pregnancy, it was the only site that had high impact bras I was looking for. I wore it during pregnancy because it had some of the best high wasted maternity leggings that helped me feel supported and sexy. And I wear it post pardum now because they have so many different sizes and the ability to see those sizes on diverse body types before purchasing. Great material and great deals for VIP members.

The clothes are really great quality and I enjoy the powerhold style. The sizing is as expected I am 5'3 165lbs and large fits good with a tiny bit of room. The only part I was surprised by was my order came in 3 different shipments and I am still waiting on the 3rd and its 20 days later. The first package was sent an a timely manner at least.

As soon as you buy something, they sign your credit card up for a membership and they charge you $50 dollars every month. When I tried to use the store credit, it wouldn't let me. So I asked for a refund and 5 days after the refund was processed, they charged me the same amount again! It is so frustrating and they just keep charging your card without any notice. I was on hold on the phone with them for 20 minutes and talking to them for another 30. The agent on the line kept saying the same thing over and over, didn't let me speak and was no help at all. Now I have to call them back with my bank on the line.
Received my new pair of Winn Mid-Rise Crop leggings yesterday. Today, I cut the sales tag off and cut the product tag off the leggings at the cut line. Went to turn the leggings inside out to wash and noticed a hole in the fabric in the crotch. Called to request a replacement and was denied because I cut the sales tag off - I hadn't even mentioned the product tag I cut out yet. Now I'm stuck with a brand new pair of leggings with a hole in the crotch due to manufacturer defect - never washed or worn. I can't justify spending any more money with this company.

The rates only applied to one item then changes. The customer service was not very helpful and very snippy. Clothes feel great but return experience in store was horrible and just not worth the hassle for the clothes.

I created a membership so that I could purchase two pairs of leggings - one of which I did not receive - and then went on to find out that Fabletics charges $50 a month for the membership. When I went to cancel it, they would not answer my phonecall, so I attempted to cancel my membership via livechat. I asked the person to cancel my membership and in response, they offered to give me some reward points instead, and when I said "No, I would like to cancel my membership," they ended the chat and did not cancel my membership! Awful company.

Even if I log on the minute I get a notification about newness, my sizes (2x/3x) are often gone already. Several leggings options have a tall inseam option listed, but I have never seen them available.

I have loved fabletics for soooo long! They were great quality leggings, didn't take long to get here, and I got them for just $50 a month. But the past few months I've been severely disappointed with how things have been running. They are constantly sold out of the small size if I don't order them as soon as they drop. My favorite pair of leggings never seems to be restocked anymore. I had a pair of leggings that took almost a whole month to get here and it wasn't even the holidays. I completely understand that things happen and companies make mistakes. But I haven't been happy in several months with the service and quality of leggings. All the leggings and new releases aren't even meant for actual physical activity, just lounging around and looking cute. Which I pay $50 a month to get cute active wear to wear to the gym. I don't want to stop ordering from here but I'm considering it very very much.

Overall my experience wasn't bad your products were inconsistently sized and didn't suit me. The worst part was the way I was unexpectedly trapped in your VIP program. On a positive note I received help from your customer service associate. I received a refund on my VIP account but never received merchandise that was suitable. I donated those articles to charity. I took a loss on the cost of the items. I wouldn't recommend your company.

I was a member of Fabletics for quite a few years. I bought some great things online and I think the prices were reasonable. I got caught paying for a credit multiple times before I could skip the month because they just couldn't get my email correct and send me notifications. I just recently canceled my membership because I got tire of the styles and they didn't suit my tastes anymore.

I have tried to cancel my automatic payments twice now and the first time it was not clearly explained to me. The second time the consultant was better and explained I can not stop my automatic payment and keep the credits that I have. I have to use the credits before they can stop the automatic payments. Apparently there is no way for them to stop the payments other than to close your account which means you lose your credits. I already paid for them so they should be mine to keep and use whenever I want. Their cancellation policy is not clearly stated anywhere. This is the dumbest set up I have ever encountered.

I purchased 2 items from Fabletics which are OK. Happy enough to keep them. This morning I had an email (7 May 2021) stating that I had a credit of £49.00. I needed to click the skip button or purchase something by 5 May 2021. How can I purchase something by the 5th when I don't get the email until the 7th? I emailed straightaway and got an email back stating something like they couldn't email me about this. I called and, to be fair, the customer service person was quite helpful and offered to re-credit and maintain my membership. I have just had a family bereavement and not in the mood for this, so she did cancel my membership for me. However, doesn't make sense to tell you have to make your choice by 5 May and not send you an email until 7 May!

I ordered 3 pairs of pants. I received an email that some items were delayed, then received 2 out of the 3 pants. I have still not received the third pair of pants and have not received any update other than the original delayed email I received on Feb 14th. It is now April.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
