At times I have difficulty accessing the site such as signing in. It's a constant effort that I need to make to get in.
The monthly Fabletics fee that is charged for any item $49.95 or something like that is most beneficial for someone like me. I am a dance teacher so I wear athletic clothing on a daily basis. Sometimes, there aren't any items that I like to choose from so it's a waste when I am unable to use that credit. Sometimes the clothing is super cute and exactly what I need and other times it's very plain and boring and then I have no use for the credit. There is a way to skip a month I think but it is something that I have to pay attention to. Sometimes annoying!
Your company has been double charging me for the last three months! I had to fight with PayPal to get my money back then had to block future payments When I went on my account now you have me down as VIP since August 2022 they is completely incorrect very disappointed with customer service way to much energy n my limited time to argue with your customer service the call center was so loud people all laughing in the back room terrible

Fabletics is a complete con, it subscribes you to their VIP service where they make you pay £44 on the 6th of every month, even if you dint use the service and all your £44 provides you with is a £10 gift voucher and a free consultation for outfit ideas, which are generic ideas given to everyone in your size range. I paid £44 without realising yesterday and I have nothing to gain, I cant even call them p to complain or cancel the VIP membership that I had no idea I was even subscribed to. NEVER use them, good leggings, but an appalling website and company, same goes for their father company; JustFab. Never felt so cheated and ripped off in my life.

The clothing is so comfortable! I love the fabric, with fabletics, I don't have to worry about anything being see through, I also love that the leggings and some of the bras have pockets.
I've purchased from the yetty collection and recommend it.
I've also purchased items as gifts and everyone I gifted, really appreciated it and complimented the fabric.

90% of the time I was happy w my purchases. Still wear the first pair of leggings I bought. Great product. I canceled because I wasn't "allowed" to spend my member credits on sale items?! I should be able to spend my money how I want. Had to cancel my membership. Sorry but you lost a valued long time customer..

In March I purchased two pair of workout pants at a discount and didn't realize (my bad) that I was signing up for the VIP membership. Because I delete alot of marketing emails or they go to spam, I didn't pay attention to the ones I got in April. Just happened to read the one in May - and yikes I was being charged $49.95 a month. So I tried to cancel and was told to use the credit first or I'd be charged retail prices. So I did but it wasn't applying the credit. Had to call and the hold times were always twice what the line said they would be. Finally got the order placed but then lost the connection and had to call again to cancel. Quality of the workout pants was okay but definitely not worth the learning cost (two months charged at $49.95 = 99.90 and I bought three pair of pants and a tank top -- way too expensive!). I absolutely do not recommend this site. I should have read the reviews before I placed the order in March.

I ordered to pairs of pants, they were the incorrect size, and I want to change the color of one. I received the replacements in the same color and the incorrect size. I just canceled the membership because of my experience. Now I'm stuck with credit I can't essentially use. Again major disappointment! I doubt this will make a difference!

My product was damaged and it took way to long and I talked to too many customer service agents to initiate a return. I couldn't find the return label and no one knew what they were diing. Their products are great quality but I hate their business model. Just charge customers what the product costs. Your VIP program and customer service suck which makes me not want to buy from you again. Your business model is scammy.

My last order was quite late took over a month to be delivered and never made it to me prior to a month long trip I was going on before placing the order. Meanwhile Fabletics is never late to withdrawn the monthly due. Quite disappointing. I will be canceling my subscription.

I kept getting sent damaged leggings even after returning them twice. They just kept switching packaging and sending me exactly the same piece because the damage was exactly the same at the same spot. The customer service reps weren't of any help and were very dismissive. Horrible products, horrible customer service.

I am very attention-detailed, and I still feel like I was "tricked" into a membership. On top of that, they don't make it easy at all to cancel; I even had several "Live Chats" that just weren't responded to for >30 minutes and I had to start the process over because I was ignored. Once I brought it up to friends/family, I found out many of them had had the same experience! The leggings aren't bad, and I probably would have purchased more, but the experience was so frustrating, they have guaranteed they will never get another dime from me.

Called in April and clearly spoke to them explaining how I wanted to cancel the VIP membership, clothes are poorly made and don't fit exactly well. I was put on hold, she returned, all my business with them seemed wrapped up & done. Luckily I checked my VISA in May and BAM! Another charge. Just called them AGAIN and went through the same rigamarole! SO frustrating.
I recently joined Fabletics, and I am delighted with my purchase. The quality of the activewear is fantastic, and I love the stylish designs. I also appreciate the convenience of the monthly subscription, making it easy for me to always have new workout gear.

I have just discovered that I was paying for a VIP membership. I wasn't aware of it and now I have to use my credits before I cancel my membership. I won't recommend you to buy on this web shop. I spent 69£ a month and I didn't know.

I was an early adopter of Fabletics because the clothes looked really cute and comfortable. Instead, they were ill-fitting. I returned several items and was told I would get a refund. I believed what I was told but it turns out I was never given the refund. I have tried for months to get the refund. Each time, the rep tells me it has been refunded. When I point out there is no refund on my credit card, they insist that I give them my bank information so they can fax my bank. I told them this was a credit card transaction and they still ask for bank info. And they then lie and give me a fake transaction number to provide to the credit card company to get the refund. The credit card company had never heard of this. Fabletics is an absolute ripoff.
Ordered high waisted Yoga pants and some sport bras and work out tops. I'm plus size and was reluctant! Checked the size guide and ordered accordingly. Very pleased with the quality and fit…. And everything I bought was on sale! Win, win….

Sad to say but I will NEVER buy from this company again! I love the style and design however DONT NOT sign up for the VIP package! I tried to cancel the VIP membership on the phone in September 2021! They told me it was canceled, however, £50 came out of my account in Oct 2021. I emailed explaining everything with proof. This has been going on since then, it is now Feb 2022, and they as still claiming my membership is canceled. My bank account is saying another thing, at this point, I don't care about the money I just want them to remove my bank details. I am gutted as I really do like the style and the legging are great. Just don't sign up for the VIP package.

Placed small order for 3 items. Within a week was communicated expected delays which was fine as they set expectations to the new delivery date. That date passed without further communications. Contacted customer service and after a long hold (automated message wait time was inaccurate) and they blamed COVID-19 factors on the delays. My concern wasn't with the delays, it is with setting expectations and meeting them for your customers. I shouldn't have to wait a month for a simple order.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
