They force you into a monthly membership for 50$ US then charge your cc with a bunch of small payments of about 1 $ this is a HUGE red flag of a scam. Put a block payment on your CC even after you cancel your forced membership. This company is repulsive.
The first I ordered was online, delivery was fast and I received the correct order. Nevertheless, I went to a physical store and changed two of the three leggings because I didn't like the material (it was very stiff and warm). I changed it for a style and material that was more breathable and felt like an actual athletic legging (spandex type material). Overall good leggings I use them constantly
Very satisfied with each purchase. Love the material and fit of each top and bottom. Was so excited to get my matching tennis shoes and comfortable socks. I get so many compliments on my matching outfits and mask zlso.

I love the clothing, but when it comes to some items, I got some that weren't sewn right and some slippers that seemed way off with the sizing, other than that the leggings and sports bras are really good.

I bought clothing on line came home from work overseas being gone for 12 weeks. I came home 20lbs lighter. And the clothes didn't fit anymore. I went into the local store and switched them out no problem even without the tags. Yes I took the tags off and threw them away before trying the on. They switched them out no problem for the right size.

I have been a customer for several years. I have bought several sets and pairs of leggings/sports bras. All have been great. The quality is always great and you really can't beat the prices. The selection is great! Although they are sometimes sold out of popular colors, I find they usually restock fairly quickly. I really like the colabs they do as well!

I decided to finally try the Fabletics deal two for $24. I placed an online order for two Medium sized yoga pants but one of the leggings came in a size a Large. I couldn't get in touch with anyone regarding a return or exchange so I just took the loss. Besides that, the material is really nice but the waist size of the large was way more comfortable than the waist of the medium pair. The large pair were too long and hangs past my feet while the medium was the perfect length.

This is a crappy service. I thought I was ordering clothes. Never had any idea I was signing onto a monthly deduction? WTF - and the piece I did get I had to return because, apparently they thought they were dressing a giraffe. The legs went on forever. Crappy crappy crappy service all around!
I placed an order through a Twitter ad. I had no clue that I was signifor a monthly charge for the honor of buying more of your products. I would never have knowingly signed up for this kind of offer. I asked for a full refund of my continuing charges but was only given a partial refund. If I had not been warned by a friend that they had also fallen for this trap I may have not noticed this for a while. I'll never buy from Fabletics again and I am warning off folks that I know to avoid as well. This is a horrible business model and I see it as a ripoff.

Can't even begin to tell you how ridiculous this site is. They show you all these outfits and then have nothing in your size even though in the beginnig you take a test and tell them what size you are so they are suppose to show you what they have THAT FITS YOU! Then by clicking purchase you automatically enroll in the VIP program and have to pay $50 a month for it. Their stuff isn't even that cute! Then if you wanna cancel it's a huge pain in the $#*!. Also they don't restock anything! EVER!
The stores don't stock enough clothing for men and the website rarely has anything in stock that is my size
In the past you were able to buy items for the cost of the item, now you have to use a $49,50 credit for an item that costs less than that amount, why would I want to use a credit worth $49.50 to buy a $30 pair of shorts? Then if you want something that cost above a certain amount, you cannot use your credits, like if the credits were not worth actual money. I used to think it was a good deal but now I think it is a TOTAL FRAUD. I can't wait until I find something I like, worth at least the money I paid, to spend my credits and cancel my membership. I warn anybody who asks me to stay away from Fabletics membership.

If you purchase anything from Fabletics they automatically sign you up for their VIP program and start charging your credit card $49.95 a month! I even changed my cc and they found out my new card number and continued to charge me. VERY UNETHICAL!

I like what I've ordered so far, but I'm very confused about the membership vs deals. I feel the instructions on what my membership actually covers is a bit vague (what happens if I am under my credit, what happens if I go over my credit etc), so I've just skipped each month so far.

I was a VIP member, well I never got my order so they refunded me and after all the issues with trying to get my one order straight I told them to cancel my membership. They didnt and took the 50 dollar fee out so I had to dispute all this with my bank. Anyways the company rebutted my claim and are still trying to get that lil 50dollars from my checking account. This all took place in June and they a re e still trying g to fight me over 50 bucks

I never understood the monthly fee and its benefit. It was a nuisance to have to cancel it every month!
I am a bigger guy not out of shape just bigger. I have purchase a few shorts all xxl and some fit and others do not. The size difference for the same size is extreme. I really do enjoy the quality of the shorts. I wish there were more size options like xxxl.

I placed an order for 3 items on November 11th and my order will not arrive until November 29th although expected ship time was 5-9 business days. I called to cancel my membership as I don't want to wait several weeks each time I place an order to receive my items. They will not allow me to cancel until my order arrives even though their policy is "cancel anytime". As far as quality, I cannot speak on this because I haven't received my items.

I have been a member for over a year and find it difficult to get any of the styles I want because they go out of stock so fast! I am also on the shorter side and the options for us short girls is pretty limited. The capri styles are alsways out of stock and the options are limited.

I ordered 2 pairs of leggings and signed up for the VIP membership. After the first monthly charge, I kept trying to order some leggings, however, the style and size I wanted was consistently sold out, so I called and cancelled my membership as I couldn't see the value in keeping it if I couldn't order what I wanted. They allowed me to keep my credit for the monthly fee, great. Fast forward two months and the style and size is finally available, so I can use my credit. I continue to checkout (and pay) as a guest, but the only way to complete the order is to check the box and enroll in the VIP program again! So now, in order to spend my credit that I've already been charged for, I have to pay a higher price (which, I understand as I no longer want to be a member) but am forced to join again and go through the process of cancelling all over again. Terrible business practice.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
