Ok, trying to stop the auto withdrawal, but every time I call I have a credit then don't think about it……I love the pants or Capri style with the pockets, as they are my favorite when walking and carrying things
If I could give zero stars I would. First to have to pay a fee to buy the clothes cheaper is ridiculous. And I canceled before my first payment was due. My husband got 3 pairs of pants. And they were the wrong size in a 32/32. When we tried to exchange them for a 32/30 and we were told that size was considered "short" and not common and it was going to be hard to get that size. They were always sold out of the 32/30 and if your always sold out and your a 5'10' man with a slim waist, maybe it is a common size! The store was able to find ONE pair and they shipped it to us and when it arrived all the labels were cut out of it, including washing and size and the zipper was broken. We had to return it again to the store where they happened to have one pair that was the same size that was just returned so we exchanged it. Now we have a credit for $19 (the cost of the pants with the membership) and can get nothing for it. I will never purchase clothes with this farce of a company again.

Emailed me today to tell me my "Membership Credit" has been converted to an "Electronic Gift Card."
WHich as far as I can tell is meaningless. What even is the difference?
They scammed the first amount of money from me, refused to refund it, and now appear to want to try and lure me back in to scam more money from me.
I guess they think I forgot that they stole money from me before.
Stay away from this company.

I love everything I have ever bought from Fabletics. For my workout outfits, I exclusively shop at Fabletics now. I am an elite status because I can't help myself from buying the cute outfits. I even buy Fabletics for my friends for Christnas and birthday gifts! Fabletics has the cutest patterns, feminine details, and best overall fit.

I canceled my account and they proceeded to charge me anyway. I canceled my Account on the 17th of the Month and they charged me on the 21st. When I called the Customer Service Rep was rude and refused my request to speak with a supervisor, I wanted the charge canceled as it was still pending on my card and they refused stating they would call me back and then when I stated that was unacceptable they said that that they would issue a refund in 7-10 business days. Why are they even charging me on the 21st?! The membership states they charge on the 6th of the month. Not to mention the poor quality of their athletic wear and ridiculous prices.
The first one I liked a lot. Clothes design, materials were really good. But second time I received the wrong pants and material was different from discription, the color was faded so, I canceled my subscription.

My mum ordered me a pair of leggings and a matching top from Fabletics. I disliked the outfit so we decided to cancel the order around 10-15 minutes later.We found nothing on the website so we called customer service and the man insisted that our oder was already on its way.We found this pathetic as we only ordered it less than 15 minutes ago.He refused to cancel the order and said that we would have to send the parcel back. Online it says that each package takes a certain amount of days to be dispatched, however he seemed convinced that this wasn't the case.Not only will we have to wait for it to arrive but we will then have to send it back, and wait for our money to be refunded. Please do not use this company, there costumer service is $#*! and they talk to you like a child.The only reason I gave it a star is because you have to choose a rating.
Update: miraculously after I gave this review my order showed up so I added a couple of stars to my review. My order was not shipped for over a month until I left a couple of reviews. When I finally received it, the outift was quite cute and of good quality. I still miss the old days of Fabletics when they offered more shirts in their outfits instead of just sports bras and leggings.

I love most of the items I purchased, although I luckily have bought from Fabletics before, so hadan idea of what to expect with sizing, materials, etc. It was sort of a bummer that I couldn't return one of the pieces that didn't work out. It would have been more of a headache than just keeping the item.

The clothes have gone down hill I am a runner/Camp gladiator workout person.
Fabletics was recommended to me by a friend.
I have had more than one bra lose the elastic.
I have had to return more than one pair of pants due to bad stiching /sizing
Your sizing is not consistent
You really should market to a bigger clientele than size 2-4]
There are other women in the world than size 2 models.
I have more than once tried to order a Large/xlarge just to be told sold out

They force you into a monthly membership for 50$ US then charge your cc with a bunch of small payments of about 1 $ this is a HUGE red flag of a scam. Put a block payment on your CC even after you cancel your forced membership. This company is repulsive.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
