Liked your stuff. But not cheap unless I become a vip for a fee? I do not by that many clothes to justify that. Just need some underwear. While I really like them, I cannot recommend your site, due to the VIP status that gets deals after paying a fee. Did not know about the "so called fine print membership ", I thought I was making a one time purchase and they end up charging me 54.00 a month, been disputing this for a few months and will continue to do so, I'm a regular customer who just wanted a pair of their clothes, unless you plan on buying a lot of clothes I would not recommend

I ordered some items from Fabletics (first time) and some items from lulu lemon for a vacation we were taking - got the lulu lemon items same week and Fabletics over 2 weeks later (after I left for vacation). Quality of Fabletics item below average.

I love fabletics clothes and the amazing deals they offer. The only issues I have is how long it takes to receive your order and if you forget to skip a month they automatically charge you but you aren't allowed to get what you want you can only pick from the few options they provide you with. I almost deleted my account over this. If I forget fine charge me, but then when I go to use that credit I should be able to pick whatever I want to, it's my money and I should have that say so.

Very happy with the leggings and undergarments I have purchased so far from Fabletics! I love the high waisted compression styles with the buttery soft fabric that has a tight knit and doesn't pile easily! I've received several compliments each time I've worn my different styles! I believe they will last because of their high quality. I have only machine washed and done hang dry. I do wish the price point was slightly lower but it's spot on with their competitors.

I used to rave about your leggings. The consistency in sizing and quality seems to have diminished. I never had issues with the fit of any of the different options until recently. The stretch isn't the same. The waist seems larger. They all ride down now.

I bought something from the site and it came and did not fit. I did an exchange and received a notice that the exchange was accepted. I didn't receive an email with return info. I checked back and the item was listed as final sale. But it was not when I bought a it. I called customer service and the agent disconnected the call. I several times and could not get an agent. I was on hold forever. I never was able to get the exchange. I even tried the chat. I still have the item and it is useless.

Never received my order. Was contacted with customer service 3 times. First 2 times i was promised a refund to payment method but had to wait for two weeks to see if the package still gets delivered (which is understandable). But after waiting the mentioned period, i was told that they never offer a refund only store credit and/or replacement. I just waited 2 weeks for nothing and lost my time where i could have just gotten something else from a reliable company than this one! Never again ordering anything from them. Opened a dispute with my CC.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
