I tried for the first time and did not like fit of either pair upon arrival. I called and tried to return. No one was able to help me. To this day, they are still packaged in same packaging and sealed and placed on my dresser to never be worn. I will never purchase an item again, nor will I refer anyone do so. I paid for products that I did not like, never wore, and could not return. Very disappointed.

I love the clothes (workout wear and smoothing underwear) so much! As a new mom of twins these are the only clothes I feel comfortable in. Website was easy to use and I always receive my orders fast!

I love it! I have been getting gym clothes from here for years and I now also get comfy sweats and even jackets! The 2 for $25 sweatpants flash deals are my absolute fav at the moment!

They have the worst customer service. No one actually answers your questions or addresses your issue. It's very frustrating. I'm sick of it and then you ask to cancel and they won't. I get sent the wrong products and it takes 3 weeks to receive anything. I love their products but I hate dealing with them.

[I ordered a few sports bras and some leggings. If it weren't for the one time 'new member' discount i would have spent almost $400. The steep discount convinced me to follow through with the order anyway and i figured i would see if the quality was really worth the price tag.
Im telling you, i got some of the exact same things at walmart all withing the $20 range and i can not tell them apart. Also, going to my local walmart i had them the same day instead of waiting 2 weeks to recieve them in the mail.
Lastly, to get continued 'discounts' they want a *monthly* membership... the products were good quality but it just didn't seem worth the money. I canceled my membership and i am enjoying my workout gear with no issues, both fabletics *and* the walmart brand.]

They sent me the attached reply, but, honestly, i feel like it just affirms what i wrote in the review. A membership is $56/month, a 2 piece outfit is $80. So one outfit for $80 from fabletics and be at the mercy of 'shipping issues' or 2 outfits at Walmart for the same price and same quality, done right away... all im saying is it's a little over-priced. They got me once and good for them, but the continued membership (even with remembering to use the 'skip month' function *every month* until i want an $80 outfit just didn't seem worth it to me. Maybe it's worth it to you, but they sent me an email asking me for my opinion, so here it is.

I feel like everything is made for the 18 to 28 age range...and they just kinda ignore what anyone else might want. Every shirt is short or tight or low cut. Some of the leggings are actually really nice but most of the ones I have are from years ago. The newer style/fabric just aren't as great.
The way the credit system works is a SCAM! If you don't get a full outfit you are losing a TON of money to use a credit. Honestly i need to cancel this subscription but i've just been lazy. It's not really a great "program" to be apart of.

I've been a member since 2016 and my experience has been largely positive. A few fit issues here and there, mostly with sports bras. But the quality is great - I'm still wearing some of my original pieces.

Adore that Fablectic's fabric is thicker and not cheap. It's nice having clothes that will last and still look good. Would like to see more sales as clothes are expensive. I am satisfied with all the purchases I have made. Unsure why shipping takes so long as it used to be more timely. That is only complaint.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
