I LOVE some of my Fabletics leggings. But the site is so confusing. They'll have 5 listings of the same pants... or the same or very similar name but one has a pocket and one doesn't and it's hard to tell. The pocket sizes and shapes change constantly which is so annoying. They also seemed to stop selling my favorite pants because all the cuts and colors have only XXS and 4X in stock. Nothing else. Unfortunately it's too much of a gamble to try something new... so I won't be back. The motion 365 fabric is fantastic and the triple pocket looks great. Such a shame it's basically entirely out of stock.

It is super unfortunate that the site and customer service are so bad because the actual products are nice. They have cancelled my initial order twice for inexplicable reasons and then charged me as a VIP. Seems like the initial 70% offer is a bait and switch. Not returning or recommending this retailer.

Fabletics is a ripoff -- i've been paying to be a member and when I wanted to use my credits, I had to pay an additional sales tax - i could buy this clothing on amazon - such a WASTE!

I saw on instagram 80% off to be charged later on $59 for a monthly membership I had no idea about it. I called customer service and the man in the phone admonished me to pay attention next time I order something on sale—- keep your clothing and scam

After trying multiple products, I find that they don't live up to their descriptions, they are made well, and I will be cancelling my subscription unfortunately. I had really high hopes for Lizzo's line. The delivery has been quick and ordering has been easy though, just the products are disappointing.

I would not normally write a review, bad or good but I am so upset with Fabletics. I placed an order with them on Oct 31st, 2022 for 2 pair of leggings. They were on sale for $15.99 a piece. I made my payment through, PayPal. Today, I got a message from PayPal that they had paid Fabletics $54.99. I quickly logged on to look at my PayPal account to see what was going on. Not only had they charged my card $54.99 on Dec 13th, 2022, they had charged it for $54.95 on Nov 12th, 2022 as well! I was freaking out thinking someone was using my PayPal account. I immediately filed a dispute claim with PayPal and later got an email from them saying that my dispute was settled and that nothing was wrong with my account. I then called customer service at Fabletics to find out what was going on and to my utter shock when I bought those 2 pair of leggings in November, I also evidently signed up for Fabletics monthly membership! I tried in vain to tell the gentleman on the phone that I NEVER signed up for any membership. When he asked me what I wanted him to do, I told him I wanted a refund of $109.90! He then said, "why don't you go on the website and buy some things on there since you have a membership!" I work for a non-profit veterinary hospital. I barely make enough money to care for my kids. $109.90 is a lot of money to me, especially at Christmas. I must have told him at least 6 times to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP. He told me that it would be cancelled but I would not be getting a refund. I am just sick that I would be so stupid as to sign up for something that I had no clue I was signing up for. I feel so ashamed of myself. I hope this review helps others not to make the same mistake I did.

I ordered Christmas from this site and didn't know it was a subscription and the day they pulled money from my account they sent me an email after they had already done so. I did NOT have the money for the fee and got charged an overdraft. I only put money on this certain card as I need it. I called to get a refund and they said they don't do that. Needless to say I have cancelled and will NEVER order from this site again.

I ordered my daughter several items for xmas, received less than half the order. Checked our account and it said we received all the items. Have had to make 3 different calls and spent hours on the phone w/ customer service only to be lied to and magically added to a subscription. 2 of the items were out of stock/back ordered but we were never informed of this. We had to call to figure all this out and get them to send the other 6 items we had yet to receive. Apparently, they were just not going to send them. We were told we would receive the items in 3-5 business days and are now being told they won't be here before xmas. Initially, we were told we would be refunded for the out of stock items in 1-2 business days. Now they say they have to send a check which will take 4-6 weeks. We have been lied to every step of the way and I suspect I will not be seeing a refund check as I have no trust in what this company says. It seems they tell you one thing to appease you with no intention of fulfilling their obligation. There shipping department is miserable. At this point, I want what I paid for and I want my refunds back as soon as possible and I will never shop with Fabletics ever again. I will also be letting everyone know how they do business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Like the many others on this page, I bought two pairs of leggings for £24. Bargain. At NO POINT when I was browsing the leggings did it say, '2 pairs of leggings for £24 (but we will auto-sign you up for our 'VIP' membership and charge you £55/month for the privilege unless you remember to skip the payments, for which we will NOT remind you)'
This is a deliberate strategy by Fabletics to conceal their true objective; not to sell leggings but to steal money on a regular basis from customers to whom it was not made clear that were entering into a contract whereby this would happen. I would wager that there are thousands of people, who don't check their bank accounts regularly, who are just giving money every month to Fabletics with nothing in return. Brilliant, really.
Fabletics will argue, I suppose, that it's all on the order confirmation, but I'm afraid I don't usually have time to review the details of an order confirmation when I'm pretty sure I just bought two pairs of leggings! My mistake, one which I have paid for dearly. Fabletics are utterly refusing to address my request for reimbursement.

I would say the quality of stuff we got from fabletics were all great, my wife love the fit of the tights and the range of styles were all good. I hate the monthly membership fees being deducted from my CC and there is no way to discontinue my membership...so I have to remember to skip each month in the first 5 days. Because I didn't read the fine print when buying into a deal I saw on tv...I was then unknowingly trapped into a inescapable membership...don't like entrapment!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
