Somehow when I bought some shorts from you you sign me up for some kind of commitment where you charge my credit card without what seemed to be my consent. I thought it was fraud so I cancel my credit card immediately and then called you to find out that I got some sort of credit? This was never expressed to me clearly and I'm upset about the experience.
My son wanted these shorts and absolutely loves them. The are good quality and fit well. I was less than impressed with the monthly membership fee, it's a shame as we probably would have ordered more things

The clothing is good, the shipping came quick. BUT, it all comes with a catch, if you buy anything your automatically in rolled in there monthly subscription. Read the fine print, or they'll get ya.

I am not happy with the member credit system. I am charged 54.00 a month and i get one member credit. The leggings are on sale for 22.00 or one member credit. This does not seem like a great deal for me

I thought I was just providing information to place an order not signing up for a membership. Everytime I call customer service to cancel it, the wait times are extremely long and I can never get in touch with anyone

Love the products but the website is horrible...pages often don't load without performing a reload, pages don't fully load, incorrect responses when options are picked. I'm close to cancelling because it is just too frustrating. I would have purchased more but continually give up in frustration.

I was coaxed into joining the Fabletics club with limited and misleading information. I was unaware that I would be charged a monthly fee. I feel this was a deceptive practice and that the buyer should be aware.

I hate all the deceitful practices. I bought shorts and two pair of pants that I'm very happy with. But fabletics automatically signs you up for vip membership. They don't tell you or it's in fine print that you are going to get charged monthly. Horrible way to do business. No need for it. Clothes are very good jus do business legitimately and you will get repeat customers.

I bought 3 different types of leggings all 3 were so thin you could see my underwear! How ridiculous! They looked great but not made well at all! My first pair "the luxe" got a whole the second day I wore them! Never buy from here and don't recommend to anyone! Garbage!

I was expecting to receive orre than 1 pair of underwear for the price. It was saying 3 for $24 and when I got the shipment I had 1 measly pair. And to make matters worse, the underwear are just like any other pair of boxer briefs I've had. I thought they were going to be the best thing sliced bread but...No.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
