The worst customer service. All of their contact methods are automated; chat, FB messenger and phone. If you hold on long enough you can finally get a human via phone. The person, however, has a script and is really unable to help. My tracking # for this order has not been updated in over a week. The phone person said it was shipped over a week ago and that's all the info they have. They are the shipper- find out where my items are! This happened with my last order placed, as well. It finally showed up. I asked when I will receive this order. The phone person said Oct. 19th it will be delivered. Today is the 22nd- I don't have it. Very disappointed at the LACK OF EFFORT to be helpful.
Clothes ran a bit small for me. I had already taken off the tags, so I couldn't return them. I forgot one month, two days after the required date because I was on vacation, to skip the month and was charged. Yes, this was the agreement I had signed up for, but it was annoying knowing I had missed the time to skip. So, I had to go buy some clothes to get what I paid for. The jacket I bought sits in my closet, as it's not really my style, but was the best thing I could find at that time. I figured being an athletic person and wearing mostly athletic clothes that this website would be perfect for me. I'm left feeling this website is more for people who just wear the exercise clothes and don't really use them for what they are intended for. I'm disappointed since I really appreciate the cost of the clothes. I wanted to love fabletics, but I'm going to cancel my membership.

If you like the item... just wait until it goes on sale. Fabletics does not do a price guarantee... so if you buy the item at full price, they will not give you the difference if it is marked down. ALL of the competitors do price difference to keep you a loyal customer.

The shorts I purchased and received are different than the ones advertised and I am totally confused on the pricing that was different again than the advertised price.
A lot of the styles, I dont like and when I do find something I like, it is sold out. Some items, like a tee-shirt, I can't justify using a credit to pay for. And, I often find myself forgetting to cancel monthly credit. Of course, I don't want to cancel until I use the credits that I've accumulated.

Love the fabric and the cut, but there is never enough in my size or variety. I also see super cute patterns in adds, but can never find the pattern online or in my size. Thinking of cancelling because I can get the pattern and size that has good compression at other companies.

I have been a club member from almost the beginning of Fabletics. I like the styles better from years ago a lot better. I have had both good and bad experiences.
I placed an order, and immediately after I realized I had purchased the wrong color. I tried to contact customer service and could not get ahold of anyone. I emailed the email address given, and I tried the live chat three times but each time I wrote something, it told me someone was there to answer, and then after about 20 minutes it just ended the chat. Now I have the wrong color pants and I have to go through the hassle of returning them. I love Fabletics clothing but this was just poor customer service.

The Fabletics clothing is wonderful... the sizing is spot-on, the quality is good, and the delivery is quick. BUT, their website is unreliable! There have been numerous months where I was unable to place an order in time and had to Skip instead. This is annoying because it wastes my time and because items sell out quickly.

If you have had problems with Fabletics then you don't understand how the VIP membership works. Each month you have from the 1st of the month to the 5th of the month to select and outfit. If you fail to do this, your card will be charged $49.95. That money goes into a credit account to use at a future date. If you don't like any of the outfits that month or just don't want to spend the money that month, all you have to do is click on "skip this month". I have skipped a month, I have ordered on others. Plain and simple. You just need to read. The leggings are wonderful!
I have been using this company for about a year. You HAVE to skip by the 5th of the month otherwise you get charged 49.95. I have been saving my credits to use and finally got on the site to start shopping. Half of the items I had in "my outfits" were sold out in my size. M and L. I contacted customer support about this and they said to wait until the first of the month for the new outfits since the outfits are first come first serve! Ridiculous! So on the first I go back and I find two outfits that were some what decent and added them to my cart. One of them will not go into my cart so I decided on something else. Upon checking out neither one of my member credits were applied. I just called and asked for a refund and cancel my account. Horrible website. I would not recommend to ANYONE!

They make you a member when you shop once, without telling you so, they keep charging your credit card without telling you or sending you a receipt. Deliveries are always late. The website is not updated, so you can buy stuff that they don't have in stock, making deliveries even slower.

Why would I pay $49.95 a month and find a shirt on the site for example. Say the shirt is $22. Why would I want to use a $49.95 member credit on $22? This is so stupid and I cannot wait to cancel. I bought a matching sweat suit recently and the quality is terrible. It looks like a wal mart $5 Haynes suit.

I bought one thing from them in December, then in February I realized they were charging me $50/month for some membership that I NEVER signed up for. I sent an email, never got a reply. So I tried their online chat thing (I really loathe talking on the phone) and as soon as I mentioned refund the agent disconnected. So I called them and the whole call the person kept pushing me to keep the service and saying I "had credit" in their store. I told her I didn't WANT credit, I wanted a refund. So she said she would process it (after trying to get me to stay for literally fifteen minutes. I don't have time for that junk). I look at my bank account and they've only refunded $50 out of the $100. I can't even get them to connect on the chat anymore, and I've sent several emails. I'll try calling them later today but I wouldn't be surprised if I don't get an answer. SO PISSED at this company.
I cancelled my subscription two months ago and was told a$49 credit remained on the account, but to use it by the first of the next month. When I ordered using the credit, the account reopened. When I called they told me I reopened that account to make the purchase. Was unable to get an answer from customer service.

Over half the items I bought over the 3 years I paid for Fabletics are either donated or falling apart and soon to be in the trash.
It got to the point for me where the styles were shifting away from what I was interested in, but I was still getting charged due to the T&Cs of the subscription. You have a short window to pause billing during the time of month thats most stressful, so I'd often forget and end up buying something just to feel like it wasn't a waste of money.
At the end of the day there are just better quality athleisure brands out there for the same cost without the pressure and hassle of a subscription.

Fabletics leggings are great quality; however, I'd rather go buy cheaper and even lesser quality products elsewhere than deal with the hassle of trying to be a supposed "VIP" customer of Fabletics. The clothes are usually sold out early leaving very little selection. Sale prices and clearance prices are often not available to VIP members. It's disappointing because some of my favorite activewear is from Fabletics, but I just don't like all of the hoops and games of being a Fabletics customer.

I had to exchange a puffer coat for a smaller size. I waited a while for the new cost to arrive. In the meantime, I threw my old coat out because it was raggedy and zipper was broken. I contacted Fabletics and they told me that my order had been cancelled because the coat I wanted was out of stock. I find this happens a lot. Stock is unavailable or my size is not available by the time I get the email. I need a coat now and I have to go out and get one somewhere else. So much for being a VIP

When my husband went in to pick up my order he was treated poorly by the in store associates. Even though I called before to let them know I would be sending someone else in my place to pick up my order (they said it would be fine if he had a picture of my ID) they acted like he was inconveniencing them and he was doing them a favor. I get that good employees are hard to find but rudeness doesn't cut it.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
