I have been a shareholder for several years. I took a year off only to return the following year. Their fish is of the highest quality. Once you've tried it you can't go back to grocery stores. In addition, They are extremely well versed and focused on how we (as a shareholder that includes me) can improve the ecological consequences of over-fishing, pollutants, etc. This company provides income and jobs to the dayboat fisherpeople. You can trace back your fish catch to where and how it was caught.


The worst customer service. All of their contact methods are automated; chat, FB messenger and phone. If you hold on long enough you can finally get a human via phone. The person, however, has a script and is really unable to help. My tracking # for this order has not been updated in over a week. The phone person said it was shipped over a week ago and that's all the info they have. They are the shipper- find out where my items are! This happened with my last order placed, as well. It finally showed up. I asked when I will receive this order. The phone person said Oct. 19th it will be delivered. Today is the 22nd- I don't have it. Very disappointed at the LACK OF EFFORT to be helpful.
