I've shopped from Fabletics 3 different times now and I must say I am in absolute shock on how much I love and adore these products. I am in complete awe over their products and overall site. We all know as women we have insecurities but I feel nothing but positive and good vibes from Fabletics and true women empowering women. I am a valued customer and will continue to shop here. I feel it definitely suits me and my comfort and style. I love it all.
The two pair of shorts I bought did not fit in anyway. I made sure to buy them the same size but one pair of shorts came to big and didn't fit and the other one was a little too tight. I am unable to wear ether and had to give them away.

Signed up under the pretext I would get a free outfit after earning 1000 points. Then all of a sudden they changed this and you pick a item that has been discontinued or ugly colors left. Customer service sucks, it's like they say the same thing no matter what your problem is. Designed in California and made in some sweat shop. Could at least given Americans jobs especially because of the high pricing. Not even the costumer service employees are in the US. I will no longer participate in this circus. The monthly Subscription is no longer worth the money. I like the old way we used to have. Now I have to use one credit that equals the sum of $49.95 to purchase a shirt that is being sold for $20.00.

I am a VIP member. I get to shop great sales. My information is in their system which makes ordering super easy! I usually get my stuff in a reasonable time period. I love their products! I wear them almost daily!

I ordered two pair of leggings when I became a customer. I paid for shipping on the website and waited 15 days for them to arrive. I wore one pair, one time, washed them one time, and they started to fall apart. Then when I tried to cancel my membership there's no easy way to do it.

I never get the chance to shop in store. There are no locations near me. I was in Houston so I thought I'd go check the store out. The girls there were lovely and very helpful. I was a bit bummed that the new velvet leggings line were not in the store when I went. But I did go home with some nice pieces. Thanks to the lovely girls and their help.

All the clothes and socks are great. The only problem is with the zippers. Every one of them has not worked smoothly. The prices of the clothes are reasonable, but they need to put a little extra effort into the zippers

I really like the quality but the price of $60 for a pair of shorts is crazy.
Funny thing is other companies have copied the quality and offer it for a lower option.
However if u can buy on sale, the price and quality is definitely worth every penny.
The service is bad and shipping is super slow.

I called thinking the customer support folks would be closed and I'd have to leave a VM but they weren't. They were open and understood my request perfectly and made everything right on my account while I was still on the phone and could see my account being updated. Decided to purchase a few things during a big sale (that took weeks to arrive)— only a month later to be billed $70 for the membership.
Never had a brand do that before and definitely won't be a returning customer.
Luckily I was able to get a refund but still felt like I couldn't trust the site to purchase again.

The products are great, but you should have $60 to spend when that's what you pay every month. You should not be limited to choose between certain products. That will cause me to end my membership after my products are delivered.

I called twice this morning.
The representative and I seemed to experience significant difficulty understanding one another. He/she repeated the sentence about sympathizing with my issue and assured me that we could find a solution. I could not understand the explanation as to why my credit could not be used on my most recent purchase. Ultimately, I gave up.
I hung up and called again. I could understand the second representative a little better. I believe the issue has been resolved.

When I called to report my undelivered item the person who took my call was so rude and treat me like I was stupid. That was the reason I cancelled my membership.

On the months when I need to opt out, it is difficult to find where to do it. A predominantly placed link would be helpful. This month I called because the website was down, and the process was very easy. I will call from now on when I need to skip a month.

So comfy. Love all the fabletics wear. I bought some maternity wear for a friend. It is her most comfortable piece of clothing wear at this time. Only wish they had a little more of a selection for the maternity wear.

I've had a monthly subscription for some time now. I find the clothes to fit unpredictably; a medium in one shirt fits like a large, while a large in another fits like a small, so ordering sizes hasn't been the easiest.

They have changed my credit card for 3 years $50.00 a month. My husband pays the bill so I wasn't aware. You would thin after 43 credits for outfits they would realize the person didn't realize they had a membership! You should have to renew something like that yearly but if you did they wouldn't be able to rip as many people off! Horrible way to do business!

I had a bodysuit that bled onto my brand-new bedspread as I was laying it out to dry, and the dye was not able to be fully washed out. I love the bodysuit, but disappointed that the only option was to return the bodysuit when I now have an $80 bedspread ruined.

Ordered a pair of shorts
Thought it was a great deal but fine print proved otherwise and was billed for more money on credit card because fabletics automatically enrolls you in a system where you are billed monthly to belong on a site where they say you have discounts on future items, its like you belong to a club for extra fees

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
