I love the clothes, not so thrilled with the VIP stuff. Everything is very expensive and though of good quality, unless you pay a monthly fee, you don't get any break. It would be nice to just shop at a decent price and not have to sign up for the VIP stuff. I am cancelling that today. I can't afford $55 a month plus $50+ for leggings. I love the Yitty line, wish it wasn't with fabletics.
I ordered my package on august 20th and still have yet to receive my items. I chose standard shipping, however, I do not feel it should take this long to receive items. I am a member who pays her monthly subscription and buys items often from fabletics and this happens almost every time. I feel shipping should be reviewed especially for members

The "VIP" program is a scam. You are automatically signed up the first time you purchase anything. Then, when you don't buy something each month or opted out by a certain time, you are charged $50! It is very unclear whether you are signed up and starts sending you "VIP" emails before you buy anything! I tried to use the online chat to see whether I was signed up and if so, to cancel. After a long time, I was directed to a live agent. I asked my questions and after not being responded to for 20 minutes (I asked many times if anyone was going to help me, and was not responded to.) It sent a message saying thanks for contacting Fabletics" and to use there live call instead. I called and was given help almost immediately, which was good!

My complaint is that they advertise something for "sale". I have a VIP membership, but when you add it to your cart the price is not the advertised sale price. You have to call and have it "manually" adjusted, meaning they sell it to you over the phone. I've also had the same issue with a email stating use your 25% discount, and when I click it to try to use it, the same issue. It does not work; you have to call in. I find that very dishonest. The product is nice, but the billing is not.

DO NOT create an account with Fabletics. It is the biggest scam. They say it's easy to cancel but every time I've tried I've been unsuccessful. There is no option on their website to cancel so it says to cancel via call or live chat. Every time I've called I can't get through and the live chat is always closed. The biggest joke. An absolute rort.

For the past two months, when I go the website on the first of the month in order to skip, the option to skip is unavailable. But it is there two days later — annoying!
I ordered two items and the sizes were way too small and I gave them to my son instead of returning them. I'd love to try the golf pants, but I don't trust the sizes.
Went online to make a purchase but every time I went to my cart for checkout, my cart would show as empty and I would have to go back to the items and re-add. Did this about four times before this issue stopped.

The Powerhold leggings definitely are my favorite. I love the thicker fabric and the high rise. I feel supported when I am running. They don't slide down and just are so comfortable. But everything is so cute and comfortable. The joggers are ridiculously soft, the sports bra are cute and comfy.

The app glitches often and so does the website. The sales and links to them are confusing because of the listed items aren't clear enough and sizing changes so much as to what is actually on sale or available. Makes me not want to continue buying from them.

It says you can skip any time but actually you have to do it between the first and the fifth of every month, they're counting on people to forget to do it within a small period of time and keep collecting their money

I do not understand points vs credits. What are the credits for and how to use them, at the same time what to do with the points.
However the quality of the product is what it saving your $#*! right now from loosing customers.

The pants I purchased are ok, however I would rather just buy the Amazon dupes for 1/2 the price because they are just as good. The sports bra was very disappointing, it got pit stains after the 2nd use and the straps are bunching in a weird way.

You are unable to cancel without speaking to a contractor in India that has a fake American accent. They want you to talk to someone because they try to scam you some more by offering discounts or other fake incentives. Don't waste time or money, they are a rip-off.

I purchased 2 leggings and a month later they charged me a fraud transaction of $49.95. I contacted them and all they would give is store credit. I called my bank and reported the fraud transaction. I will never purchase from them again.

I was very happy with the shirts that I received. I like the functionality of the shorts and the fact that they can serve in a dual purpose. The black shorts go well with just about anything I wear the five insured to been great for running however I cannot keep my keys or phone in them because the pocket end up falling out of the bottom of the shorts as they hike up. Overall I feel this is more of a minor inconvenience than anything but the shorts have been nothing short of great.

I don't like having to remember to sign in and skip the month every month. Also as I have told them I could do a better job of designing some of these outfits, as many of them don't seem to flow together well.

I've not received my last 2 orders. I get emails saying it's being delivered the next day or that it's been delivered. But, I still have received nothing. I try to contact through chat and it's always closed. I'm going to keep trying to get ahold of them.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
