Maybe I didn't understand the program but is seemed like the credits you get were just going towards an item that was almost the same value as what your monthly fee was so I don't really see where the benefit is as the savings aren't worth the commitment.
Love the clothes and returns are made easy! Clothes are comfortable and hold you in nicely good for working out or sitting around the house. Staff are very helpful when needed easy and free to return.

I ordered two medium shorts. I wear medium shorts in literally every other pair of pants and shorts but the ones I ordered from fabletics didn't fit. I sent them back. No problem. But they only gave me store credit. After I purchased another pair of smalls. Now I have to spend even more money to get my credit back.

I'm discouraged with the quality of product. I've been purchasing clothing for a few years now and it seems like the last year, I have returned several items due to the quality of the fabric once it arrives. I have been extremely unhappy with the fabric fit and styles.

The clothes are very cheaply made. Their sports bras have little to no elasticity and are very stiff. Their yoga pants aren't breathable and their shirts are very flimsy and cheaply made. I think the hype of having Kate Hudson as an ambassador helps them sell themselves but overall it's just not qaulity work out gear. Additionally, I had the same problems as others have mentioned about their 'vip' club and automatically being signed up. It took me 3 phone calls to have it cancelled and refund my money.
I'll stick to lulu lemon :)
Ordered some leggings that were on sale, and once again, somehow my address got changed to my physical address, where I cannot get mail and did not go to my correct PO Box. I was told the leggings were sent back to them for no reason. Customer service used to be exceptional with Fabletics, I don't know what happened. I DID take a risk changed my address, again and placed a new order recently. I am crossing my fingers that they make it to my PO Box and my address doesn't get changed again, I have updated sooo many times.

I've been a member of Fabletics for a few years and love their apparel! The clothes are so comfortable, there's a great variety of colors and prints, and the quality is fantastic. I've had leggings and tops for 3+ years that are still going strong!

They steal $50 a month from you for nothing. I have a negative balance in my account because of these stupid leggings!. They don't have the best leggings espesicall for $50 For one pair! Way better at forever 21 which are only 17! So $#*! you fabletics you are the worst company ever!

Paying 60 dollars a month is a little ridiculous for a membership when you still have to pay for things to purchase. Not sure how you got this to work but think it's a little silly that your membership only gives you a "good discount"

There are a few pairs of leggings that I've purchased that I absolutely love, but some of the other products I've purchased like the cotton leggings, tops, and sports bras are not as great of quality and seem overpriced for what they actually are. Anytime I've tried to buy new pairs of leggings, the ones that are my favorite are always sold out (Trinity high-waisted leggings). Overall, some good products, but not enough to keep me subscribed.

I purchased an outfit but don't like it (I own many Fabletic items). I filled out return claim but never received the email with return shipping label. Now when I check my account it appears too late to return this shipment. I'm not happy to waste my money on items I won't wear.

First: the clothes are cute and of a decent quality. That said; the club is a farce. Even if you skip a month they charge your card. They make it impossible to skip a second month in a row. Then you try to cancel the membership and you have to speak to someone in a foreign country who tries to sell you an outfit because they tagged your credit card anyway. They try to not give you a card credit back. It is a battle to cancel the club.
This is a quite a scam. If you skip the month in the allotted time you should NOT be charged. This is a form of credit card theft but they feel it's legal.
If they charge your card then they need to ship something. It's a sort of legal scam.
Don't sign up. No matter how appealing the club seems on the outside.

I ordered a fanny pack that I never received in my order. Normally if I order something and it's out of stock, I'm notified - not this time. I called customer service - waste of time and I still never got the fanny pack so I just gave up.

I forgot to skip the month back in November so phoned up and got a refund for my mistake. However, I forgot again in January but when I phoned I was told they only give a 'one-time courtesy refund'. This is a ridiculous policy for a company.
When I told them that I also wanted to close my account, the lady on the phone kept telling me that I was still not entitled to my money back and that I would have to keep the credit on the site to spend at a later date, as once cash is taken as a credit it can't be changed apparently.
I finally spoke to them again this weekend. With enough persistance and refusal to put the phone down until they return my money, they finally gave in. So if you have this issue, keep pushing and hopefully you will get back what you are entitled to!
I realize in "fine print" it explains that you will be charged monthly if you sign up for "VIP", but it's most definitely hidden and not clear when you order. BE CAREFUL. You will be charged monthly $50. I was so livid I was fuming. I work for an online retailer and I was so shocked to see how sneaky this company was and that I didn't notice the scam before ordering. Luckily they told me that they refunded me and cancelled my membership. Beware of this.
The site is good, the only thing I find wrong with it is when you change colors you don't get to see it always. I only buy things with pockets so I need to see them always. Other than that they are a great site. Will continue to use and buy.

Poor customer service with Fabletics. Someone hacked into my account and purchased items under my card. Customer service rep let me know I have to wait for the package to be delivered to get refunded when it's not my fault for your poor website security. Package has not shipped but she's unable to cancel shipping which I know is false. You can cancel any shipment with FedEx. Stated that I can call FedEx to reroute the shipment. How am I the one inconvenienced because your website has poor security protocols? I can click from my email and it'll open my account. Doesn't even ask for a password. Customer service has NO desire to help. I requested a call back from a supervisor and of course nobody called but magically received the refund. I highly doubt I'm the only customer this has happened with. They put my account on a hold instead of canceling but LOL. $#*! is trash. I'll definitely cancel.

I tried to return a couple items in the store and they would not take them, I was a couple days past the return period due to an unexpected hospital stay and they showed no compassion, the tags were still on the items. Very disappointed.

I have liked all of the products that I have received from Fabletics, but I don't spend $54 a month on their products and the way they membership works. I must pay that much each month. I would rather buy what I want when I want it.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
