In order to take advantage of any of the advertised rates you're getting ads for, you need so sign up for a membership. They claim you can cancel any time; however, if you do, they will cancel all outstanding orders. In order to cancel you need to call them on the phone and a sales person will try to jump you through a bunch of hoops and make it difficult to cancel. Once you cancel they inform you that they're canceling any outstanding orders.
I purchased an outfit from fabletics and I love the outfit however I did a one time purchase... I got an email yesterday saying they were going to charge me 49.95 for the vip program... I never authorized nor set up to do the vip and when I did my purchase it never said anything about being charged monthly or automatically setting me up for vip. I called customer service and they refused to refund me the money, I argued with the lady for 20 Min before she said she cancelled my subscription, then I told her I wanted my card info taken off the account because I didn't know it was saved on there, she refused to do that as well... If you order from them make sure they don't put you in the vip as well as I'd probably use a pre paid card Cuz they save your card info and won't take it off! I had to go to the bank and had them block the payment after they took it out and have to get a new card!
I was recommended these because I was specifically looking for leggings that didn't roll down or fall down. I didn't love the whole signing up as a member to get the discounted prices then canceling membership process, but thought if it meant good leggings then sure.
Sadly, within an hour of wearing the new leggings not washed or anything, they started to sag and roll down. So much for powerhold?

I got some good things from Fabletics - but variation in materials made estimating sizing an issue. I like the purelux but some leggings are less stretchy meaning they end up being too tight. This wouldn't be an issue if I was in the US and can return things I don't like or don't fit - but returns from Australia are so expensive you are essentially stuck with whatever you buy - also now the exchange rate is so unfavourable you can get similar quality items in Australia for the price.

I think the quality of the product is very solid and I am a big fan of most of the things I've ordered to date. What I don't love is the whole member thing to get the pricing. It's just a pain and the business model is clearly the hope people forget to opt out. Finally the service is meh. I tried reaching out to ask a question and crickets. Shipping is also slow.

I liked the prices of being a VIP member, but that's a lot of money to spend every month. How many yoga clothes can you own over the course of a year? I understand you can skip a month without penalty, but that's a lot of hassle and a very short timeframe to make sure that your request has been received.
This from, someone who wears yoga clothes around the house all the time. To do the membership though, I'd have to have a lot of stuff packed in my closet, that I don't want or need.
Seriously, worst business model ever. I don't know who came up with that. I will say that I would've been a much bigger fan, without having to pay $80 a month buying clothes I wouldn't need to that degree.

I love my marina blue sports bra and leggings. I have to return the gray leggings for a larger size. Figuring out the right size for me has been tricky. So far, I have leggings that are M and L that both fit me wonderfully. The pair I have to return are a medium and I might go XL for that particular one. I wish there was a better way to know which size I need for each particular legging.

I ordered a shirt similar to one I purchased a year ago (and totally love!) but this new one was cut unevenly in the armholes and looks awkward. I didn't notice it the first time I wore it because I threw a jacket over it, but when I put it on to wear with jeans, it was very noticeable. I didn't think I could return since I didn't inspect it before taking tags off and wearing the first time.

It is nearly impossible to get ahold of a real person to speak with. I had to end up using FB messenger because the email provided on the website said it was invalid and any messaging via the site would direct me immediately to a page saying that it was undergoing maintenance. I struggle every month to do the skip option, because whenever I login, and select skip, it, again takes me to a page saying theres maintenance being done. Very convenient, because then they can charge me for the next month. I have had my order canceled for an unknown reason multiple times and then its impossible to speak with anyone about reordering.

I love Fabletics so far! I just ordered my second outfit and tracking says it will be here this week! My first outfit arrived quickly, so I'm surprised to see such bad reviews about shipping. I'm also really surprised to see such bad reviews about the quality. The fabrics they use are AWESOME. Soft and thicker than my other fitness clothes from Target and Old Navy. Fabletics is MUCH better quality than any other active clothes I have. I was drawn to Fabletics for the styles and patterns, but I was at Target today and noticed their Champion line is selling similar patterns. But I know their quality won't be as good. :)
I accidentally signed up for the VIP program and little did I know part of that is they charge you around $68 A MONTH! They wont even redeem it. Awful communication. I will never buy or support fabletics again. Customer service 0/10. DO NOT JOIN VIP!

I personally don't see any value for me to pay a $59 monthly fee, to purchase your apparel. I can go to other comparable stores, pay for merchandise and don't have to pay that ridiculous monthly fee. Your merchandise is of good quality, but not worth the fees.

I like the majority of the items I've purchased through fabletics. However there are regularly large sales for non members and smaller or no sale for members. The membership credit doesn't compare in value to the non-member sales. One credit may be worth up to $100 or so dollars but the item/set may not be worth that much or you could get it for less than the $54 credit cost as a non member. Membership doesn't make sense financially. I become a member and cancel every time I make a purchase. If that option were to go away I likely wouldn't make another purchase.
I been wearing their clothes gym wear for about 6 years and they are awesome. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. The material is good quality and doesn't pill up. They cater to the short, tall and the plus size which is a good thing.

My first order was the One short. I ordered two pair(large) and felt they were just a little to small. I sent them back and ordered another two(X Large). One of the pairs fit really well and the other was quite large, even though both were the same style of short and same size (both XL)…. I just kept the one that was larger because I was tired of shipping stuff. The pair that did fit was really nice though!

I ordered an outfit and it shipped but was never delivered. I got a notice that the company had received my "return" and said I would be credited the cost of the outfit. I emailed customer service to explain that I never returned my order and I still wanted my items. I never got a response and my account still has not been credited.

I called into fabletics months ago to cancel a VIP account I never signed up for. Basically they have taken over 200 dollars from me even though I have called their line four separate times to get them to cancel this account. They still havent done it correctl. I am a struggling college student I don't need to be shared by this company and it is completely ridiculous. DO NOT SIGN UP! All they want is to steal money from you without being very clear up front about the process you will have to go through to cancel these payments. I could have bought mugh higher quality athletic wear outfits from lululemon at this price.
The service is nice however when you want to buy something that is shown together, a new product, you are charged for both pieces when other products you can buy together. New releases should be the same way.

I have purchased three items of clothing 15 months ago on my credit card. Did not have any idea I had signed up to a VIP membership now over £600 out of pocket. I will keep fighting for my money back. Never ever use this company they are FRAUDSTERS!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
