They always have new designs every month and love the colors and prints on the leggings and sports bras. I get a lot of compliments whenever I wear a sport bra with lots of patterns and bright colors!
Every item of clothing fits great. I love how the website models the clothing with pics and videos so you can have some sort of idea how things fit. Never seen vids with models wearing clothing. Excellent idea!

The entire experience with returns was a fiasco. Product was reshipped despite that not being the request. It turned this into a very, very lengthy process. Would no longer consider product from this company regardless of quality or fit.

Both of my leggings are pretty in color and style however when tried them on they were both see through and I am a size medium. My behind was exposed through both of them especially the pink leggings.

My experience with Fabletics has been great. I love the clothes and the assortment of styles. The clothing fits great and holds up well under wear. The prices are fair and comparable to other brands, some moreso than others.

I returned some articles and Fabletics won't refund me. I returned 9 items, but only got a refund for 1 item (20$ instead of around 150$). I called 3 times and every time they keep on telling me that they will "escalate" my request and to call back in 48hours. Thiefs and scam company.

Everything I've bought has been perfect and if it wasn't and the sizing was off they were great to exchange it… although that's only happened rarely. I love the durability, fit, and all the fun designs as options. I recommend Fabletics to everyone i know

Avid fan of the company product with multiple purchases. Got an order mailed with some missing product and the rep made it seem like I was trying to get free product when trying troubleshoot. Product is still great though

They take noney out of your account and give you the run around about refunding it. I'm still waiting for mt refund to be processed. Every time I call they tell me the refund was not processed and that they will fix it and don't.

I had bought some clothing to test out the quality of the product. When I put the clothes on I suddenly had a burning sensation as if I were allergic but that couldn't be right. I had a plastic measurement and testing system out in my garage for designing locally made items out of plastic. I used this test on the product I had just bought and I found high levels of BPA, it was a very fine dusty substance in the clothes. The distinct smell of the clothes was very similar to burnt plastic.
Do not buy this, in my personal opinion.
The directions to wash the clothes on cold gentle cycle. Which is weird because at hot and heavy duty.
It would ensure that the plastic gets out of the fabric.

I just had to return the whole order. I had thought I used points to buy the eye mask with a pair of shorts that was on sale but they charged me for both. When I called to ask if they could just refund me for the mask and deduct points, I was told no and to send the mask back and try again later. I got the package and opened to see if I really wanted to reorder after returning the mask. I found the mask was very low quality and the shorts fit weird so i sent everything back for refund. The shorts were then on sale even cheaper, probably because of the poor fit.

Website is not intuitively developed- it's difficult to find items and it's difficult to navigate in general. The prices are also confusing. Customer service is very helpful and friendly over the phone, but the web experience is sticky.

I received an email from Fabletics with a discount for a new purchase. I made the purchase, then found out that through the very fine print that i had signed up for a monthly membership. I tried cancelling my membership, every time i talked to an someone and informed them that i wanted to cancel, they would hang up on me. It took 6 times to call before they let me cancel my membership. These tactics make them a total fraud. I then cancelled my payment on paypal and emailed the BBB on this company. I can't believe Kate Hudson is actually a part of this fraudulent oversees company that send poor quality merchandise and over reaches with the membership.

Super customer service and products. I purchased the 5 " and 7 " shorts that have the built in boxers for my son. The shorts are comfortable and versatile.
If you do not remember every month to skip the month and then click again to make sure you want to skip it they charge your credit card. Even if you make a purchase you still have to skip the month even though you've just made a purchase from their selections for the month. So you make a purchase and they still charge you a member credit unless you jump through these hoops. This is such a scam and so not worth it! I'll stick with Athleta!

Do not join! You can buy just as good quality at a store without joining their program that charges you every month. I called and spoke to a representative to close my account and they continue to charge. When I spoke with a representative about the problem and to ask for a credit, I was told the account under my email account was closed but there was another email account associated with me that was still open - ***@aol.cm. I only ever had one account and tried to get them to agree *******@aol. Cm is not a valid aol email address. Guy started to argue with me. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I wear plus size clothes and I find some of the straight size styles were never availabe in plus. When there is anything in plus, the stock runs out very quickly. It would be nice to see more stock for these items.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
