Why pay double or triple the price when the fit is just as good and the clothes are just as flexible and breathable as the "competition?" I've had nothing but positive experiences with Fabletics and the membership perks are nothing to sneeze at! Worth it just for the workout app alone
Worst experience ever. Customer service was absolutely atrocious. I have still yet to receive my order in the mail. They charge extra to ship to APO yet the method they use for shipping to APO addresses is archaic and they do not state that shipping method up front. Two months to receive an order is just unacceptable. What is even more unacceptable is the fact that their customer service wouldnt look into the tracking which showed my package hadnt even been shipped. I will discourage anyone from using them. This has been my worst experience ever with an unresponsive and unwilling company.
My gift card for $100 was charged, I tried to resolve with customer service about 8-10 times and received 3 different stories as to why my order couldn't process and my money couldn't be refunded. I never received my order and I'm out $100.
Months later my credit card gets charged by Fabletics for no reason. I cancelled my scam of a subscription 3 months prior. Can they keep getting worse?

Fabletics app is always slow and glitchy. Seriously, always! Often they show a matching outfit in the photos, but only sell one part if it, which is lame. Some of the bras have had the stitching come out of them - I have like 5 of the same bra and it happened to all of them. I wish they offered more of minimalist style as well. A lot of their things are eclectic and abstract in prints and colors which is fine, unless you are in need of something neutral (Not meaning black on black on black. Just simple neutral and minimalist.). I also was really unhappy when they had a promotion for 80% off that was only valid for new customers. Why would loyal customers not deserve in on such a great deal? I thought that was messed up. I'm going to use my points and then cancel my membership.

Website became very expensive and the membership dues just weren't worth it even with skipping the month. Quality of clothes other than leggings were not the best. Not what I was expecting after loving the leggings.

I wear Fabletics almost every single day! The only pants and shorts are my favorite! With their shorts my game has changed at work and at the gym!

If you are 5'10 or shorter, these clothes will probably look too long on you. Unless you buy the shorts with 5 inches long. Everything else (shirts, etc) are way too long for shorter guys
I've been a I've been a customer since 2016. I still have the original styles that 1st came out. I like the fact that I can skip a month, I have more than enough time to return items, I can return for store credit, and they feature celebrity styles and attire. The only negative that I've I miss the tops vs the emphasis on all support bras and I recently returned a couple outfits and they were lost or something and didn't get the credit for those. I love the versatile leggings and updated styles. I would like to have the option of same or matching color tops with all leggings. Other than that, I'm a happy customer and have recommended Fabletics to a lot of people!

When I ordered, I thought that I had declined the membership. I saw on my statement that I was charged and just cancelled. I am on a tight budget so when I end up receiving charges for something I did not intend to buy, I get upset. I hope that the cancellation goes through and I do not have to follow up with a phone call.

They initially sign you up as a member and the wording on the site is as if you are only becoming a member so you have an account to log in to. Like most companies you signup so youare able to have an account log in and not immediately logged into a monthly fee. I have been charge every month for nothing. Almost $400 and since my husband pays the bills he didn't question it. I've seen many reviews as to this right now and a vast community of users are saying the same thing. They know it is a round about way of getting users to pay monthly memberships and completely under handed.
None of the items I've purchased from Fabletics, and I've bought bras, tops, and pants, have been to my liking and I'm not very picky. The clothes just don't feel good and do not support my size and curves.

I purchased a two items for the price of one.
When I received my order only one item was sent to me.
I contacted customer service mentioning missing one item and they said I did not click for two items.
I said I did on the two for the price of one. I then asked to get the other article and they denied my request. After that I cancelled my membership with Fabletics.
I also get the membership was never enough money to cover the cost of a least one article. I ended up spending another $50 on top of the membership to get anything. Way too much to pay $100 for a pair of leggings.
The line has a nice variety of leggings but not always well describe when it comes to the thickness or lightness of the fabric.

Placed my order on November 20th and waited for a month since I understood shipping was affected because of COVID-19. Called back on December 23rd and talked to a representative and a manager who told me my order got lost and can not be reordered and the only thing they can do is refund my money. The manager actually told me if I didn't take too long to explain what has happened, he could have reordered it for me. He was awful and so disrespectful. I am a fitness instructor, I buy workout gear all the time and also promote it to my students. My experience ordering from Fabletics is ruined and will not recommend anyone to go through the same experience as I did. Loved the pieces I have purchased at one of the store in person but I will not be purchasing any more athletic gear from this company. If you don't respect your customers, then you don't need my business.

Fabric qualities are not the same I bought a bra in 2021 beautiful fabric and fit so well the leopard print triangle bralette amazing and I wear it to this current date it makes my breast look so amazing and sexy and I wanted to get the same bra but I don't think it's available there's a new bra line with cheapt fabric
I purchased felt like acrylic didn't stretch was hard on my skin Old Navy Banana Republic the Gap all these companies are opting to use cheap fabric and I think it's a shame
I LOVE Fabletics! The employees in the shop are amazingly helpful! If they don't have something then they search the website and other surrounding stores in order to help me get exactly what I want! They are the best!

I like the clothes and the way they fit and hold you in but I feel like the styles are so similar so I really don't have a need for a subscription to clothing... I don't need a new outfit every month and I've forgotten about and accrued too many credits. Subscription services are scams and it feels like shady business practices. I am moving away from supporting any subscription services for fashion, makeup, etc.

I have been a fabletics customer for a couple years, not because they are a stellar clothing company. They have sneaky tactics to keep you on as a customer. Each month you have the option to buy a credit or skip. They'll send monthly email reminders, and then stop. So you get charged, then you have a credit to use, so you stay a customer. You can use your credits to buy apparel, but you still pay for some odd foreign shipping tax. The last straw for me was when they totally out of the blue charged me on the 12th of this month for a credit. They refunded me and closed my account, I'm so glad to be done with their scheming ways!

Love love love the clothing. Very durable and breathable fabrics. Wish there was more leggings with pockets and capri cuts. Sports bras are good but wish there were more strappy v cut styles like they used to have with padding. But love the fabrics and how there are different things each month!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
