I ordered a pair of leggings in October and a friend noticed that there was a hole in them right where my bottom is, they are black leggings so the hole was easy to see against my light skin. I contacted customer service to get a replacement but it was over the 90 day period so they would not replace the damaged item. I have several pairs of leggings that have lasted me 5-6 years and these took 4 months to develop a hole. It was in an odd spot too, center of my cheek area. Not a place that rubs or gets damage often. Seems like bad quality to me. I cancelled my vip and will not be shopping with them again.

The only email I received is the subject line I have mentioned above. No information on shipping or anything. I tried reaching out to customer service but no response. Number itself is invalid and not in use. I have paid for the order and now stuck. Can someone from Fabletics team contact me? This is not at all good experience.

They have a very predatory business model. When you order something from the website for the first time, they don't ask you anywhere but you are automatically signed up for the VIP membership. If you do not skip the month between the 1st and 5th of the month, your credit card or payment method will be charged $59.95 USD for your membership benefits on the 6th until you cancel. Member Credits expire 12 months from the charge.
I can't believe there are such bad reviews.
I ordered from them 3 times already with 3 different emails so I can use the 2 for £24 offer.
All the leggings are AMAZING quality, lovely colours. The best leggings I ever own honestly.
I always cancelled the VIP membership via online chat after I received my orders and there were no issues.
Overall great experience, great quality of products.
I honestly recommend it based on my experience.

The experience was just awesome! I had to process and return from an online order & it was so easy. The salesperson let me know that the item isn't carried in store but she would gladly be willing to have it ordered online if I needed another size. The sales team on the floor were so helpful making sure if there was any sizes we needed to let them know and they would check in back for us. We also tried stuff on. The changing rooms were clean and the virtual experience is unlike anything that competitors have. The lady in the fitting rooms was very helpful and helped explain the screens to those that didn't understand what they could be used for. LOVE the mens clothing. In general the staff was so excited and engaging. The store was full. We spent way too much $$. Thanks for coming to Omaha.

Takes way too long to get items. My first purchase took over 10 days. Even past expected delivery date. Didn't arrive in time for needed event. Canceling membership. Not worth the wait.
I ordered a pair of men's shorts. Just received the SECOND replacement shipment and they still got it wrong. You think for these prices, they'd be able to correctly process an order form. The difficulty is in both the size and version of the product...I want a M size and unlined. So far, I have now gotten a M lined and a S unlined. Just giving up at this point...

I love the shorts I got both pair I will say the problems I've had is with the 5in ones I don't like it only has one pocket. Other than that love the shorts I got

They are very comparable to the much higher end
Activewear. The app is a breeze to navigate.
Big plus if you live by a store. The customer service reps there are super knowledgeable!
At this point it would have been cheaper just to have bought a new wardrobe at Lululemon. This company targets people on their first "VIP" purchase with great deals and you think you made a steal. WRONG. If you forget to "skip" your monthly membership you get charged $50 for a member credit. The website rarely ever had any sizes other than XS or XXL if that. ALSO, if you use a member credit they charge sales tax on that item. You also have to be very direct to get your membership cancelled because the sales people are very pushy for you to keep your membership. They only let you cancel the membership over the phone which is a red flag in itself. Do yourself a favor and never get involved with this company.

I purchased a pair of pants at the store and did not realize they were slim fit till I got home. Took them back to the store and they had to order a pair for me because all they sell in the store are slim fits. They placed the order for me and I received the pants in 10 days just like I was told. Pants fit and are super comfortable.
I received somebody else's order. It was all men's clothes. I was pretty disappointed considering how excited I was to receive my order. I called customer service. They were pretty great. They emailed me a return shipping label and reordered my order. One of the items was sold out already. I was told I would be given a credit to buy something else. I do not see my credit on my account yet. I still have not received my order. I believe I placed my original order on 4/19. Today is 5/7.
If you're looking for a lord of the flies type experience for your littles then you are in luck. Parents not parenting, spending all their time on their phones while their children run around like possessed little feral demons. There were several safety issues there as there was no staff monitoring play areas, and I even saw some kids playing in the hand sanitizer. Definitely won't be going back there.

Extremely dissatisfied with this company. I became a VIP member and after 3 weeks of waiting for my order and 3 calls later the call center tells me they can't refund my order because it hasn't been 20 business days and to call back then. How many times does one have to call a place or wait to receive an order? Tracking number changed the delivery date 3 times and every time I call this company I get a different story. Lies..
I'm a Lululemon shopper and have been for years but their clothing quality has significantly gone downhill in the last few years. I saw a feature one time on the news regarding post-pandemic shopping for work out clothes and Fabletics was mentioned among others. So I gave it a try. I mainly work as a sports physical therapist so most of my clothes have to be athletic fitting and should have room to move around in, yet be professional looking as well. I ordered their Men's polo shirts and socks. I am very impressed with the quality of the fabric and how it feels during my work day in the clinic. I've gotten compliments already just from its fit and the stylish design. I then ordered the modern classic fit pants, and 3 more polo shirts! I highly recommend giving this product line a try. Don't let the VIP subscription deter you- you can skip every month with no limit anyway. I never pay the monthly, but I just buy what I need when I need them.
I have loved the clothing items I have received so far but speaking with customer service has left me disappointed and frustrated. I have been "hung up on" twice because they did not want to deal with addressing my question.

They invite you to subscribe to VIP membership to get certain deals. However, it is not a simple process to cancel your subscription and the monthly fee is $50 if you don't skip it. You have to chat or call them to cancel. There was one time I was kicked out of two chats right after I asked for my account to be cancelled.

I returned four items to Fabletics for a total of $85.04 USD. I requested a return to my credit card. They gave me a total of $14.95 USD in store credits and that was it. I had to contact them four times to get my full refund. Each time they told me I requested "no refund". Why would anyone request no refund on returned items? That is theft. Stealing $70 of my money is also theft. My returns were never worn, returned within 30 days with tags on. After the fourth attempt I received a partial refund. This company is corrupt. I'll never do business with them again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
