Great quality: No matter how much I wash my Fabletics clothes, they never lose their size, or quality.
(I've also ordered from Fabletics 2 other times in the past, and these items are still great to this day as well)

Please do not use your card to buy from this company. They are fraud. After your first purchase they will continually talking money from your account. I have lost hundreds before my bank Natwest stops them. If you are the type that doesn't check your account regularly, you had it.
I love Fabletics VIP sales - their Powerhold leggings and shorts are my absolute favorite for distance running / spin class / lifting / all the things. Awesome sale prices to stock up? YES PLEASE! BUT... when I already know exactly what I'm looking for (because I already have like 4 pairs), and the website instead shows me everything else except what I ACTUALLY want... or only shows one or two colors of an item (even after clicking on details) instead of all the color options in the same place, and the limited filter/search functionality doesn't help... not great. Every time, it takes 5x longer than necessary to accomplish what I came there to do -- give you my $ to get the products I as a loyal customer want more of. How is intentional inefficiency providing a good shopping experience? Please add better filter and search options and provide a streamlined efficient process for those of us who to like to shop with purpose instead of aimlessly meandering every aisle. Thank you!
Fabletics have the best quality in scrubs and active wear. Prices are a little too high but the VIP is very convenient. I am obsessed with everything I've been getting!
I never in a million years thought that my order would be cancelled only and only because my billing address is listed as one thing and I was shipping merchandise to my alternate address in another state. To add insult to injury not only was my order cancelled but my account was suspended for what will be 72 hours. Who do FABLETICS think they are... its best I take my business elsewhere and spread the word. I've spent thousands of dollars with this company.

Overall, Fabletics has a great selection of activewear and such. I gave it four stars because the member credits increased in price making it not as beneficial as just buying an item outright. In some cases, you lose money by using a credit because it could be cheaper than the credit cost. Fabletics used to have many more options for sets as well... not so much anymore (or not able to update any part of it)

The clothes are amazing. Love the fit, colors, and styles.
My only complaint is the time it takes to get an order. I'm probably used to Amazon. Most orders take at least 10 days.
Deceiving tactics. Will show you awesome savings and deals without telling you that you need to pay a membership fee of 59.95 in order to get the discount. Terrible way to market a business. I was super excited to try some of these but after seeing the super deceitful tactic.
Do not recommend shopping here just based on that fact alone. Even if the membership offers good deals and you plan on buying from them for months on end, the way they sell the membership to you should be enough to show you how they operate as a company.
The discount you see in the picture is only applied if you purchase their membership for 60 dollars.
It was not the problem with representatives. Your company policies are horrible. And they cannot work beyond that.
You display a price and checkout another price so bad not trust worthy at all.

I bought a running bra and tshirt and the material used for both items was very soft and felt great on. The employees were very helpful and it was overall a really nice shopping experience.
Their new membership program is the most stupid and huge waste of money ever. It used to be a monthly membership that's dollar-per-dollar, but now it's $50/month for 1 measly Member Credit. I skip months now but my previous $350 worth of credit is now 7 "Membership Credits". But there's sales so frequently where outfits are $25 so if I use my "Member Credit" (which I technically already paid $50 for!) I'm LOSING money. PLUS you still have to pay for Sales Tax + Import Tax additional out of pocket. What's the point of having a VIP membership? Nothing. It's really frustrating.
Only reason it gets 2 stars is because the outfits are comfortable.

Your products don't seem to be made of top quality like they were over the past 10 years.
My dancer daughter just told me she doesn't want more Fabletics because they don't hold up.
Before signing up to fabletics I had heard mixed reviews. I was really pleased with my first order and the quality was great. I forgot to cancel my subscription one month, they do make this clear. However I have been trying to spend my £49 since February. First order was cancelled after 5 days as they ran out of stock, second order placed at the start of March 7 I paid for delivery within 3-5 days. I contacted customer service and was advised there was an error with there system to reorder. I did and 4 days later the items still haven't been shipped. Fabletics I really hope you respond to this I just want my items!
The quality of your clothes in my experience are great, however this is the worst service I have ever received from a company. I don't understand how you are still able to operate as a company.

I love all of their clothes and accessories! I have tons of workout sets, leisure pieces, slippers, and more. I'd love to work with the brand someday because I truly love them and wear their clothes all of the time!
I wanted to take advantage of the two shorts for $19 deal. I wish it had been that simple. You can't just buy the shorts, you have to sign up for a "monthly membership" where they charge you $60 for the privilege of buying a few shorts and t-shirts. Unbelievable grift and shadiness. On top of that, the shorts really aren't anything special. The zippered pockets especially are annoying to try to open and close. Stay away from Fabletics. It's trash.
Been shopping fabletics for almost 10 years now and I still love their stuff! Sales are amazing but more importantly the quality of the clothes is worth the price!
After less than 2 months of owning a pair of Fabletics leggings for strictly yoga, they tore at the seam creating a hole and run up the back. I only wash the leggings and allow them to air dry to avoid unnecessary wear and tear. When I contacted customer service, they blamed me! For a company all about quality at a good price I am shocked at their response.

I made several returns through happy return in which I received confirmation that items have been received but I never got the refund. After reaching to customer service, I was told that I marked the return as a no refund. First, that was not an option on the return portal and second, -are they really claiming that there is a customer out there that would go out of their way to return items and just say the hell with it I don't want the money back, keep it?! And before you think oh, maybe they gave me some store credit - they did not! Just happy to try and keep the money and hope that someone doesn't check their credit cards or won't notice!? This isn't the first time this happened hence why I'm writing this review.
Beyond ridiculous! Disappointing because besides the customer service and the refund issues, the leggings are great!
I placed my order on January 23. Then my order was delayed twice. After The first delayed I was not able to track my order at any moment it only show up that my order was delayed. I even checked this morning and they have no clue where my order was but I was expecting another product from another company and they got here together but the biggest problem is I only received two of the eight items I ordered. Obviously I called right away since today is Monday I need to wait until Friday so they can find out what happen with the rest of my products by the way the back is not damage or tear which means it must be a distribution center mistake.
Anyone else with a similar situation?

I do not like how the calve part on the pants is so pronounced, the fabric bunches up alot. The powerhold collection WAS my favorite.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
