I purchased some things because they were good quality at a good price. But then they force you into paying for a membership which I had to cancel if I didn't want it. This left a bad taste on an otherwise good purchase.
You can say it's made with quality, all the necessities are there, one of my iffy about scrubs is some of them has the worst waistband possible and not this one, so I love it!
On my first purchase I was outomatiyly signed up as a member and charged a $59 fee. I have since canceled the membership but have not received the refund.
Ordered two pairs of pants and 2 high impact sports bras. The pants are decent and comfy.
The sports bras are bad.
1. they are advertised as high impact, they are comfortable but no actual support
2. One of the bras came to me with a broken shoulder strap. When I looked at the clips they were so badly made they snapped in half before they even got to me, and I can easily bend them with my finger. I'm sure if I ran in it it would have broken anyways.
3. Customer service will not reply to me about return/refund for the one bra

Tried to write a bad review this afternoon and see that it has been edited or something. Like most other people I didn't see their scam that the membership fee would be applied each and every month whether you bought something or nothing. Kate Hudson should be totally ashamed of herself what with her millions making dud movies only to be sheltered by her mother Goldie, her father and her other father. Isn't what you have enough for you and your miserable family to live on that you have to scam the general public. Just another $#*! celebrity making millions off the general public. She's just as bad as welfare cheats - only richer!
The customer service online and in-store is excellent. Discounts are real and can be combined with membership points. Returns are always super easy. I do not have nay other memberships because they are never as good as they promote. However, everything that Fabletics offers is excellent. The product also is very high quality. I can't believe I have been a member for so long because I just don't do them usually, but I tell all my friends how fantastic it is. I have 3 daughters and they are extremely please I am a member. I have also been recently buying for my husband and son. The benefits are awesome. There are no "catches" or "items not included in discounts." The online store shows models of ALL shapes and sizes which is wonderful and helpful in ordering different items for different body types. If I could work for them I would.

I have been wearing fabletics since 2017. They haven't let me down yet. Comfortable, Cute and diverse quality items. These clothes speak for themselves. I have a pair of maternity shorts and seamless pants that still are fabulous and three years old. Of course I restocked when the new color came out. You can dress fabletics up or down, from errands running to a girls day, or the gym, even just for lounge wear. I love the way the clothes hug your body and enhance the curves. This is your sign to fill that cart up. Highly recommend

My favorites leggings now, I got 2 t shirts, 2 sweaters and 2 shorts I'm so happy with the quality and Price.
I have not been working out for many years. I have a hard time motivating myself to exercise if my clothing is uncomfortable from the jump. I have to say these jumpsuits are so comfortable. The fabric breathes and wicks away moisture. Body odor doesn't overwhelm it like my other jumpsuits and tights. The seams are sewn with a thread that isn't scratchy and has the same quality as the fabric. The two negatives forbme has to do with design and production. I need pockets. I'm older. Younger people may not carry their phones when they walk or workout, but it is a pain in the $&×?! To find an alternative or carry my phone by hand. The second complaint is that they advertise a really popular item on social media, but won't order enough sizes nor reorder the same color selection. I bought into this program for those items and can't the items that would make my membership worth the expense.
I just signed up for Fabletics and I am extremely disappointed. What is the point for signing up for a membership if I can't use the money that you charge me, $49, on the items that are on sale! I was looking to purchase A bunch of items over Black Friday when EVERY item was on sale! When I went to check out, if I used my $49 "credit", I'd be charged Full Price? Why? Nowhere when I signed up did it say that I could not use my credits on sale items. It said I would be charged $49 a month and that money could be used on anything. What is the point of the membership then?! I called customer service and asked for an adjustment. They made it and I'll now be cancelling unless this policy changes because this is false advertising. It's really a shame because I love the athletic clothes.

They have manipulative and pushy marketing material. I'm sorry but if your main selling point for new VIP customers is "you can cancel anytime, we are available 24/7" but it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel via their website and no one ever answers the hotline phone. How can a customer actually cancel? You cant. Full stop. It Is A Scam. Don't believe Kate Hudson's lies.

As others have already said this site is very misleading- charging £44 a month for membership! When I tried to cancel the woman on the phone was so rude and condescending. Will never be buying from this brand again.
I signed up because of their 2 for $24 deal but soon after my first order everything was priced at $45+ even their cheap bras you can purchase for $10 anywhere else. If you forget to skip the month they will take $49.99 and will not refund. It's a joke.

My girlfriend got charged monthly and never received a single email to confirm joining anything or communication of any kind. Worse the clothes are very poor quality!

It's been 4 days after being promised a 2 day delivery. Yes I understand the holidays, but since I've been tracking my package, it hasn't even left California. I tried calling customer service who transferred me three times and hung up. VIP membership is a bunch of bull. Dont waste your money.

These are by far the best pair of pants I have ever owned.
They stay in place through vigorous physical activity. Also very comfortable when sitting for long periods of time.
I am a beef cattle farmer and once I found these joggers I havent worn anything else under my overalls all fall!

Each time my wife and I have ordered anything, it ends up getting misplaced somewhere on the way and taking about 2-3 weeks longer than they say it will to get here. Products are great, but the apparent incompetence of their shippers make me want to stop ordering.

Horrible quality clothing. See through leggings, terrible texture on shirts and bras. The designs are cute and the sale prices are tempting but overall, you're better off spending a little more to get what you pay for. Would never shop here or refer ever.

Terrible place. They charge you 50 a month for NOTHING! Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Customer service is all outsourced and barely speak English, so incompetent! Hate the owner of this brand for this ish now

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
