It pains me to have to write this review. I'm a longtime loyal customer. Previously very happy with products and service.
I placed an order that was confirmed 2/7/21. Contacted company three weeks after order was placed to find out when product will ship. In my order history, it has never taken more than two weeks for shipping.
Owner said she would check on it. Heard nothing for 10 days. Emailed again and asked if everyone was okay there. She responded that they were and would get back to me. Nothing. A week later I emailed and requested a refund. Her response was that she couldn't refund my card as my order had shipped. I emailed back for her to forward tracking information twice. Nothing again. I then emailed that I would be posting this review unless tracking information was produced. Nothing. Here's my review and I would request a full refund or delivery of my order
