I'd order more but the majority of the shorts and shirts are never in stock, unless you want the flamboyant colors which I don't like.

Shipping is slow, slow, slow on exchanges. They told me my replacement would be shipped immediately after my return shipping label was scanned by the carrier. They even sent me a confirmation email that my exchange was being shipped out. But then they continued to sit on it for another week and a half. Whole process took 2 1/2-3 weeks. They don't practice what they preach. They make you buy these membership credits for $50.00 each every month, then make you spend them on less expensive items.
I have been a club member from almost the beginning of Fabletics. I like the styles better from years ago a lot better. I have had both good and bad experiences.
Good quality active wear. Sizes are accurate. While sales are great, regular prices are a little high. In the long run, you get what you pay for!
They helped me handle many weird returns thst I couldn't do online. They even called their corporate customer service line and spoke with managers to resolve issues on my account. I love this place
Had to do an exchange for size and it was very simple and easy. Didn't have to pay to ship it back either which was a plus.
It is incredibly difficult and almost unfindable to cancel your membership once you have started. Yes, the clothes came on time and in a very professional fashion, but I now am paying for the VIP membership when I do not want to.
I love my Fabletics! I just wish all color options and styles were available for everyone and not based on the tier you're on.
You can not just buy a pair of shorts from them, with any purchase you make, you sign up for a subscription and they charge you month to month and that charge is just a credit to buy more clothes from them. It's in the very fine print and as you're checking out it seems like a very simple checkout for just a regular pair of shorts. Don't let them fool you like they did me.
I don't think there should be a high membership cost in addition to a charge for the clothes. One or the other, to make it clearer what the price per item actually is.

The site and app are pretty easy to navigate. The product quality is consistently great. It IS difficult to skip the monthly credit as if you don't click several buttons, it auto charges you. Also they're often sold out of popular products in my size.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
