I have been waiting for a refund of about $400 dollars from Fabletics for goods not received. Fabletics refused to refund my bank card, even though it's the same card they were able to take money from. The only thing they would offer me is a cheque, even though I live in Australia. It's impossible for me to cash a foreign cheque here. It's been over two weeks of being told my issue has been escalated to a different team and someone will get back to me in 1-2 days and I still have not heard one thing about why they can't just refund my card?
This issue has been ongoing since April.
Be warned people, Fabletics will take your money and then refuse to offer you an acceptable refund method.
When I signed up to get the special sale two for one it was unbeknownst to me that I signed up for membership and you started charging my credit card $69 a month that's a hustle it's a scam and I reported it to the attorney general's office. I want nothing to do with your company your fraud
I had no problem with this company until today. I was charged for the VIP membership even though I thought I skipped for month. I've been trying to get in touch with customer service by online chat and on the phone, but no one is answering. Hopefully, I'll be able to get my refund. Then, I will be terminating my business with this company.
Edit: Was finally able to speak to someone on live chat, and they refunded me. Very relieved, but still suspicious on why it was so hard to contact them when it has been so easy before.

The price seemed to vary from being signed up as a vip or non-vip, it seemed cheaper to purchase being a non-vip member when it comes to purchasing site deals, and also super hard to check out, the fee for vip although you can choose to skip a month is very expensive and hard to redeem. If you click wrong your $90 vip-fee can be down the drain with a $10 purchase.
Overall 8-10 with the clothing great material and nice variety.

Purchase was slow in arriving. The leggings are small for size. Forget the bras here. Bought XL which generally works with most brands. These are way smaller and not cut well for actually putting them on and taking off. I kept the leggings.
Had the worst time trying to return them online to get a code for FedEx return since I do not live anywhere close to a store. I'm not even sure the code will work now because it's been awhile since I got the code to use because work has kept me out of town for so long.

I tried to chat online with customer service, you can type a message but can't send it. Spoke with someone who said they would refund my credit card the monthly charge, instead he gave me store credit. Had to call again to get someone to correct it.
I have never had to experience such dreadful customer service from any retailer in the past! I ordered one of their outfits but didn't like the fit or fabric so decided to return it. You can't do it any other way apart from scheduling a collection. I asked for the delivery agent to call me when they are at the address as there are 2 receptions. They promised over the phone they would but they never did and as a result I missed the pick up. The pick up has been rescheduled for the following day and I left the item in our internal post room on this occasion. When they charged me £44 a week after for their VIP membership that I had no idea about I called to cancel it and decided to check on that pick up. They had no idea where the item was! Will never shop with them again for sure!
Everyone is charged a tariff for shipping which is crazy crap the company is choosing to have garments made in Taiwan, customer service is in Philippines. Shipping is very slow I ordered from two different stores on same day in Green Hills TN received one order today, fabletics has not even been shipped yet, contacted cs was given a tracking number that is not valid. Sad

I bought two leggings, they are amazing quality and so cute but they are weirdly long, I had to sew the bottems to fit me so if your are under 5,5 they might fit weird at the legs but I sowed them and they are great.
I appreciate that Fabletics released a shopping app instead of having to always use the website, but it's not very user friendly. There are no size filters and ALL the leggings are listed individually instead of one listing for each type. It's a lot to scroll through

I have a concern about Fabletics's quality control. When my order (1st one btw) was received the receipt said six item shipped when only four were shipped/received. Upon calling the company I found out that one item was out of stock yet the shipping receipt did not reflect that. The receipt said that item was shipped along with another item that was just completely missing. I caught the issue and customer service resolved it, however, I am worried that the quality control is not up to par and other customers will be or have been adversely affected. At best case, this was just an oversight; worst case, this is a scam. I advise that everyone look closely at their shipping receipt and make sure you receive what you pay for!
I really like having sets that go together. Don't have to waste time putting outfits together that look great. Pockets on the pants are truly a bonus! The best part is how versatile the clothes are, they're not only for working out, I'm a fan for sure!

The clothing is terrible quality and overpriced. The "subscription" is not clearly explained and difficult to figure out how to cancel. They try and fool you by giving your account "credits". The leggings pill, my Capri leggings look and feel like they're on backwards, the two shirts are terribly shaped and unflattering. Finally figured out how to cancel and will warn anyone who will listen against purchasing this brand of garbage.

I bought several medium impact sport bras for myself and my niece. They are perfect for my Pilates classes. Love the design and color options including patterns. I had to exchange one for a smaller size and that process was seamless.

I ordered, and paid for, two pairs of leggings. Months later I realized I was being charged $50 /month with nothing in exchange. Apparently, when you opt in for whatever deal they're peddling for your first purchase, you're enrolled in a "VIP Program." The 'perks of this program is being charged monthly for absolutely nothing in return. I contacted Fabletics and they said this is a result of some box I check upon check out. Apparently, there's fine print involved in ordering a pair of stupid leggings. I have reported these charges to my bank and hope to be refunded. In the meantime, to anyone is considering purchasing from this company, be careful what you're signing up for, I would hate to see this happen to someone else.

I have been very disappointed in this clothing and finally used all my "spent " money with you because of forgotten skips (which indecently are difficult to get to) and then you keep charging me. I have wanted it cancelled for months now. I do not wish to give you any more of my money but you keep taking. I can buy the equivalent at Walmart for 75% less in cost.
The clothes themselves are fine. The designs are interesting and quality of fabrics good. What is not acceptable is the so called VIP membership they trick you into that results in recurrent monthly charges. I don't need that many work out outfits! Also, there isn't even enough variety in styles to have a membership- you are basically forced to buy every style if you keep the membership. Cancelling the membership is a pain- horrible customer service that obviously has a manual they're reading from so can't do a simple cancellation without reading you a bunch of crap about how you should keep the membership. And, they do have live chat, but after spending time giving them your information they tell you that they can't cancel a membership via chat- you have to call them. WASTE OF TIME! Really a shame because I thought the clothes were nice. Not worth the hassle.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
