This company is all about taking your money and looping you into sales you cannot back out of. They messed up on multiple orders of mine and their costumer service was non-existent when I needed assistance. After multiple attempts and over a month of messages and 2 phone calls to the company, I still never received my order. When they finally tried to issue a re-order, it was the wrong items. The jacket I did receive, the stitching was all messed up. And they barely attach the tags so if they accidentally get ripped off, you cannot make a return. Slimy business all about the $$. After they messed up on 3 orders in a row, I was done.

I had the most horrible experience and can not believe the better business bureau has not gotten on them. My 15 year old was mislead and confused the their hole "VIP" issue. I paid with my card for her order and could tell by the very fine print they were now going to charge my card automatically EVERY month. When I called to cancel the VIP status, they said they can only do it by talking to my daughter. I flipped and said "I am the adult, you took my credit card so I want to cancel it" They would not do it so I put my 11 year old other daughter on the phone who played by older daughter. It was crazy!
I can not believe people sign up to get their cards charged EVERY month and have the responsibility to cancel it. Not only that! To return, and not take an exchange, you pay $5.95 on top of it.
Yes my name is Sheena and I just wanted to let everyone know that I place one order with fabletics and they have continuously charged my husband's account for products I have never received and or have never ordered so be very careful when you use this site or do business with this company. I am very disappointed in there honesty and integrity. Because of this situation I will never do business with this company again. Good job Fabletics! If I could give them less than 1 * I would.

This company is awful to deal with! I ordered an outfit that I was not impressed with. I just wanted a refund. After calling in to a representative and her trying to convenience me for about 10 minutes that I should exchange the items, I finally got a return label sent to me via email. I paid $24.97 for the items and was refunded $2.37! When I called to find out where the rest of my money was, I ended holding on the line for approximately 27 minutes while they "looked into" the issue. The only good thing that came out of this was that they apologized for the mistake and stated it will be corrected in 5-7 business days. (I am hoping this is true) I do a lot of online shopping and have NEVER had so much trouble trying to return an item! Not impressed!
I got a few clothes from them and so far so good. I might size up for the top since it's made tight to support beautifully the body but I think I need to compare sizes to see what works the best for me! Nice fabrics. I did a few washes and the quality stays amazing! Sometimes I feel like the short are a bit small for my long legs so it's something to be careful about (as feeling like I'm wearing underwear and not "small legs pants").

I really loved my Fabletics that I received for Christmas. I've only worn these pants 4-5 times in the 4 weeks I've had them and the seam on the right hip is already splitting and now has a dime-sized hole. These are a size medium (I am a size 8).
I happened upon Fabletics VIP as a one-time customer returning a pair of ill-fitting camo leggings (poor stretch factor). I was over the top pleased Keystone Crossing location took care of it with an exchange. I became a fan and happened in on Labor Day weekend to learn of a 50% off sale in addition to the VIP perks. Every girl in that store is helpful, professional, quick to serve. Impressive.

They try to hide the fact that there is a $50 monthly charge on the vip membership and call it 'free' when it absolutely is not. And then they continue to charge you without you even realizing it until it's too late. When I asked for a refund, the customer service rep told me I can only get store credit, which is useless to me. Their clothing is overpriced and frankly not the best quality or style. I am going to my bank to hopefully get my money back
I will never order with Fabletics again! The VIP 'service' is a complete scam - I didn't receive my 20% off my first order. When I emailed them to cancel my VIP membership because I was charged £44 for not ordering (even though I didn't receive an email notifying me of this!).
The website is a total scam and the products are an awful fit - used to rate Kate Hudson but considering she associates herself with an absolutely scam of a company my opinion has changed. Never order from them!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my clothes from Fabletics! I have purchased several sets of leggings, sports bras and Jackets, and let me tell you, these clothes make you look good! They shape your entire body and the leggings really enhance your booty beautifully 😍 I'm honestly very happy with this brand of clothing due to their extremely good quality and decent prices! 👌 Thanks

Received one pair of men's pants that was correct. The second pair were the wrong size. I returned them and received the wrong size again. I tried another return but could not get anything because my son's size was no longer available. Did not offer a refund either. A shame, my son loves the pants that were the correct size. Disappointed.

At the till they get you to tick the, "agree to terms and conditions" as all online companies do. However they use this to sign you up to a monthly direct debit of £44 which they call a charge. Which then according to them becomes a credit on your account and now has no monetary value. Although it is still your £44. They refuse to refund your money and make it extremely hard for you to stop the monthly account "Charge". Disgusting business practice. Unethical and horrible. Daylight robbery.
My daughter accidentally signed up for this scam! She fell for the TV ads that stated you could get a full outfit for $25.00! What a scam. When you sign up as a VIP member they automatically charge the credit card from the initial purchase every month $50.00. Extremely disappointed in the company and Kate Hudson. She is not really a good role model if she is backing this.
I am extremely disappointed as this is my 5th or 6th time ordering from you that offers no availability of the cute pattern or colors of leggings your brand is known for. This cause me to settle for your plain ordinary colors. I am xl in top and L in bottoms. I do not feel these sizes are uncommon or hard to come by so why are the popular colors or patterns unavailable ALL the time? I am going to have to rethink continuing my subscription because of this.

I love Fabletics products - the site is not good at best and down right awful sometimes. I wish it was actually user friendly - hard to find certain items. There isn't a search feature (that I have been able to FIND), it's difficult or impossible to narrow down what you see when all you want is a top or a bottom. But once you have something you like, its great!

They changed the item I ordered without telling me because it was out of stock. The only thing they offered me was just an apology and I had to go through the whole return process. There is a reason we choose online shopping to save time, if I had to spend more time to see what happened on my order I would have gone to the store. So disappointing...

I advise anyone who is getting the urge to start a VIP membership not to bother becoming one. I've had multiple problems with them from the first order. I was a VIP with them for only 2 1/2 months. I just had to cancel because it was unbearable. I don't want to get into detail because it will take me a LONG time to write all of the issue I had with them. Im just telling you. Don't even bother. I do shop online quite frequently. I have an account with zappos, Amazon, GAP and Honest company. Fabletics sucks!
I am a PE teacher and I wear athletic clothing every day. I have been using Fabletics for at least 4 years. The quality is amazing and at a much better price than other quality athletic wear. I have every piece I've ever purchased and it's still in the same shape as when I bought it. I have tried cheaper brands, but they just don't hold up like Fabletics. I've tried more expensive brands, and I'm really not impressed with what I get versus how much more I'm spending.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
