Bought one thing off of an ad I saw and the charged me a monthly membership for months without me noticing--yes I get that's my fault for not paying attention but I was still pissed and come to find out I cant use my couple hundred dollar credit for the discounts?!?!? What a load of $#*! I have to spend more money to get deals.
Customer service sucks, the clothes are super plain and the company just sucks.

I just ordered an outfit this morning- I should have read reviews prior. Apparently upon ordering, reviews state that you will be charged $50.00 unless you purchase something each month.
So I called this morning to take myself off of the VIP membership. Surprisingly taking myself off the VIP membership would also cost me my "first order at $25.00". That was cancelled too.
Too bad - Just beware.
While I did like the quality of the clothing- I closed my membership November 2021 - I still had £19 credit on my account. I have contacted Fabletics about 10 times to try to get my money back but still 5 months later there is no success. It now says it doesn't recognise my email. This is appalling and a warning to others who consider joining the membership.

I ordered two pair of leggings. And noticed it automatically signed me up for "VIP" which I didn't ask for. Then I did some digging realizing I would be charged 60$ every month for my ONE purchase. It also was a pain to figure out to cancel, Ofcourse you can't do it online like it states. I had to call customer support after saying I wanted to cancel 5 times, he continued to tell me i could keep my membership just by "skipping" a month three times. So now I cancelled my membership which cancelled my order. I have yet to receive a confirmation about either.

The first time I ordered, everything went smoothly, I received a great deal on my scrub set, and they shipped/arrived in a very timely manner. The scrubs themselves did run small, but I was able to start an exchange for the same set in a different size without any difficulties. They are now my favorites and I just ordered a second pair in a different color for my other job. Will probably end up buying a third at some point.

I love Fabletics. Comfy, thick leggings. I am very happy with the quality and the fact that you can wear them comfortably without worrying about them being see thru and they do not roll down like all my other leggings.

None of the clothing I ordered were of good quality, and quite frankly, didn't feel good to wear.
I jumped through hoops to get a return label, and am told that I would get refunded in a few days.
Over a weeks later I get a partial refund - about $150+ less than what was expected. I've reached out for assistance by email and phone and am still waiting for a reply. Such a scam. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Check the size chart and then size up two sizes if you are a curvy chick. The quality is great. I would love to see more styles such as cropped leggings. Customer services is very responsive and returns are easy.

As always, my products shipped quickly and arrived in good condition. I can usually find styles that are appropriate for my age and shape. Fabletics offers a wide range of colors, styles and sizes if you are quick to order.

This survey is very timely as I am very frustrated that the threading on one of the pants I ordered is coming undone, and badly. 3 threads are loose and I've tied them in a knot so it doesn't get worse, but it's bad. I'm extremely disappointed because I know this was not supposed to happen (my other pair is completely fine).
I would like a replacement pair of the pants I bought as I am embarrassed to wear the damaged pants in public.

I love the pieces that I keep from my orders. However, finding my size/pattern/color/style is getting very hard when shopping. Many time items are not available. I've returned several pieces over my last few orders due to the cut or fit being really wonky. Sometimes it the fabric that's an issue, but most times it's the way the piece is cut which makes the fit very off.

It sucks to have yoga pants that are so sheer you feel uncomfortable in a class. Nothing that I have bought from Fabletics has done that yet, and let me tell you, I wear the hell out of these leggings.

I have been with Fabletics for over 5 years. I haven't purchased in a while, but when placing an order I was unable to receive a discount for 50% off on items that were having a promotion if I used my membership credit. I called an asked them why and the woman I spoke to was rude and would not make exceptions.

First of all the mislead you with false advertising on the price. The.ca price is in USD though it never says that. Then When I went to return some products, it showed the package had arrived and they claimed it hadn't 2 months later still look for my refund. Dealing with their customer care team is almost laughable. They actually rude. But I feel for them to some degree considering they probably have to deal with upset customers none stop.

The good: the clothes are comfortable, and when on sale are worth the price for the quality. Shipping updates and notifications come quick and often as they should. The bad: service is meh. They seem to auto enroll you into their Fabletics monthly club with little notice. When trying to make an exchange for pants, they sent the right length, but the waist size was still wrong.

I like the products, however, they are very expensive and yet have worse customer service than a discount store or other reasonably priced online site. They are unresponsive and refuse to answer questions. They only try to sell you more.

These shorts were amazing! They didn't ride up on my legs or my butt, made me feel confident and super comfy. The sports bra stayed in place and kept everything in place. I'm gonna have to order more of these!

I've tried multiple different companies over the years to find good long lasting leggings with no success! I signed up with fabletics and tried theirs, and to my surprise their AMAZING! They'll never rip fade, you can't see through them and the wash like a dream! Their size range is very versatile as well, I'm glad I found them!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
