I ordered a lot of items when everything was 80% off. I ordered two sizes since I had never bought from this company before. I kept the smalls and return the mediums there were three. They only refunded for two because they didn't believe me that I sent back three. That was very disappointing to me. If they're going to have big sales they need to have Customer Service to handle what is returned.
I've been ordering for a long time and until recently I'd not received anything incorrectly, this past purchase was the incorrect color of a pair of pants. The whole exchange process was quick and easy. Still am very satisfied with the service fabletics provides.

Will never do business again. Spent so much money with them and got very few products. The products I did get may have been quality but they were very costly and there are many other brands on the market that are just as quality.

Even though the price is cheaper than other brands, I still feel like the quality it's not worth the price. Very poor fabrics, stitches are running, and it loses shapes after a few wash. I would rather spend more money on more quality products.

Love Fabletics! 99% of my fitness attire that I also wear casually is Fabletics. I find the fit and sizing to be really nice. I'm typically a small and appreciate that when I order items, I'm in a small/x-small. I've tried ordering from other places that have put me in a large and that did not make me feel very good.
I would like to see the maternity line expanded, as when I was pregnant I did have to go elsewhere. I'd be nice to use our member credits for some more clothing bundles. When I've gone to use my credits and most of the items are less expensive than what was charged on my card makes it a bit hard to buy something, as it ends up costing me more money. But, I'll continue to buy Fabletics clothing

I ordered the 2 for $24 leggings deal directly from their Facebook ad. There was absolutely NO mention ANYWHERE that I would be entered into their monthly subscription nor that as a VIP member, that I would be forced to pay $49.95/month. Terrible communication and honestly, very shady business practice. I've returned my two leggings and I'm still being sent their junky products and charged the $49.95/month. I called their customer service line and after a 30 minute run-around, I finally convinced them to refund my credit card and cancel my "subscription." They kept trying to tell me that they didn't need to refund the money since I have the money as a store credit. I NEVER want to order from your store again. There are plenty of other options that won't bait and switch customers like Fabletics did with me.

I have found the products I have purchased lately to be ill fitting; the return process is a drag so they get donated. I have been a customer for a long time and feel the organization is going downhill fast. :( It seems the prices have always been higher than most, but the fabrics and fit were always a consideration. Now, that quality has been lacking. The pants are constantly sliding down so I am trying to run with the crotch of the pants about 2" below where it should be. Sad...

I have been a Fabletics VIP member since the company started. Recently, I had over 940 points (1000 to earn a free outfit) when Fabletics decided to change the rewards program. It now takes 2000 points just to get a top or bottom! How shady of a deal is this? Also, the choices they give you are items you have already purchased or are being discontinued. Shame on Fabletics! If you are thinking of joining - DON'T!
I've been a client of yours off and on for several years. I love your leggings. They are great! Your sports bras, though, are not really hitting the mark in terms of what I need. I've tried some of your high support and love support, and they just seem to be made for smaller breasted women. Women with big boobs can be very fit, and it would be great. If you all could develop sports bras that provide good coverage and good support. I love everything else about your products!

First the positive, 99% of the items I purchase from Fabletics I am pleased with and enjoyed wearing. The items in this order were for my son and he is very happy with everything.
The challenges: I go out of my way to purchase in store because online delivery are slow and rarely if ever arrive on time. I would rate my experience with Fabletics customer service via online/telephone as some one the worst. I have rarely experienced helpfulness in my interactions with CS reps. More often than not I am advised of the reasons my concerns cannot be resolved.
Overall review: love Fabletics and will continue to shop in store and avoid online as much as possible.

I tried ordering a couple pairs of joggers from them for my girlfriend and when we got them they were very different than what they looked like online and were very thin. When I tried to return them for my money back the customer service person told me that I could not, but they would give me store credit. I ended up doing that and tried 2 different joggers, both of which were disappointing. They did not taper like the photos showed and the sizing was not similar between products as a medium fit for one style and was not even close for the other. I contacted customer service again and they only gave me the option for in store credit. They also only refunded me a fraction of what I had spent.

I was a new customer but from the beginning I had problems with the order I placed. The lack of communication and the fact that more order was rejected for what ever reason they want to make up they still had no problem charging my account. Now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my money back. I will not be ordering again from them and to my fellow consumers beware if you do.

The worst and I let them know I was slamming them all over the internet and they are still charging my credit card and will not let me cancel. They never answer phone and say they cannot accept over email. I now cant stand Kate Hudson when I see her. Her lack of not caring what a business sponsored by her is shocking. Never gonna give her another movie cent from our family. They have 65.$ of my money they wont refund.
A total scam... do not sign up, do not place any orders because once you do, your credit or debit card will be debited $49.95 monthly for a "credit" from which you can place future orders. This is a total scam. Shame on multi-millionaire celebrity Kate Hudson for attaching her name to this type of scam. While she has hired help servicing her and watching all of her millions, some of us have to worry about every $49.95.

My first order was delivered just fine. I tried them out and found out that the pants are too long so I want to return or exchange online, BUT they don't allow me to do online meaning that I have to call them. I haven't call them because I was thinking to just let it goes, then my friend told me that her account was charged automatically without knowing about this VIP membership program. Don't fall into their trick. Don't try the first outfit for $25. They are not worth your money and you are locked to pay $49.95 a month for their VIP membership.
All their products are great quality and less expensive than other name brands. Love the fit and the customer service is great! I highly recommend their apparel it's so versatile for every day wear and easy to pair with anything.

It was challenging to navigate the filter, especially looking for plus sizes. I'd find an item in one area, but not as a search option. It was somewhat confusing. And there were way more options that were not plus size.

Don't be taken in by the offer of a full outfit for £22. To get it, you have to sign up for their VIP membership at a cost of £44 per month. You have to either buy or keep rolling over your credit so as not to be charged. A lot of people have unknowingly signed up for this because of the misleading website, not realising until they've already given the company a couple of lots of £44 - money they can never get back. Rip off merchants.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
