My experience with Fabletic has been rocky from the start. I haven't had a good experience and I will not be returning as a membership customer. The customer support is subpar and inadequate to assist customers properly when there is a problem. There clothes when you are a member are priced astronomically high to purchase, and when you have a problem you can't get a representative to solve it properly.

I love my pants and jacket. The quality is great! It feels amazing to wear this. I just feel awesome in this set! I wish there were more colors. I am impressed with the value.
Every return has been smooth. I've had to return an item that stated the correct size on the packaging but the packaged item was not the correct size. Every associate I've dealt with has been pleasant and helpful. Four stars was given due to the fact that this error has happened on more than a couple other occasions causing me take home delivered items into a physical store is an inconvenience. I've ordered the same item in different colors and after trying on one to check the fit, I take off all of the tags. I went to wear the one I did not try on and it was again the wrong size inside of a mislabeled package, but I could no longer return due to no tags. Definitely a lesson learned. Size 9 sneaker box with size 7 sneakers. I've never had any issues until recently. All of these events have been within the first 4 months in this year. I'm sure that the incorrect size I received was also sent incorrectly to someone else. This I feel is an easy fix.
I got a pair of fleece joggers, lined 5" shorts & a tee. They all fit & feel incredible. Some of the best "athleisure" clothing I've ever bought. Great gear. Will be buying again
I couldn't return an unworn pair of shorts without a label, it fell of while I was trying it on and the store associate refused to take it back! Now I'm stuck with a pair that's too small and I can't use

Please cancel my subscription. I don't want to pay money for a service I don't even want. I canceled my subscription a month ago, and they still charged me 19 from my account that I was going to use for gas money for my car.

I ordered a pair of leggings and medium, but they were too small so I exchange them for a large. Those were also too small and they made the return process very easy.
The only leggings I wear. I work in a special education classroom and I can easily get up and down on the floor easily.
Fabletics have always been a fabulous way to rock sportswear and loungewear, I have been a proud customer for years. I don't buy any sports clothes from anywhere else. This is my favorite store.
The dressing room was very clean and once you enter the store they say hello how may I help you? That's wonderful it was always quick to assist you in finding the proper size that you're interested in to wear.

I love the scrubs and leggings but not as impressed with the other clothing. Sizes are per product, depending on what your ordering for example I'm a medium always but some medium too small/ large.
I love the clothing, although my last few pairs of leggings have gotten holes rather quickly. The local store is very limited on available sizes, but overall it's still my favorite brand of active wear.
Always pleasant and easy. Love how all my items can be worn on the office or on the golf course. Very versatile. I'd like to see what some footwear would look and feel like.

I canceled my new membership to Fabletics because I ordered a scrub top and bottom on the same day as both were in stock. One arrived in 4 days and the other 3 weeks later because it sat in a warehouse for over a week with no movement. Terrible inventory and shipping process. 1st impression is a lasting impression.

I am not quite sure now the VIP portions works- I get so many emails from Fabletics, I am missing the Vip part to opt in/out for that month. The 1 time I did for sure see the email, I am not sure I was directed correctly.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
