The monthly member credit keeps going up in price, but down in value. They offer store credit that doesn't work on the site to use & you have to call a different customer service with limited hours to try to figure it out. Every phone call I've had with their customer service leaves me totally unsatisfied & I feel trapped to stay a member because I want to use the stupid store credit. And the quality of their cold weather leggings really bottomed out.
The clothes for my husband are outstanding. The only problem is you have to pay a monthly fee to get the great price and for that reason I won't be buying from your company.
I feel that the quality has gone down over the years and I don't wear the new ones I bought recently. I also returned one item that I used a credit on and never received that credit back after the return. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing again
My package shipped fairly quickly. The sizing is a little off tho- an XS in the pants (the smallest option) were still too big and I typically wear a S in Fabletics! Additionally, they were completely sold out of my preferred color options, so I will most likely be returning my items.

USPS (United States Postal Service) lost my package not only once, but twice for the same product. I had to call Fabletics Customer Service in both instances. When I called the 2nd time to report the issue, I didn't think that they will resend the package for the 3rd times. I thought I would just let them know that I didn't receive my package. To my surprise, they honored a 3rd package and mailed it out to me. This time I requested the package to be held at the post office and I was able to pick it up. This is one of a kind quality customer service. So, impressive! Fabletics got my families and friends business for years to come. Thank you Fabletics!

I received a gift certificate for Christmas and spent 4-5 hours on calls with customer service trying to get the online ordering system to accept it. Painful! Also, when I finally placed an order, I found the company's pants were great - nice quality and looked good. However, I'm having problems with the built-in bra tops. They seem to be extremely low cut. I'm not all that modest, but don't feel comfortable wearing these to the gym without a top on top of these.
I'm charged if I don't skip the month and then the value I've paid expires. When I shop to use the money I've paid, the selection is so low in terms of sizes and colors. Plus there's a foreign transaction fee every time I order. This is my overall experience. It is not related to one purchase.
I tried several times on line to cancel. I finally called and asked to unsubscribe but was still charged for the next month. I had to remove my permission for PayPal to withdraw money from my account.
Quality of clothing is great! Order fulfillment and item availability (e.g. Size and color) could use a little work Particularly in the area of sale items. Also, regularly priced items are a little spendy. It is great clothing but I'm up in the air about continuing to spend my money here.
Most of my leisure and workout clothes are from Fabletics, and I've always been pretty happy with their quality, so this last experience was a little disappointing. I ordered a couple pairs of cold-weather leggings; after the first wear, both are beginning to pill between the legs. I haven't seen this in their other leggings before, and I'm especially disappointed since these were advertised not to pill.
Additionally, the website will not accept my credit card or my debit card (AmEx and Mastercard). I've been forced to use AfterPay, which is really not my preferred method of payment. This issue is still unresolved, which means I've been skipping my monthly credits bc I don't want to go through the AfterPay site.
Finally, the website often lists items as being available, even when I sort by my size, but when I click on them to get details, it shows that nothing is available. It makes shopping more time-consuming and annoying.
I've really loved Fabletics in the past, and I hope they can resolve these issues so I can continue to love their clothes in the future.
I have bought multiple sets of scrubs from Fabletics. I like the fabric, and it's comfortable. Important to note that the v neck is super small compared to any other scrub top I've ever worn, and it rubs your face when you pull the top on. And I am a female that wears an X small. So I have to put my makeup on after I get the top on, which is frustrating. And the pants are very comfortable, but every pair I have has one row of waistband stitching that is coming out, and I wash on delicate and hang to dry. Finally, the combinations of scrub styles that you can "buy" with your credits is sorely limited, which is frustrating. Would be my fave scrubs, and 5 stars if these were fixed. Hope someone is listening...

I love the gear, it's stylish and always has a good sale to stock up on any style I love and several colors to choose from. I like the membership and the ability to skip and month. I always get lots of compliments on my Fabletics and I love knowing it's affordable fashion.
I called to cancel. Took forever 1.5 hrs after trying to talk me out of it then instead of confirming h my request I was transferred to the virtual agent again and had to start all over
I must say I am extremely satisfied with the quality of Fabletics items that I have purchased. I have purchased a lot of other brand items including lululemon, Athleta and crazy yoga. Fabletics and Athleta are the best quality I have found. Crazy yoga is extremely soft and worth the price for lifting or light gym workouts but for my daily running I choose my Fabletics gear. It has the best design for holding my phone and mace and the colors stay true and don't fade u like my lululemon gear. I have also been pleased with the quality of the seats I recently purchased. They are comfortable and very warm.
I love the quality of Fabletics products--they're always great! The service has been excellent, and shipping is fast. The website is super easy to navigate, which makes shopping a breeze. Overall, I've had a really great experience and couldn't be happier with my outfits. They receive a 5 start from me.
I find the process for skipping a month challenging. It's easy to think you've successfully skipped a month when you haven't actually completed the process. The verification system requires clicking two separate confirmation buttons, with the second one buried several screens down, making it difficult to ensure the skip was properly processed.
You're basically paying retail price just like you would at a walk in sports store. The quality is decent but not mind blowing. The membership aspect of the brand is dumb. It's just a disguised discount. They discount you at the front. But they charge you in the back end with the membership, multiple times a month. So at the end you pay the same as retail if not more because the membership keeps going until you cut it off.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
