My expectations were too high. I believed the commercials. I bought 2 very well crafted, but mediocre in design and appearance, work-out pants for about $50 including delivery. The discounted price point sales pitch, 70% off MSRP, is just a pitch. While the pants are higher quality than say Walmart's athletic wear, Fabletics bargain prices are not a bargain.
The selection process can sometimes be overwhelming because there's so much to choose from but I manage.
I like matching my clothes and this is really fun.
I bought so much merchandise that I could be a spokesperson or a model for Fabletics I'll do anything and whatever to get my clothes for free.

I have purchased a wardrobe from this company, I love all of the many selections just when I think I have enough here comes a new drop and I start all over again.
I think moving forward I should a spokesperson for the 50+ group and I'm 65.
I have never agreed to a membership & now they just take money out of my account! Not one will call me back to cancel the membership! I have appointment with my attorney next week!

Fee. 3-4 months went by before I caught it. They make it hard to cancel. I had to call several times to actually talk to someone, was on hold for over 45 min.
If you forget to skip, you can only use your member credits for certain items and the range of items was poor.
If you don't skip, and you make a purchase, you are still assessed member credits for not skipping.
Totally designed to cause havoc.
I have been a member for over 10 years and I love the leggings. They last a long time and are so comfortable. I have recently started buying the scrubs and they don't disappoint either. Very comfortable and great material.

I've been using fabletics for almost 5 years now and have never been so confident prior to finding them. Fabletics is the missing piece that separates the boys from the men.
I am not a fan of subscription type services. But I appreciate that fabletics gives you a heads up when your sub is coming up and a chance to skip it.
I have never not liked anything that I ordered when I received it. Love the quality and comfort of Fabletics. Shipping could be better. It takes 7-10 days when ordering online.
I was sent the wrong item. When I tried to return the item, I could not. So I chatted with an associate and he gave me no way to choose how I return. I do not have access to a printer and made me print my return label. The customer service was horrendous.
Overall, I always have an excellent experience when purchasing items online from Fabletics. I usually purchase items for family members, and there is an outstanding selection of quality fitness attire, and accessories. VIP and routine discount pricing specials make the products very affordable. Navigating the website is easy and the selection and checkout process always works smoothly. Delivery of orders is completed in a very timely manner.
Overall, I was extremely pleased with my online shopping experience. The website was very easy to navigate, and there were a wide range of quality attire and accessories to select. The checkout process was straight forward and simple. My order was delivered in a reasonable period of time.
I have been a member since 2016. I have all the leggings I need, so now I am "buying" the Don pants for my husband. He LOVES them. Have washed my leggings many, many times and still look new.
Each month I put a reminder on my calendar to "cancel by"...that way I don't have any surprises.
When I do have a credit to use, I am able to save considerably on the list cost of the item. Mary D
I love the clothing/ scrubs sold by Fabletics. Unfortunately, the app is garbage. Every time I get a sale email, I attempt to go to the Fabletics app or site and have trouble viewing any other clothing than what originally loads. I'll get the dreaded circle of death showing me it's trying to load other items but it NEVER reloads any additional items. Such a shame because their flare leggings are my absolute favorite.
Seems like they give you really good prices to get you to join and once that happens the next order is much more expensive. Bait and switch. Probably be canceling
I have a whole wardrobe of items from Fabletics and I must say, although I have my favorites (ahem, powerhold anything) I truly wear every single item. I've gotten all different types of leggings, bras, shirts, onesies, and I will forever go down as a Fabletics girlie. Seriously I should just go ahead and be a brand ambassador haha. Im a walking billboard for Fabletics lol! And I wouldn't have it any other way. The competition has nothing on em!
I ordered several sale items on November 17. I checked the tracking number for the shipper that Fabletics hired, and every day it said it was being delivered by the end of that day. That went all the way through the end of December. No package ever arrived. Fabletics did refund the money, but the products that I wanted were no longer available. Fabletics blamed the delivery company, and the delivery company blamed Fabletics. And neither company cared about making much of a resolution to the situation.
I love the clothes that I ordered. I was excited about the possibility. I hate, every time that I go on the site the things that I'm looking for are sold out. Each time I get an email advertising a sale or something new that's been released, I go to the site and it is all already sold out. This happened several times. It is the reason I canceled my subscription. It's incredibly frustrating.
I've been a member for a while, and I will definitely say it's worth it. Being able to purchase a membership monthly is nothing compared to some of the outfits and deals that I've been able to get while being a VIP member. I love the quality of the fabrics, as well as the variety offered. The leggings are so soft and comfortable, as well as providing a nice contouring shape. I have definitely received quite a few compliments from my Fabletics outfits. Some of the pieces are a bit expensive when they first come out, but if you wait long enough, you can definitely get them either with the VIP membership or on sale.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
