We really do like the products and are very satisfied with variety, fabrics, and quality. However, the pricing structures are confusing and inconsistent. Some items change pricing when you apply a coupon or an offer. Nothing infuriates a customer faster than when you give them a "reward" but then raise the price when they try to use it. I have canceled many orders before placing them because Fabletics tricks with the pricing structure.
I asked for 2 months to stop taking money out of my account. Had the money refunded once and they still continued to take $$ out of my account. I had to call and act plum ugly to get it cancelled, again. Refunded, again!
Was excited to get the 3 The Don pants that I ordered for upcoming events I had planned. Was not happy with the fact that it took so long to get them due to my order being lost. Poor customer service communication when inquiring on the status of my order. Would not give a credit or expedite delivery when it was determined my order had been lost. Secondly was very disappointed with the sizing on 2 of them. Ordered 42W-30L on all 3.2 of them I received were 44W- 34L. Couldn't wait the time it would take to send back and receive correct size. I had upcoming events that I wanted to wear the pants at. Reason I ordered the pants to begin with. Had to pay to have alterations done which was expensive due to last minute and the fabric. Lastly not happy with the monthly membership price.
Was looking forward to future orders but due to my experience I cancelled my membership.
I have bought 5 pairs of pants from Fabletics and 3 out of the 5 have ripped and became very thin! For the price of these pants the quality should hold better! I can buy better leggings for a better price from TJ Maxx!

I had a wonderful customer service experience when I did not receive my initial order. My clothes were resent and I month later I still have not received them. I have called fed ex and the orders are not locatable.
I ordered a Fabletics set, which was the last available set in my size. I changed my address but a fluke of the website sent it to the wrong address. USPS never sent it to me and instead sent the item back. I am grateful Fabletics customer service rep was helpful, but I the shipping is awful. You could've alerted me that it was a wrong address bc USPS notified me that they were instructed by Fabletics to just throw it away.
I received the wrong size of pants, returned them, had to wait a month to get my replacement pants, they sent the wrong style, had to return AGAIN, now waiting it's been another month and still no tracking available yet for my 3rd try of pants.

I have ordered close to 10 leggings/joggers, and they are all great. The materials are so soft and comfortable. They also stay in place. I work in a factory, so obviously i can't have my pants falling down. I have zero worries there, even when i have multiple items in the pockets on both sides. Im also 5"10" and i order long. They are actually long enough. A lot of other legging companies don't even come close to the right length. Seriously these guys are superior. I highly recommend!
My leggings fit well and are made of a very nice material. I will definitely re-order something from Fabletics. I love the little flare on the bottom of the pants.
This was the first time I purchased from Fabletics. I ordered a pair of joggers and two shorts for my son. He really loves them. Said they are comfortable, feel great when he works out and likes the zip pockets so his keys and AirPods don't fall out while working out. Definitely will purchase in future more products.
I was ok w the website--even with the tricky member and nonmember add to cart bs, until it started to have this instagram influencer vibe embedded. Especially when the influencers are all white faces. Im opposed to social media and dont like overstimulation. Ive stopped shopping as much.
I'm extremely happy with all my purchases and my subscription. I will definately continue to buy leggings and clothes. Delivery is super fast too. One happy customer
I've found fabletics to be pretty disappointing. The selection of colors is small, and when viewing the site or app, sold out options are listed and are only revealed as sold out when you actually click on the individual product. This gives the appearance in an initial search that there's more to choose from, leading to frustration and disappointment. Also, the site AND app are painfully slow.
The bras fit awkwardly and it's sad that leggings are no longer offered with the ultra high waisted rise.
It is also ridiculous that when I return via happy returns, I do not get refunded the tax I paid. That is the most ludicrous and insane thing I have ever encountered. No store does that. NONE.
I love the quality of the apparel and the variety and the sales. But when I've had to return something or have had to deal with customer service in any way, it's usually a very frustrating experience! And most of the CS reps are in other countries, so it is hard to understand their accents. Can't you hire people with English as their first language?
I love everything about Fabletics. The look, feel, fit and the cost. The only negative thing I can say is it's really hard to get the new colors in my size😞
I tried this clothier w 1 purchase. I found the pants to be durable, yet innovative in design (e.g. 2 front pockets on one side w 1 zippered) and modern fabrics. I have now made 6-8 purchases of pants, work out clothes, jacket, and casual shorts for summer. Impressed by the pursuit of personalized customer service often seen in young companies.
The system was very user-friendly making it very easy to order what I wanted in the size, colors, and styles. The items arrived and are so soft and comfortable, I will never buy workout pants from anywhere else! Love them!
I had to cancel my subscription due to the latest changes made to the website. I hope they will soon enable online shopping again through the.com domain, since we are outside the US.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
