Love the clothing. Bought 2 pairs of workout pants and I couldn't be happier with the style and comfort. However, I thought I was getting the 2 for $24 deal--didn't realize I was buying a membership of some sort and my charge was $59. When I called Customer Service the woman was nice, but I wasn't offered any type of refund, just told I could use a credit toward making other purchases. But I would have to keep this membership which I don't want. Lesson learned here is to always read the fine print before you buy!
I have been ordering fabletics for at least 3 years now, and I have yet to experience any big signs of wear and tear. Even the leggings, bras, and tops that I wear often, still look respectable and in good condition.
The scrubs are good quality. I cannot get my head thru opening of the shirts. My last order they sent to an apartment I moved out of 6 yrs ago. I'm glad I stopped my subscription
I received a gift card for from my son for Christmas. I asked him not to send me another one. The website is hard to navigate. Had to call customer service to help place original order with a gift card then again to do return. Had trouble with understanding the first customer service rep but luckily got someone very nice and professional on second call.
I still have a balance on card and dread having to try to use it.
I'm really over a lot of the designs and colors. Everything is plain. The patterns I like never make a resurgence, so I can't replace the old things in my closet. I don't mind the option of colors, but I want patterns. Specifically animal ones. I don't really care about anything on the site other than the Leggings. That's why I started with the site, and that's the only thing I'm interested in. I hate all the bras because they are not good for my back, I don't like the workout outfits. I just want good leggings with pockets that are long enough to cover my legs. I don't like all the capri and short looks because I get cold. I already have to buy legwarmers. I mean you could bring back old patterns and update to the new styles, but nope. Nothing. This has been getting more and more frustrating and there's less incentive to get things. Also I hate that my credits expire in a year. No it's not enough time, because the stock selection bores me to tears. I look EVERY month. I live on my computer, I'm here. I have a tab open. Nothing. Bored. I love leggings, but I'm not interested if there isn't more style in them.
I find Fabletics to be exceptionally suited for active and leisure activities. The clothing fits well without being restrictive. The clothing also washes well retaining its shape and color.
So proud of my choice, I love every single item I got. I look forward for the occasions to wear it.
Stylish, comfortable, good quality, amazing choice of colors.
Very friendly and professional staff, greeted me when I walked in the door, directed me to what I was looking for and checked me out with a smile. Wonderful experience
I love the clothes, but it's stupid to charge 80.00, to get a discount on future orders. They hide the discount behind a VIP status… and if you don't use it, you lose it. I cancelled my fee about 4 times before they finally stopped charging me, I am no longer a customer
I signed in to shop and bought two things. The next thing I know, I'm being charged $59.95 a month for what I don't know! I thought this was the company started by Kate Hudson. What the heck?
I kept for over a year, kits become less valuable and the cost monthly kept going up. Lots of the same style gear and lots of time my size was not available
Was a member for several years, and have watched the customer service decline this past year. If you have a problem good luck with that - even cancelling the membership was a pain!
Bought leggings. The logo was supposed to be high where nobody can see. The logo is right in the middle of the leg. Picture did not show that when i bought them.
I was disappointed because I thought it was a bundle and I had used my credit and it ended up being one top/bra that for $60 was not worth the price. I have not been happy with the bundle choices and also the styles. I think you could market more toward a more mature market as none of the athletic companies seem to do that and all have cropped tops with sports bras in them. Not all ages (or sizes) want to show off their mid drift area.
I've been with this brand since 2020. And all I can say is that I'm very happy with the brand. Can you come out with more bright colors in the one joggers. Thank you Fabletics
I bought two pair of leggings I wore one pair and will return the second. They sag after wearing 1/2 a work out class. Even after the are freshly washed.
I find it incredibly frustrating to shop the sales/special VIP deals because I am RARELY if ever able to find my size and color in the styles I need/want. I am also put off by some of the model choices and poses...really? This is athletic wear that is quite good! But I don't need or want a proportionally enormous rear end (booty) modeling. I'll stop now
Everything goes on sale so frequently that it's just not worth the membership.
The Yitty shape wear is better than Skims and some of the clothes are quality, but just purchase it outright. The membership is a huge waste. If there's something you like then wait a month and it will be so much less.
I've been dealing with the store in the garden mall and the people there are very helpful. Also, I've ordered quite a bit online and also a great experience. I can't say enough about their product.
As a former employee this is a strange environment to work in. The clothes are great but extended sizes are minimally sent to stores. I always have to order my uniforms because they rarely send my size.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
