I had to size up because your sizes run very weird. The size that normally my size (L) runs like a medium/small so I went with a (lx) now still tight theshkrts are very small fit and the pants make your but look like a huggie diaper a very bad fit. When I order with janu or scrubs beyond I get my large or xl for a Lil more run and I have no problem whoever tou guys partner with for fitting and size my suggest Leave them alone! I work in a Hospital and I value my scrub look so if I have to pay more for my fit that's fine then spend discount price to return 2x and wait soo long for terrible fitting! And FYI please stop posting scrubs that's not in your store be honest with us so we can just order the terrible sizing online. But I decided to part ways with this company. First and very last time. I'm going back to scrubs and beyound and figs and janu where your money is appreciated and valued and the si, e and quality exceeds my expectations.
I have enjoyed all of the Fabletics products I have purchased, especially the swim suits that got me started. They are high quality, cute clothes. It is frustrating however, to remember to skip the month. I don't need new clothes every month, and I hate the pressure to constantly buy more, get the current deal, etc. Like the title here, the VIP membership makes me spend money in order to spend more money. 🙄 A reasonably priced boutique I could purchase from when I need something would be better for me. But instead, I'll just keep skipping until I do need something.
I finally competed in my first CrossFit event, it was meant for fun but the the theme was as sweaty sweaters and so i bought leggings to match my sweater from a local store. NEVER AGAIN will i do that, the entire event the leggings were falling off even as a size small. So i came home and immediately ordered fablethics because these leggings never have let me down during a workout 🏋 now to plan my next CrossFit competition!
The quality and comfortable design was definitely something I haven't experienced in a while. I enjoyed the various designs and styles available, plus the membership option as well.
I thoroughly love the quality of the material that Fabletics produces. I've been looking for clothing that looks good, feels good, and fits good. If I can give more stars I would.
I continue this clothing as much because it all looks the same. So I pause and pause until one day I just cancelled. Also if you forget to pasue your auto refill then you get stuck buying. The holiday sales are good though!
Fabletics has the absolute best customer service! I order from them just about every week, but sometimes I don't get the size right especially if it is a new style. No problem when it comes to exchanges. The process is simple and there are no questions asked. Fabletics has the best clothes and even better customer care.
The in store experience is always good. The membership is not practical because we would not purchase at non member pricing which causes us to join and terminate over and over.
I started wearing Fabletics on my life change journey over 19 months ago. They've have consistently at all phases and sizes been the BEST workout wear! I have gifted Fabletics to friends and family. I have bags, travel bags, slippers, EVERYTHING! The quality is top tier! They offer a variety of styles and colors and support for anything you may be into.
Delivery and program is cool concept. I was not happy with a few of the pants but will keep them. I thought is was a quality issue so I got a second pair of same ones and both quickly have the rough ball build up where legs rub. These are not worth on ongoing membership as I cannot keep up with finding the right style and quality without worrying about returns.
Fyi - These are the warm pairs. A black and a green.
I lost a credit on January 31. I called on February 1 asking to reinstate it. The agent said no so I told her to cancel the subscription. She said ok. She could care less that you were losing a customer of 7 years.
Not a fan of your website. It is difficult to navigate and filter. Not easy to go back and forth when deciding what to order. Also not in love with your credit system. You should provide more bundle package options.
I tried to do a large order to use up my credits and half my order didn't get sent.
I got refunded $28 for one item even though 1 credit costs me $80 aud. I also got refunded 1 credit which expired just days later so I lost that credit and the money I spent on it.
Won't ever shop again and have cancelled my account.
I would like my items quicker than 5-7 days. I also don't like the additional import taxes added in at the cost of another pair of leggings.

My account was charged $59 but I was too late to place my order so I ended up overpaying for everything. I don't like they way the charge your account before you're ready to reorder.
I love the items but I missed out on saving any money, I won't be doing business with them again, it seems like a scam. Very disappointed.
I did not see the small print for a monthly fee. When I had the charge on my credit card I called to cancel and get a refund. The membership was cancelled but I never received a refund.
I left Fabletics because after your initial purchase, the prices go way way up. Hardly ever a sale either, and when there is a sale the good stuff is excluded.
I am super happy with all of my purchases from Fabletics. Everything I bought is fantastic and fits perfect! The quality is amazing and the colors and prints so beautiful.
When I purchased Fabletics they had a promotion on all shorts for $10. No where on the website did it say the price was only for one pair of shorts and at checkout all of the shorts were showing at $10. When I paid, I received the $10 price for one short and the rest of the order had 80% off. I canceled my membership and was very dissatisfied with the service when I called customer service, I was only offer $20 credit.
Overall great product. Owns most of their products and they are great product for the price point. Highly recommend for anyone that is in constant need of fitness attire.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
