I guess because of the "offer" the quality it is not as good as it should, compared if i ever paid full price. In addition, I requested not to charge me with the membership fee and they continue doing it.

I'm expected to buy the same sale item from yesterday and the days prior... with two boring colors black, and blue. I've requested more fun colors, but that hasn't happened.
I will admit I'm the idiot for allowing myself to sign up for a subscription-based closing service. The kicker was though when the company opted to increase the price which was already too much and not inform their customers. My favorite part sarcastically is that I attempted to skip a month to not pay for this crap and was still charged. Then when I try to talk to customer service that was a nightmare in and of itself. Nothing about the product or the company merits continue to use especially when engaging in illegal activity meaning advertising for one price and then charging for another which they did. Tried to bring this up and was flat out lied to I told them I'm looking at two different things that are currently active for the public to see and you're going to lie to me and say that I'm wrong?
I have spent hundred (if not a couple thousand) dollars in the 3 months that I have been a member. I have found once the employees know you're a member you will be ignored in the store. I also have received a damaged product (under $35 value) and they have yet to replace or exchange the order. The order shows 'pending' and has been that way for at least 3 weeks. Totally missed me being able to gift the item. I will not be staying a member. This is not proving to be a worthwhile purchase. The frustration outweighs the benefit.
The pants are overpriced and started pilling after a couple of wears. Also, there was no way to exchange a pair of pants for a different style. I had to return them and got the discount credit for them and had to pay double to get another pair. A lot of their popular styles and colors are out of stock. I cancelled the membership as soon as I could because there is no point in paying for something that won't last and is always out of stock anyway.
I've been wearing Fabletics leggings for about 8 years and won't be changing my brand anytime soon. Powerhold and Motion 365/365+ are my preferred products. They are comfortable and wear well. They don't stretch out of shape and stand up well under multiple washings. For me there's nothing not to like about Fabletics!
Hard to find things.
Most of what I want is out of stock once I became a member.
Opting out monthly is purposely tricky.
This is a terrible gimmick overall and I'm irritated by the site and app experience.
Disappointed with the way customer service handled an issue I had with the quality of my product ordered. It was a chance to really take care of me as a customer and solidify why I shop here instead of Walmart for my leggings, and instead I left feeling like this company is just like all the others. Maybe worth buying if something is really on sale, but I probably won't otherwise.
The jump suite were not what I expected to be, it is very thick to work in,and you said 19.00 dollars and charged me 59.00 dollars i can't wear this again. I waste my money. Thats was a one time deal for me.
The products are quality and fit well. My only challenge is to skip a month. It is not easy to find. Sometimes I give up and get another credit, which I don't need. So if you can make the skip button more prominent that would be helpful.
There pants and leggings are amazing. They fit so well and have such good quality. I will only be shopping at fabletics. And I promise this is not a paid comment. It's so real. Love you fabletics!
Awful awful awful customer service I canceled my membership and then they were supposed to refund my money for my purchase and instead they put it as a credit so I had to recall back for a fourth time clothes were such cheap material and they rope you into this membership thing which is a bunch of BS and it takes so much effort to cancel
They say they will notify you of the charge before it happens, and they don't. I ended up paying $56.00 for nothing. The VIP is very dishonest way of taking money from customers
I placed an order for leggings and a sports bra and quickly received my items within 5 days. I was very satisfied with the fabric of both very smooth and keeps everything intact.
I've tried to cancel my membership but the website makes it uber hard to cancel. Aside from that the website, is too clunky and slow, does not give an easy end user experience.
Some items are great, others are lacking, tshirts size and fit is off e.g., large that fits like a medium, or material that frays after a couple of washes. Invisible socks also constantly sliding down my feet. Also exchanges take FOR EVER.
I love the clothes. I continue to buy them. They're great. Butt, not really happy. Part of that reason is that monthly membership payment is $70. There's really not an easy way to stop it, although you can remember to pause it month after month. The site constantly has sales, which I suppose is good. The problem is that if you get a member credit because you didn't purchase that month and you buy a sale item (say, pants are half price for $35), it's best to not use the $70 member credit. But, even the sale items are one member credit. Well, that means either I have to pay the $35 plus shipping or I'm losing $35 from what I paid for membership. It really feels scammy.
It's quite costly and takes way too much effort to get the good deals to make this program Fabletics has in place worth it to continue long term. Weird business model and not worth it. I also noticed quirks and issues with orders, shipping, stock, and lots of customer service intervention required at times. I did like the few items I ended up getting and keeping, but that merely speaks to the wonky sizing battles too.
I had to return half my order due to things not fitting the size on the label. (They were smaller than they should be). And, when I went to try and exchange the items, what I would receive back wasn't even the same color. If I bought something in blue, the exchange would have been the bigger size but in green. I bought several things in the burgundy family, and I would not have gotten the same color back for my exchange. Like what? I liked everything I bought, but the quality/sizing issues are too erroneous for me to want to continue shopping here.

I BLOCKED MY CREDIT CARDS WITH YOUR COMPANY / MOTE OVER OT TOOK WEEKS TO GET THE ITEMS US THE PRICES I ORDER YOU CHANGE IT AND CHARGE ME FULL PRICE PLUS A MEMBERSHIP/ THIS IS FRAUD. REPORTED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU TO MY ATTORNEY GENERAL TO THE COMMERCE DEPARTMENT IN WASHINGTON DC I ALSO REPORTED IT TO HARVARD LAW TO START A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT AGAINST FABLETICS INC FRAUD SCAM PRICE CHANCE IN WEB SITE DIFFERENT DATE OF ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY TOOK A MONTH LONGER SIZED IRREGULAR NOT WELL SAWN DID NOT FIT DID NOT LOOK LIKE ADVERTISING PRICE CHANGE INCREASE PRICE IN BILL TOTAL FRAUD IS FABLETICS
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
