Both pair of pants and zipper is very messed up one's way worse than the other though if you look on the computer, I called in specifically to tell you I am not a member of your club. Thank you. Could you acknowledge that?
The quality of clothes some is good, some is terrible. The delivery services terrible work came on time and did not come on a scheduled time. I called few times through the customer service was unable to help.
I've been a VIP member over a year. Great fit and material. Embroidery is always on point. The colors are beautiful. Just wish they had more popular colors and sizes in stock and available.
I became a member and ordered some clothes including a fleece sweater. The sweater was very warm and met my expectations in that category. The zipper however got stuck after a few times of being worn which was a disappointment. I did not find anything else so ordered a dress in size M but a size L was delivered. Once I got the dress in the mail I cancelled my membership and later realized it was the wrong size. The dress was purchased with the VIP credit I had in my account. I wanted the dress as a gift but it was the wrong size and had to resort for something else. I returned the dress a couple of weeks ago and have not hear anything since. The customer service provided by Jorge was good but was not happy with the shipment and how its being handled.
The quality is unsurpassed. When you wear these uniquely constructed items you feel confident and styled. As a larger person I appreciate this the most.
Your website experience is terrible on my mobile phone. Pages won't load. It freezes often. I don't have a computer and do all my business by mobile phone. Yours is the only website that I have had problems with.
I tried several different styles, but all of them were cut so they were very tight in the calf and bigger in the legs and rear so they constantly sag and need to be pulled up. Athletic women have bigger calves so it would be nice if your leggings were more proportionate, with more room in the calf and tighter thigh and waist.
I was looking for a legging that was not see-thru, buttery soft and comfortable. Fabletics delivered 100%! They are my favorite legging, my FAVORITE! I wash them in my washer then hang them to dry. I'll be buying more soon!
Customer service sucks. Online guy told me wrong information just to funnel me into the store. Store guy gave me wrong info again. Ended up in a full return which was never communicated to me. Waste of time and gas.

For the most part, all my order was great. There was a bodysuit, that I followed the guide chart. Yet, it was smaller and did not fit. Being the it was on sale I could not return. So that was a bit disappointing.
I'd heard so many good things about Fabletics, like their quality being comparable to much more expensive brands, so I finally decided to try out a sports bra, cropped compression long sleeve, one pair of their biker shorts, and one pair of cold weather flare leggings. The flare leggings pilled in the crotch immediately during their first wear, and they are entirely pilled everywhere now after three wears and two washes. I'm not rough with my clothes and followed the washing instructions exactly, and I've never experienced this level of pilling on any single piece of clothing EVER. It's a sensory nightmare, my legs catch on each other while I move. Not even Shein or WalMart clothes pill this badly!
The sports bra and long sleeve compression top are both okay, but they don't stay in place. The cropped hem of the top rides up constantly even though it seems to fit correctly. (I know my measurements and followed the size chart for everything!)
The bike shorts are awful. The bottom hem rolls and rides up every step you take. I was excited for the lack of a front seam, but I'd rather have camel toe than chub rub when the shorts' legs have ridden all the way up. I bought these to run long distance in, and they drove me so crazy that I went home to change into different shorts only half a mile into a 3 mile run.
Wish I kept the tags on for longer (at least until I tried running in all of them once) so I could return these! Unfortunately I took them off when I tried everything on and it all fit.
Buyer beware, especially if you plan to do any actual athletics in your Fabletics 😐
The clothes are comfortable but seen to be low quality. The stitching has started coming out of my shorts after a couple of washes, the liner in the shorts doesn't fit me the way it should (I'm a man) and the automatic $60 monthly fee for membership is ridiculous. I forgot to cancel a couple of times and that's where you really get ripped off.
I do think their workout clothes are really comfortable but they're not better or worse than anyone else's at their sale price points. And they have sales all the time so it makes no sense to ever pay full price for their stuff.
I wear a large. I'm a size 12. The shorts you sent me were fine, but the leggings seemed like they would be too small for a small person.
Horrible experience.

I ordered but had NO idea you were going to be charging me monthly fees in the future. I was NOT happy about that. Too bad because it's a nice product. I would order one on one with NO future fees if you had that.
Site is buggy. Freezes when you're trying to view product. I like the fit and the quality compared to some of the other similar just wish they had more colors and slightly deeper pockets
No easy way to stop this service. I have hundreds of dollars sitting with this group. I would prefer it returned rather than buying more QuLity has gone downhill
Used to have a membership the products were great. I thought I'd join again... BIG MISTAKE. The quality of the leggings have gone down hill! I have Fabletic leggings that are 5-7 years old and are in better shape than the new ones. The new leggings. Stitches are coming out. In the 2 pairs I got. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!
The fit form and function of everything I've received is next level! So comfortable! Love the subscription model as it takes out a bunch of guesswork out for me!
I have been a VIP for several years. I always get great quality items which last through some rough and tough wear. I will continue to purchase and recommend.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
