When shopping the site, you never know items are out of stock until you select, put in cart, and then are told item is out of stock. Make it so I dont have to select it first. Seems out of stock a lot.
Placed the order on 10/18. Never received order even though I was informed the shipping company said they received it. After three weeks I called and ordered a replacement order which took over 15 minutes.
The returns process is terrible! Took me days & multiple phone calls to get someone to send me a label so that i could return my items for exchange. Very frustrated! Worse return process ever!
The monthly payment scheme of buying credits never made since. Also the website was so difficult to work with it seemed like it was intentionally hard to be misleading and scam more $ from us.
Ordered a jacket & leggings. The leggings material was meh, about the same quality as Amazon leggings. I returned them & kept the jacket. They were trying to charge me for a subscription I didn't agree to, so I had to call them up & sort that out. Why would I need a clothing subscription? You don't get anything either, just cheaper prices if you do make a purchase. So ridiculous! I won't buy from them again.
I loved this red sherpa jacket that I bought but then got roped into a yearly subscription that I did NOT want or approve. It felt like a total bait and switch tactic. DO BETTER! I have been fighting w/ my credit card company to reverse the charge.
Ordered 2 belt bags and 2 onesies. Received USPS message that parcel will be returned to sender due to incorrect postal code. I did not open browser or connect to link due to fear. Lately received message from Fabletics that merchandise have been returned. You have not credited these items to my account.
Either credit it back to me or send it to the right address please.
I ordered Fabletics in October and I didn't get my package until December. It took a full 2 months to arrive. And their auto-charge is frustrating. Their designs and material are not bad but not for full price.
Rebecca is always so helpful and always gives the best customer service. She helped me find the perfect outfit I did not know I was looking for. 🤍
I will continue to shop with Fabletics, they are the best!
Used to love this brand but that is fading over time. The quality and options are getting worse. I used to love the cotton t shirt packs but can not see that an option with the current bundle or VIP credit options. I wish the material was more natural and I wish the products weren't made in Asia. The styles are no longer as appealing. I hope things go back to how they were.
I find shopping on fabletics confusing from a pricing standpoint. I am a member and I have no idea what I'm paying. The site says one thing for members pricing and the checkout says something else. I don't like it at all so I'm going to cancel the membership.
My overall experience so far has been pretty disappointing. As a first time customer, I was super excited about the 80% off deal and placed an order. When I received it and tried everything on, I was sad that everything was a size too small, but planned on exchanging for a bigger size. Upon initiating an exchange, none of my order was able to be exchanged. Absolutely nothing could be exchanged so I ended up returning it all. Once my return was complete and dropped off at FedEx, I had never received any update emails from Fabletics. I had to reach out to customer service twice on two separate occasions to see if the return was ever received. The first person I talked with was not very helpful at all and kept stating I'd receive my refund when I kept asking if my return was received on their end. The next time I spoke with customer service they were much more helpful and finally confirmed my return was received and was in the processing stage that allegedly takes up to 10 days. Now I'm debating if I want to place another order because the quality of everything was great, however, I don't know if it's worth the hassle and at the loss of the 80% off deal which was essentially wasted on my failed first order.
Great service. Great way to stock up on workout and leisure wear. Runs out of stock for too long. Sizes and quality are not all the same, which is frustrating
I love the pants and leggings but could really use some nicer tops. I'm older woman in pretty good shape and would love tops that are more than just bras.
I like the clothing but do not care for the loyalty program. The credits make no sense whatsoever as they can rarely be used without losing money on the purchase.
Miserable maybe this will make them actually respond by a real human!
Very easy to take money, cancel your order with no notification and you cannot talk to a human!
A tariff surcharge is ridiculous. Companies choose to pass the dollar onto the consumer rather than make less. Produce your products in America or eat the tariff. Don't be scoundrels.
Products bought...
Sweatshirt - GREAT
Everyday Shorts - Too baggy in legs.
Don Pants - Plastic closure is cheap. The pants don't have a great fit.
Stay tuned.
I received an email stating that my reward points would expire soon and that I should hurry into the nearest store or order online to make a purchase. I personally still like to shop on store because I like to try the items on. The store carried a very low inventory in a lot of styles, I looked online and saw the same issue and when I asked an associate when the item would be restocked, the answer was "never" and so I was forced to make purchases on items I did not love or really find necessary, this was very disappointing
Clothes are kind of cheap for being priced as high as they are…. And the fit is almost always wonky… but they're all just mass produced like SHEIN so not a shocker.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
