The right size is rarely available and you need to click all the way to that size to find out its not available. That not a good UX interface. Not worth the credit when the sales are alway happening. We should have access to to better options and deals ans we sholud FIRST to accessthe inventory as subscribers
Frankly, I haven't had the chance to wear the pants I bought yet. But that's not problem with the company. Apparently, I somehow signed up to join the Fabletics Club while ordering the La to and found a $70 charge on my credit card. When I called to ask about it they told me it's a monthly fee for joining the club or whatever it is.
To their credit they removed the charge and cancelled my membership without much of a problem. However, I can't imagine how many people dont realize they're being charged $70 per month when all they were doing was buying a single item or even a few items.
VIP is so annoying. Either give the discount or don't, but why hide behind a monthly subscription for clothes. Then if a person wants to unsubscribe, it's a whole process, where the rep repeatedly tries to get you stay. Or you have to remember to skip a month every month. It's all just too much, so I usually choose other stores over Yitty/Fabletics.
Over the years, I have purchased everything! I have leggings, joggers, undergarments, a coat, a winter outfit, sweatshirts, sports bras, and matching sets. All have been high quality and fashionable. Recently, either my taste has changed or Fabletics has changed. I have not found as much as I would like to purchase. Also, I don't need a celebrity endorsement to buy a quality product.
Company has horrible business practice.
Canceled membership monthly auto pay and have plenty of funds after years of payments and they don't give me any VIP discounts now with money PREVIOUSLY collected. They also take your money if not used in a certain time frame. Absolutely uncalled for. Will never, ever buy from this place again. Called and Wrote them a letter and never heard back from them. Please, check with others. There's alot of people that think this is robbery
Every pair of pants I ordered from Fabletics were soft and comfortable, but after a few wears, the lint balls up and becomes rough on the inside seam between the legs.
Since joining as a VIP found that the clothing and offers are catered to new customers only. And when you find items you like they are sold out in all sizes
I love the way the leggings fit and how soft the sweat pants are at Fabletics. The membership allows you to conveniently skip a month while waiting for your favorite fashions.
I love the things I actually buy from Fabletics. I hate having to "skip the month" within the first few days every month to avoid getting charged for "a credit" rather than actually just paying for something when I order it.
I like some aspects of this clothing, such as short pant sizing and larger range of sizes in general. But the athletic performance for people serious about doing high impact exercise like running is not the best. I bought clothes from Athleta starting back in 2007 or 2008. They consistently use high tech fabrics that both do not wear out easily and are incredibly comfortable to avoid chafing. But I get the feeling Fabletics is much more focused on the fashion aspect of their clothing than the actual performance during exercise. I like the comfort for daily activities and possibly yoga. But the bras, tops, and pants are particularly unsuitable for high impact, high intensity, and long duration workouts that amateur athletes would use. For instance, definitely not clothing I would choose to wear training for an outdoor marathon or running hills in rainy weather. In short, the performance aspect is really lacking.
I love the products that have bought and worn over the last 2-3 years the product last along time, durable materials very comfortable.
I Do Not Like the Membership monthly fee. I think it is a Huge Rip Off it charged me for a month once in between the time frame of the fee subscription to be deducted from my card. I was not able to place a skip payment. I called the company to cancel the subscription and membership.
The person still kept trying to upsell me. 3-4 times or more
I continuous repeat I Just Want To Cancel I Don't Want any More Money taken from me.
I would buy more products but you never have any. I search and waits for months for the opportunity to purchase something. The customer service is good, the product is good, you just can't find it. They are always out of stock.
Unfortunately, I have found the leggings to be way too high waisted. When I search mid-rise, only very small sizes are available. I finally ordered a roll down waist, I fold them way down. I did order socks that I love and I purchased the crop t-shirt for my granddaughters, they were happy. They have great products, I'm just not built for them.
Raising monthly fees was unnecessary when the assortment of clothing didn't change often enough and sizes and colors sold out too fast. Great product, but have plenty of the same thing being offered
Purchase 2-3 times a month. Seamless transaction every time.
I ordered two pairs of Fabletics leggings (I have been a customer since the beginning of the company). When I received the leggings, I unpackaged them and washed them and when I went to wear them I realized they weren't Fabletics brand leggings. I called customer service and they explained they were a sister brand and pretended the substitution was perfectly okay since they were a "sister" brand. She then proceeded to tell me I could return them and when they were received they could exchange them for the correct item. Okay, so now I have to wash them again, package them, take them to a shipper, pay for shipping and when they received them back, then and only then would they ship out the correct item. ARE YOU JOKING? I think that takes the cake for poor customer service. I cancelled my account.
When shopping the site, you never know items are out of stock until you select, put in cart, and then are told item is out of stock. Make it so I dont have to select it first. Seems out of stock a lot.
Placed the order on 10/18. Never received order even though I was informed the shipping company said they received it. After three weeks I called and ordered a replacement order which took over 15 minutes.
The returns process is terrible! Took me days & multiple phone calls to get someone to send me a label so that i could return my items for exchange. Very frustrated! Worse return process ever!
The monthly payment scheme of buying credits never made since. Also the website was so difficult to work with it seemed like it was intentionally hard to be misleading and scam more $ from us.
Ordered a jacket & leggings. The leggings material was meh, about the same quality as Amazon leggings. I returned them & kept the jacket. They were trying to charge me for a subscription I didn't agree to, so I had to call them up & sort that out. Why would I need a clothing subscription? You don't get anything either, just cheaper prices if you do make a purchase. So ridiculous! I won't buy from them again.
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.
Answer: I bombarded them on twitter and Facebook. They got back to me quick!
Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
