Scam. I fell into the trap where I signed up for VIP membership last year to get a special sale. I am a very meticulous contract reader and it was unclear to me that they would continue to charge my credit card monthly, racking up "points". By the time I realized they had charged me 200 dollars that was laying dormant in my account. I received no emails notifying me of this. It took me almost 2 hours to get through to someone on the phone as the automated phone system kept sending me in circles, misunderstanding me, and putting me on hold. The representative was quite rude and basically insinuated 'tough *'. They refused to refund me. I canceled my VIP membership to stop the charges. In hindsight I should have kept it for another day to spend the money and get the discount. Once I realized this I was so fed up I just bought 3 way overpriced pieces for 200 dollars to just wash my hands of the whole ordeal.

I got to say the cloths are very good quality, but I eneded the subscription plan because I was able to only get one item per month. If this subscription plan allowed me to get two low cost items per month I would reconsider.
First I did my membership because I wanna buy a legging. The site shows me that I could buy 2 for $24. So I tried to buy it and in the end, I only received 1. I got upset and thought never to buy there again. And now discovered that they charged me $49 for the membership. I never authorized that. I got to cancel this stupid membership by call. But I never get to talk to a live agent neither by chat or phone. It's the worse company I ever tried to buy things.
I really do not recommend. Will only get you headache

Really enjoying the lined shorts, and my wife has order several sport bras.
I saw the commercials thought this would be the best site to find plus size leggings even though the price was very high and the "membership". I wore them for physical therapy they were high waisted didn't stay up and I thought too expensive to keep the rest of my order so I sent it back. I didn't like the quality

I didn't know that when I bought some things that it automatically signed me up for a subscription. I'm sure it said that somewhere in the fine print, but it was definitely no obvious that they were gonna charge me monthly after I bought a couple things.

Online will show me many options saying it is showing all the items in my size, but that's only true ~65% of the time. The rest of the time the item is actually NOT available in my size. Why save and sort by sizes if the system cannot show what is actual in stock?

Out of the items I purchased there was one dress I loved. Everything else was so so. I got some work pants that were soft and comfy but have the logo as a little pin that stabs, so that takes points off. The leggings weren't my favorite, they just feel weird in the middle part, and another dress was just ok.

Was told my item would be held for 7 days, for my returning item to make it back. Took over a month to get back, never got my item that was on hold. Wish it had been sent out once they were notified my package was in transit to be returned.

I really don't like how the member credits are structured. Why can't I apply a credit to an item and then pay the difference? On the other hand why would a use a credit worth $50 to buy something listed at a lower value. I also found the app to be buggy, and slow. It wouldn't let me buy a velour set just like wouldn't add the product to my cart.

I've ordered three different outfits and they have all fit differently and I've tried different sizes. Not impressed with the design and the style of most items and would rather spend this money at Nike and get better quality items.

When skipping the month for fabletics. You can only do it on the 5th of the month. Which I always forget to do on the 5th but before that I can remember. I am probably going to step down from being a VIP member because I cannot afford money coming out of my visa every month.

Fabletics online used to be great; easy website, great customer service. The site never works properly anymore and I just got the app, but that's not working right all the time either. I have to call just to skip the month 2 months in a row. When I called for Feb, the call got dropped and the lady never called me back. After waiting over 30 min to get someone to talk about the issue... I shouldn't have to call back if a line drops.

I tried and was disappointed in the quality of the sports bras, however, I am a runner and used to sturdier garments. Even though I am small chested and would only use for yoga, I still think the quality could be better. One of the long sleeve tops I ordered was as thin as a kleenex. Also, when I tried to reach Customer Service, I was on hold for over 21 minutes. I cancelled my membership. The only favorable part was the design, it just wasn't carried over into the quality.
Ordered on Black Friday. They returned one of my products.I called and talked to them about it decided to give a second chance. They said they would send the rest of the items. The remainder of items never came and can't order them cause they are out of stock.

I absolutely love my Fabletics. I have spent well over $500 in the past year on their items and I havent had any issues at all. No holes, no tears and the price is right! I love shopping the sales too! I have used other companies (no names) and their prices are double Fabletics price and the quality is not worth it. Fabletics every time. Please don't change what you are doing Fabletics, I love it!

I like the leggings. The bra I got doesn't have any support but maybe I just chose the wrong style. Every time I see an add, the clothing advertised is never available. I'm still a VIP member but I find myself skipping every month because what I want is never available.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
