Read reviews. They are awful expected with regard to customer service, the VIP Program, and shipping. I spoke to Cassidy in the store and she and the staff were fine. I picked out a pair of leggings that I will buy tomorrow, but I want be opening an account, VIP or otherwise after reading the reviews. What a mess. Is it poor training, poor management, poor quality hires. Chad? If I were Kate Hudson, I would be ashamed to be associated with this organization.

It's been months of calling customer service and I haven't received a refund. It's a long story with a claim being filed. I have all the documents to prove my refund. The next step is filing a small claim.
This is the worst company in the world. They con you into signing up for a "VIP" membership and then they charge you every month and NEVER have your size in anything. They also have a terrible website and you can order stuff and they will send you the wrong stuff and then try to tell you that they sent you what you ordered. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. I was roped into a plan that draws 54.00 a month for a membership because I made the mistake of buying one item for my son from them. I didn't realize they had taken hundreds out my account that was non refundable before it was too late. I am trying to spend down credits they gave me but I have to keep returning the items because they are a terrible fit and style. The inseam makes all the clothes baggy in the crotch. Terrible business model and the customer service is computerized w non human voices.
It has been 3 weeks since I ordered 2 pairs of pants! The tracking information said my package was delivered yesterday but it wasn't! Then I talk with customer service and they tell me to wait 24 hours and if it's still not delivered to contact them again we'll it's still not delivered! So I contact customer service again and NOW THEY TELL ME TO WAIT 2-3 MORE DAYS! I am fed up and I want a refund and my $#*!ing clothes. This is unbelievable and not only that but when before it said it was delivered it said it would arrive on the 19th and then it all the sudden changed to the 21st and now it's the 22nd and I still have not gotten anything and it will be a month since I ordered in 2 days!
Fabletics is a company I'm just plain sick of. I subscribed back in late 2021 thinking that 2 for $24 was a great deal for sports shorts. Realized quickly their bull$#*! $60 a month subscription and cancelled just a few months into 2022. The few shorts I did buy were cheap material and honestly worth about $12 each. It was several months after cancelling that I realized I was still being charged on my lesser used credit card. I had a call with the company (Fabletics) and got my money back as well as cancelling again I guess. Fast forward several months later to 2023, and wouldn't you know, I'm STILL being charged for Fabletics! Another dispute with Discover (in which I plan to cancel too) and I guess I'm officially unsubscribed from this $#*! company. Be aware of this, and be aware that there are so many better companies out there. Cheers.

Every time I try to add something, I get an error message that says "there was an issue." Also, the last time that I tried to buy something it didn't ship everything and still took my credits. Lame. I also can't seem to get in touch with anyone. What am I supposed to do?

When you place your first order they sign you up for monthly payments of £55, but do not make it in a clear way, you just get a notification a few days later that your account has been charged. This is a missale as shopping online you normally do not expect that you will be charged monthly even if you do not want to place any more orders with this retailer. Also their website does not work properly on the mobiles.
Avoid at all costs.

I was excited to sign up for the membership as their clothes look great. But I placed my first order 9 days ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. They created a shipping label but USPS still hasn't received the package. Feels like an intentional inconvenience to drive their "rushed shipping" upcharge. If your business model needs that extra $5, just add it to the price of the goods and ship all items timely. After my order arrives I'll be cancelling my membership because this experience leaves a scammy feeling.

I do not recollect signing up for a monthly subscription that you are billing me $59,95 per month for. I don't think that I have even worn you products yet and you are trying to bill me monthly for things that I don't need. I was eager to try out your clothing but that has now soured.

I bought three products because of a promotion I saw on Instagram. I got the product and they are okay, but apparently I signed up also for a membership of 54,95 euros a month. I never saw where this was written (if it was) and never even got emails confirming this or anything like that. I've talked to the support and cancelled the membership, but the person answering would't answer any of the other questions I had. Awful experience, expensive, horrible customer support, and all that for nothing then an okay product. I wasn't expecting such a dirty scheme from such a company.

I love Fabiletics! Honestly I do where the everyday leggings almost everyday! The fabric is so durable and never thins out in between the pesky thigh area! Honestly the deals pay off after a while. I have worn my black Fabiletic leggings for over a year. There's been little fade and they are irreplaceable! I want more!

I would constantly forget to skip months and was charged the subscription fee and in tern had credits on my account. I was disappointed to always everything on sale for less than what I was charged for my credit. So, anytime I would purchase something it would be less for someone who didn't have a credit but I was still paying more.

Had to buy something for xmas gift for relative, and evidently signed up for this "membership." Well, the outfit CHARGES your card and THEN sends an email saying you "could" avoid the charge--if you had done so 2 days earlier. When I called, they were absolutely ridiculous, and said they cannot reverse the charge. It's a ripoff; don't deal with the company. Disputing with my credit card, which is annoying enough.

I love the clothing...I really do! I really hate the customer journey I have to take to even get an article of clothing on the website...
The website is a living migraine...It's slow, freezes, and throws so many errors that cause timeouts or restricts items to be added into cart which is an extremely poor customer experience. I tried to ask for help in adding to cart and the "tech guy" tired to gaslight me into thinking I was doing something wrong. As an ecommerce web developer, it's not rocket science to see the errors thrown into the console when clicking on something. Your development process is very flawed. Do better.
Not to mention they use pitney bowes as their shipper...so basically if you order online, expect to get your items about a month after...

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
