It's a complete waste of money and the quality has gone far down. I was getting charged double a month, randomly in the middle of the month. And every time I try to cancel there is always a stipulation of why I shouldn't cancel. Even if you use your credits, your hard earned money, you still have to pay more after. The entire system is a complete scam and it's unfortunate I have credits left, because I would rather just get my money back.
The items that I get are good quality, but I still feel that the subscription is over-priced. When using a member credit, I want to purchase a single piece is generally less than the monthly fee. I want to get a good deal for my money, and I don't think I get that. I haven't been impressed with pieces/sets available lately and it also seems that an item in the set will not be available in my size. I actually tried to cancel my subscription, and the service rep told me I'd lose my credit, so I'd have to call back after I used it. I just skip months now and hope I don't forget to skip it.

I wouldn't call it a total scam but they are not very clear on what is it about and they don't display clearly that you will be charge 50 dollars if you don't skip every month. You cannot cancel the account via internet you have to call them too. My opinion, it is so not worth it! They charge you 50 dollars monthly even if you don't purchased anything. They should change their payments policies immediately if they want a successful business. Graded: F-
Went to the site yesterday to order by $25 outfit. I made a profile and even entered my card info. THANK GOD that right before I hit submit, I did in fact read the 'contract'. I did not submit the order and closed the window. Today, after reading all of these reviews, I logged back into the site and tried to delete my card info, but wasn't able to. So I changed the card info to a card that I never activated and expired 4 years ago - it accepted it. My suggestion for those of you who are having a difficult time cancelling the subscription is to change your card info like I did, or call the card company and report your card lost or stolen. Yes, it's a pain in the butt, but perhaps easier than dealing with these shady people at Fabletics?
I was reaching out to fabletics customer service via chat, and the agent, Emy, disconnected the chat before my issue was resolved. This then resulted to me calling in, followed by having to speak with a supervisor.

I've been trying to return an item I never received label with the return now I can't seem to proces the item again lady on the live chat wasn't responding for a long time after I gave her another email. I am so mad because the credit I pay for is costing me 60 dollars but your shorts are under that price so I lost money and this firm just uses subscription as the way of getting peoples money. Very annoyed. Can't wait to return my item and never order again

I have cancelled this subscription for the 2nd time due to the fact that you pay $50.00 in change for the monthly fee and if you don't cancel in time, you're charged. What you hope Fabletics does will give you a fair amount charged for what you see on the website, but what really happens is that the stock is out or you to use one credit you get absolutely ripped off because you pay $50 plus for a $20.00 item! Do not, I repeat, do not sign up for this "disappointing" company.

Fabletics charged me $49.95 when I didn't even have any membership with them and refused to give me my money back, but gave me store credit. And $10 off, I didn't want store credit obviously after I was charged $50 for something I didn't even have. They claim that can't give you a refund on your money but give you store credit. This site is bull$#*!. I never had a problem in the past but they are not a trustworthy company and I will never buy things from them again. Stay away from this company they will take your money if you have a card on file and then give you store credit for what they took. No refunds made by this company. This company is a $#*!ing scam.
I order from you all on the regular and I just don't understand you alls logistical problems. I prefer for you to over estimate your deliveries then be later. All my online orders have been delivered late.

The overseas on-demand customer service has been great. However the products take exceptionally long to arrive, and are inconsistent in size. Pants are too large, while shorts are undersized. Furthermore the product material creates a lot of PFOS and inorganic waste material and is not made in USA or with fair labor, unless those standards are being hidden. Beyond that the promotion of obese-friendly products as a celebration (Lizzo line) is an affirmation of unhealthy and harmful lifestyles, not for health. So I'm not interested in continuing to partner with a company that does not truly want to help people and the planet. My wife is completely turned off for those reasons, and I am not happy with my most recent products.

Prices listed on website were not what I was charged. I was charged full price for every item I purchased, but my total said I was going to get a discount. I returned everything.
The whole order process is amazing. Not only do they have an awesome product, they have amazing customer service. I had to send back a pair of shorts that were too big. I contacted customer service and I had the new pair within a week after I sent the old shorts back. So far, I'm having an awesome experience.

Signed up for the "VIP" and now can't cancel it. Expensive! Clothes don't fit true to size and the quality is terrible! Spent a lot of money for this I can't wear and can't get them to stop taking my money.

Make sure you read the terms and conditions (I didn't) if you tick the wrong box you will be signed up into a continuous payment order. They will not give you the money back either...
Clothing I found to be substandard
Every time I select an item of interest, its out of stock. Alternative options are also not in my size and if I'm looking for a set, only one piece of the set is available, and usually not in my size.

I do have a small complaint though, the mens everyday pant is not the same as it was. Size runs smaller, shorter/deeper pockets. Don't like them like the originals. Material is great! If you don't mind shorter/deeper pockets these are great!

Fabletics rocks! The material is high quality, every month there are new collections, on top of the discount there are great sales that make it all worth it. Returns are easy. The site is pretty straight forward and easy to use.

So I placed an order for one of their outfit deals for one member credit. I was suppose to receive leggings and a sports bra. I received the sports bra in 3 days but I have yet to receive my leggings. I placed this order almost a month ago. I've tried to contact them but it's so difficult when you have Robots answering you.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
