When you make a purchase using a gift card, it does not show or verify that you have used the gift card and on the final screen shows your credit card information as if you will still be paying with a credit card. If you go back to check that your gift card is in fact being used, it will say that it has already been redeemed and then if you continue with the purchase it will charge your credit card. This happened to me. I cannot get the amount back on the gift card which I never made a purchase with and although my purchase was cancelled and my credit card refunded. I can no longer skip the month, because I have already made a purchase that I will not receive because the order was cancelled. I feel like I have been robbed. I hate this company. HATE. They are liars, cheats, and thieves.
For the last couple months I have been charged the monthly fee regardless if I skip the month, or buy something. I called regularly to get money back and was told it's a system glitch. Again I was charged twice - this months and last month, despite buying items

I went on the site to buy an outfit with absolutely no understanding that i was signing up for some VIP membership. Yes i understand i should have payed more attention to what i was clicking when i was checking out but obviously if this many people have had the same problem, they do not make it as clear as they should. This is absolutely ridiculous. I realized two months later that they were taking 50$ out of my bank account every month. I sent an email and they said i had to call, how convenient. They refused to refund me the money they had taken out even though i hadn't received any clothes from the site for this. They said the money was in my account as a store credit. Well sorry Fabetics i don't want to buy anything from your bull$#*! company. Get your work out gear anywhere else and save yourself the hassle.
After my purchase they put me on an auto payment plan that I did not agree to. Oh and Bought some shorts with a liner and they fit very weird. Reached out via phone and email to see if I can exchange for shorts without a liner and never got a response. The absolute customer service! After realizing I was on an auto pay plan I couldn't connect with anyone to cancel

The leggings that I bought were of great quality, they fit true to size, they looked how they did when I saw them on the website, and they were a good price with the membership discount. Customer service was great whenever I asked them to cancel my subscription.

Don't waist your time. I gave this company a chance because I respect Kate Hudson and thought she would run a respectable company. The product itself is cute in the pictures but the material is horrible, inflexible, tight, cheap quality. Returns are a pain in the $#*!. Yes they are free, but there is a restocking fee and it took about a month to get my refund. You are better off shopping in person and paying higher prices for quality. Also, when I called customer service, they try everything to talk you out of quiting their membership. They also spoke to me like I was an idiot and they were shocked that I would quit their company and how could I possibly think their product was cheep. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY!
Always out of my size and sometimes the sales for members and non-members are not the same and the non-members get a less expensive price. I really want to cancel but then I'll lose the credits I have and so can't use the credits yet because they're out of my size in everything I would like.

I never signed up for the VIP program and it's extremely difficult to cancel. Once i did cancel I was signed up again. Ie they took my credit card information and charged the monthly amount without my consent. Again very hard to cancel it or make a complaint.

While the material is nice, the cuts don't fit me quite right and the styles are really limited for a shorter gal like myself. Having to remember to cancel shipments/fees each month is a pain, and returning things to the store for a measly $10 credit is ridiculous.

I like the leggings I've gotten from Fabletics. However, they do not make it easy to return items. I have a couple things I wanted to return and can find a place on the app to do that. The return process needs to be made more user friendly.

First, I'd love to start by saying the Customer service is EXCELLENT. Quality of items are okay, selections are bland. I come back every so often for a cute outfit but usually find myself skipping lots of months due to items being out of stock or just not impressive quality/styles. By the way, I rated this three stars but when I post it, it shows 5.

I ordered 2 yoga pants on line and yes at checkout the price was as i anticipated 2 for 24 dollars US for the first time. However, a month later Fabletics took the liberty of taking out an additional 49.95 US dollars. This is an illegal and unauthorized activity. Zi am asking for a refund of the latter fee whatever on earth it is.

I find that many times it has been hard to finalise an order and then I am on the live chat for ages. Also, coming from Australia I have to work around a time difference for that. It is disappointing I am unable to use my PayPal, being from Australia, as well.

I've been a little disappointed in the new format of the monthly charge. I bought something in the first 5 days, but was still charged the monthly membership because I didn't skip. This is counterintuitive because the choice should be buy OR skip. Not charged if you buy.

I love the Fabletics Products however their shipping is beyond the worst. I ordered two things from them with my member credits. It was shipped out to the wrong address (even though I had the correct one on file) and was returned back to the warehouse. When I figured this out I called them and they shipped another out no problem. Its a month and a half later and it STILL HASN'T COME. I totally get that shipping is delayed due to Covid however, they have tried to ship it out three times and it still isn't here.
Every time I call they are beyond nice but its difficult because all their celebrity brand reps seem to get their new products as fast as anything. So why does my order take forever to get to me?
I love the product and if they could step it up with the shipping I think it would be a real winner!

Not sure if employees work on commission but they talked me into yitty shapewear and I actually hate it. Total sausage affect and I'm really only 4 pounds overweight after having a baby. Shocking the shorts don't have compression for the lower belly and just circumference. Don't they know everything just pops out below the compression making lower belly worse. Wish I could return.

Beware for anyone who is looking to order from this company. They will put things in their terms and agreements to ensure they get extra money and you won't even know it's happening. My suggestion to you is to stay as far away from this company as possible!

Most things that I have purchased are okay but I have had two issues with two pair of pants. It seems like they are cheaply made with bad materials. They just dont hold up as well as some of the other work out gear that I have bought.

I have been a member for many many years and have seen a variety of different changes to the product line.
I like my workout clothes to be sheik and love muted colours with subtle details that make them standout, such as different textures of the same colours in each set rather than bold colour patterns etc. It's nice when you can wear the styles for either choice of workout wear or loungewear and have been finding it harder and harder to find classy chic styles to choose from. Sad but it may soon be time to switch up my go to workout brand.

My experience with this company was great, until I actually had to return an item. I ordered a jacket in my regular size, but the jacket was wayyyy too oversized. I contacted customer service and they sent me a shipping label. I went to send the item in the mail and the post mistress informed me the shipping label was incomplete. I have been trying to get a complete and functional shipping label to return this stupid giant jacket for nearly 4 weeks now and their customer service has still been "working on it." I am extremely frustrated and will probably never order from them again.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
Answer: All the good reviews on this site most likely come from employees, you could ask them.
Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
