Ordered twice from them. First one I ordered was too small, but good materia (I normally wear small from other places, I could hardly get them on. They Were on sale so I couldnt return so I ended giving them away as a present(2 leggings). The second order was a work out outfit. (Shirt and leggings.) shirt was awesome but legging where too big for working out with. Since the small leggings where SO tight I ordered the leggings large thinking the medium would still be too small (so that might be my fault for the size but the small was really small). When working out and bending over the fabric on the legging would stretch and you could see through it a little or turn white.
I usually bought other brands for my excercise clothes, I'm a yoga teacher all over the world, and I need to keep a nice, cute and cool look, while feeling fabulous, and not spending all of my money while achieving that.
Tht's when I discovered Fabletics, and ever since, I'm buying everything from here!
I get a lot of cute comments about my clothes, I highly recommend it!

Absolutely love the leggings and other clothing, great quality and some fun colors and patterns.
The full cost is way too much. The membership cost is more reasonable, however not the greatest experience. Since styles rotate monthly, items go out of stock very quickly. I've had multiple times where I've received an item, it didn't fit, I go to exchange it, and it's out of stock in all sizes.
The monthly membership credit is a great idea, but VIP options go out of stock so quickly and leaves everyone else with least popular items and/or single items instead of full outfits, making it feel like it's not worth the money. You also need to spend exactly $49.95 to recieve free shipping, even one sent less and you're paying extra.
It's also not as "easy" to cancel as they say it is. No button to cancel on the online account settings, need to call or online chat with one of their representatives, get one last pitch and/or discount offer to try to avoid cancelation.

I want to know how to bring a lawsuite against Fabletics for not refunding money to me. It's been over 13 weeks and still no refund. I was just on the phone again today for 20 minutes and they still will not send me confirmation that the check will be sent out. I have called at least twice a month since March and still no refund.
What terrible customer service! I couldn't even make a purchase when I wanted to because everything in my size was sold out. When I tried to contact customer service I was on hold for HOURS, even trying to reconnect didn't work. I sent an email complaining about not being able to get through, only to have them respond a WEEK later, and they did not try to remedy the situation or offer me any further incentives to buy to make up for my lost time. This horrible customer service experience will ensure that I never buy this brand.
This company sucks I've tried to cancel it a hundred times. It's a pain in the $#*!. I have member credits that I can't use because I deactivated the membership. So to use them you have to reactivate your membership. I just gave this crappy company 50 bucks now that is useless. Don't join this program. Their clothing is middle of the road at best. Beware.
I have found the world of Fabletics and couldn't be happier! The clothes are ridiculously comfortable, they fit perfectly, and they arrive quickly. I will continue to grow my wardrobe with this company!

It often says one left in stock but the add to cart button does nothing when it is clicked. It is very frustrating. If it is out of stock it should just say so and if in stock limited quantity left then I should be able to purchase. One of many bugs I have experienced on this website

Ordered two pairs of workout pants and one started unthreading in the crotch area after 2 wears. I wash workout clothes carefully so no matter what kind of deal I get to buy the pants it ultimately isn't worth it if the pants fall apart so quickly. The second pair was fine but I can't get passed the quality issue I had with the other pair.

I ordered pants. Then I got pants. A binary rating system would be more appropriate here as there were only two outcomes to this scenario: 1. Getting the pants I ordered (thumbs up) or 2. Not getting the pants I ordered (thumbs down) This case, I got the pants (#1 Thumbs up) transcribing this outcome from binary to a five star system implies that the 3 stars in the middle of star # 1 (Thumbs down) and star # 5 ( thumbs up) seem to be arbitrary at best, but I will oblige accordingly as the rather frequent email requests to make a review have asked of me.

They are scam artists! Do not purchase from this company they sign you up for a payment of £49 X month. They are really average quality and not the best fit. Their VIP membership, which is the only thing you can do when purchasing means you sign up for £49 every month to be taken from your account without you actually purchasing anything. When I called their customer services, as soon as I realised, they told me they could not refund the credit even though I had not purchased anything and they kept on hanging up the phone. It is the worse company I have ever used. DO NOT USE THEM!

I love all the merchandise I've purchased. I'm very pleased. The only thing I would have done would go up a size in the sports bra because I ordered quite a few of them and they are all pretty small and tight. Besides that I love the products I've received

The shorts I bought are fantastic! Good material, good looks, and good feel. My only complain is that the 2 by 1 promo was not real. The add was promising a 2 shorts by $29.99 deal, but when you get into the website, that promo is nowhere to be found.

I will never ever purchase from this company ever again. I ordered items that were never recieved, I was sent the wrong item, I asked for a shipping return label but wad not sent one 3 times. Then I had to follow up 4 times to even get my refund. Fabletics has no logistical network and no customer service. I ordered items but spent more time following g up and trying to recieve them than I have with any other company. Terrible brand. I cancelled my vip membership.

I feel so scammed. Apparently there is a $49 "membership fee" you unknowingly sign up for when you place an order. When I tried to chat with customer service online, they said they could not cancel my subscription and that I would need to call customer service. I called customer service and it was like pulling teeth trying to get the rep to understand that I wanted to indeed cancel my subscription and that I did not want a credit to my Fabletics account, that I wanted a full refund. She eventually agreed.
Let me also say, that I love subscription services and have memberships with Stitch Fix, Graze, Birchbox and Bespoke Post; HOWEVER, these services were presented as membership services. I feel like Fabletics intention is to slip the $49.95 membership by it's customers. I suggest they enlarge the fine print fast.
I really need to cancel the subscription but I haven't figured it out. All I can do is put it on hold but it only does it for one month then I forget to turn it off and get charged. I will never buy from Fabletics again after I cancel.

You will be offered a discount (20%) on your purchase if you sign up as a VIP member. What is hidden (or certainly not made as clear as it should be), is the fact you are signing up to a monthly subscription (£44). This is not made clear, and whilst the items could not be faulted, I will not use again due to underhand tactics. I had to rate one star to submit this warning, otherwise would be zero.
I keep forgetting to sit down, go to the website, and skip that month if I do not want to order anything. I want to be a member but I am tired of being charged every month and the "having to spend my money at Fabletics when I don't need anything currently.

I already had this top in black so when I saw it available in green I jumped at it. It fits great and I love the built-in bra as it reduces the amount of things I have to wear/wash. Also, the pocket on the back fits my large phone well.

I forgot to cancel last month, no big deal, went on to pick something out. The bag I wanted was not eligible so I decided to wait until I found something that was. Went on this month to cancel and decided I would redeem my credit. Ordered and it looked like my membership fee had been applied(to certain items.) checked out and I cancel cancel for this month because I shopped but there is no indication of my other $50 credit for me to use. Why make this so difficult?

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
