I saw the deal of 2 shorts for 24 and put my email in to get the deal. I felt as though I was not told about any sort of subscription and was automatically put on it getting me charged for an extra 50 I didn't want the services for.
I got the 2 for $24 deal and I am very happy with the quality of the shorts. I didn't stick around for the monthly VIP but if you have a habit of collecting workout attire it would definitely be worth it. The fit is good, and the fabric is very soft and comfortable.

I don't like that I have to skip every month otherwise I will be charged the fee for a credit. I've forgotten to skip a few times and every time it happened upset me. I don't need to buy sports clothes that often. There should be a more flexible choice.

Very sad to see Kate Hudson's name involved with such a disreputable company. Wish I had taken the time to review this company but saw Hudson's name and did not bother. When you call to talk to anyone you get the runaround and then when I asked for a supervisor I found out that the number for customer service is in the Philipines. I had to cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging me monthly and not receiving any clothing
The clothing is decently good quality. I am not a fan of how you have to sign up to the website. It's very inconvenient to have to log in each month and skip the month, and if you forget then they bill you. I would prefer to shop freely when/if I want to so I shop elsewhere now.

Horrible business! Buyers beware. Love the leggings that I purchased in January but I was charged $49.95 in February, March, and April for some VIP membership for discounts on buying leggings and other workout wear every month! I do not need to buy leggings or workout wear every month and never knowingly agreed to be apart of the paid membership (VIP Membership). This is outrageous. I called Fabletics and they said that the fine print of the agreement is what I signed up to and they cannot refund my money. I am working with my credit card company now to dispute these charges. SHADY SHADY! Horrible way to treat customers! STAY AWAY!

I love love LOVE Fabletics! High quality products with good high quality fabric and fit. The VIP benefits are so completely worth it and love skipping the month. Only time an order didn't arrive (once out of a dozen orders) customer service was above and beyond and quickly took care of me and I got a replacement shipped quickly. I highly recommend to everyone!

They sign you up for a recurring subscription and make it hard to cancel. I was on hold for 20 minutes trying to cancel my subscription (that I did not sign up for intentionally). After getting through to a representative the call dropped as soon as I told them I wanted to cancel my subscription. When I called back I waited another 20 minutes and the call immediately dropped again.
I was charged $60 bucks a month for a recurring subscription to purchase athletic shorts. No one needs that many shirts. The Company is a scam. They're trying to prove out some DtC subscription revenue model ahead of a potential IPO, but doing it this way is dishonest. I hope someone brings forward a class-action. Also, they must be paying google to hide reviews because I've heard of so many people with the same experience but when I checked google I couldn't find. Hope people see it here.
PS - The clothes look and feel cheap.
So i look like i joined the club. Everyone is saying what i wanted to say. So here it goes. I NEVER write reviews but MAN, FABLETICS SUCKS. It is a membership scam. They charge your card unknowingly. Make it difficult to cancel and offer very poor customer service. I really dislike everything about this company! STAY AWAY.
Jazmine was very helpful. What I wanted was not available in the university park store, so she searched online and found the items and had them shipped to me.
I should also mention, I got my Christmas gifts at the same store and Pat helped my sister find the right size because my gift was too small.

I tried to return an item and it was very inconvenient so I wanted to cancel. If I cancelled, I would lose the small credit I had. It was difficult to skip a month or cancel all together.
The "member pricing" credit did not apply to sale or clearance items. I felt the entire thing was not transparent.

I love the products but I want to buy the products at a fair price without the bull$#*!. Unless I buy into their "club" the price is not fair and it's too much of a hassle. The leggings market is flooded and the strong hood compression leggings can be found in many places now extremely similar to these and it I am honest some are better (but not for the new customer 2 for $24 special)
While I love fabletics I do not love the politics of it mentioned above. So I would rather and enjoy the few pair I have now in peace than deal with the hassle of skipping months etc

Dont use these guys they automatically sign you up to a membership and charge you $70 a month for it. This is the small print you dont read. I wonder how many customers you have fooled into sugning up and they only discover when they check their credit cards. Shame on you.
Fabletics doesn't even deserve a 1 star! I am appalled at the costumer service I have experienced with this company. I wanted an exchange for some leggings that didn't fit right. It was like pulling teeth to get 4 different agents to understand I wanted to just do an exchange. The new leggings finally came after a month and they're just O. K. Not my favorite at all. But after my experience from the first time, I'll keep the damn things. Then to cancel my membership, I've tried twice... Now I have to report my card lost to get rid of Fabletics. That is so sad. I can't tell you enough how many times I have been disconnected from an agent to have to start all over from scratch. Don't waste your time people. Your better off going through Amazon or someplace else. Don't waste your time or your money!

I like the clothes but there is never a fabric content in the description. And I paid in full at the time of purchase. However it can take weeks or even months to get my items. I canceled the membership as it wasn't worth waiting for products and being charged a monthly fee and my money taken quickly and always delayed delivery times on all purchases.

I love my Fabletics leggings! I get such a great deal monthly, along with the savings! My only missing star would be that even with easy and early access, alot of the time the color and size i need will be sold out so fast i can hardly order what I want.

I placed an order and sent items back for an exchange, the warehouse missed the intake of my items, when I followed up as it was taking some time - my items that were held as reserved for exchange were cancelled and I didn't get the exchange at all. No separate email outlining a refund either.

I saw these products in a commercial starring Kate Hudson many months ago. I forgot about them until I saw them on a morning talk show this morning. I've been wearing just anything to the gym (usually black leggings and tank top over sports bra) and I really, really loved what I was seeing, now that it wasn't on skinny, skinny Kate Hudson. So I logged on to the web site and started reading reviews. OMG I've never ever read this many hateful horrific reviews. And the monthly fee kind of puts me off. I only go the gym 3x's a week - I don't need a new outfit every month. I'm staying away!
I gave fabletics a try since your first order is 2 for $24. I figured hey, why not? Well I ended up disappointed with my first order. I ordered the same style leggings, seamless solid legging and seamless high-waisted statement 7/8 and in the same exact size and one pair was significantly larger than the other. Another thing that went wrong was that they do not hold up. They fall down and that is annoying during a regular day let alone during your workout. I gave Fabletics a second try and that is when I decided to cancel my membership. The same thing happened, I ordered two pairs of leggings in the same exact size, one of them was much larger than the other. This website and brand ARE NOT worth the hype. Take your money elsewhere and spend a little extra and buy a quality product from Gymshark or P'tula. Their products live up to expectation and truly make you feel sexy yet so comfortable.

SO clothes are good quality, prices are alright, return and exchange takes FOREVER, butttt the hammer in the nail! If you want to cancel they make you call, then you sit for 5 minutes listening to an ignorant women on the other line trying every way possible to talk you into not cancelling! So irritating! I say if a site doesn't have a cancel button and you have to sign up for auto ship steeeeer clear! Such a waste of time!
Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
