Have to put a reminder to cancel on my phone each month. Have never ordered something I wore more than once. Would like to cancel but it's of course complicated to do so. Would not recommend to anyone.
I have been working out for decades, this line is trendy, priced well and made well. It holds up to intense workouts, washes well and is comfortable.
I like the idea of a memenership and outfits put together for you. It helps me stay focused on other parts of my life and it helps to get me out the door on days when I don't feel like working out. I enjoy working out, looking good and saving money, this line let's me do this all at the same time.
I work in the restaurant industry. These pants keep clean. Resist stains and are water proof! If you work in this industry. You know you have ruined many pants! We'll surprise! With fabletics, this will NEVER happen again!

Shipping is fast and the products are good quality. My favorite legging is the sculptnit. They are perfect and don't fall down much. In fact, body sweat makes the waist band stick in place, in my case at least. I have close to 10 pairs, mostly black. Lol. They are that good@

The quality of the clothes is not good. They don't fit properly, the materials feel cheap and uncomfortable. It just keeps getting worse and worse. It's always tricky to skip months, half the time and up not skipping because the second step doesn't register or something. So I have a backlog of member credits. When I do use the member credits, the clothes don't fit. So I try and take them back, I only receive like $16 as a store credit or refund. So basically you're telling me that I'm paying you $60 to get $16 worth of product. Once I finally waste the $200 of backlogged credits I have, I will be canceling my VIP membership.

The leggings are great! …but I feel like I'm getting played every month when the membership processes and then again when I go to spend the membership credits and things with widely seeming value are all listed as one member credit. The leggings aren't quite good enough to keep playing this game.

The idea is good, but after ordering a few leggings I couldn't find any new ones anymore. You can skip a month, if you don't want to pay, but I skipped several months and I just didn't find anything new that I liked.
One can only have leggings in so many colors

I sent back my order of shoes cause they were the wrong size. I ordered my replacement pair and I just got an email saying they won't be able to ship my replacement order. No refund either. They took $50 from me. I'm highly disappointed and wouldn't recommend this site to anyone!
I don't like how the credits are only allowed for select outfits. The old program was better. Also, the new skipping system sometime will charge my credit card. Bring the old program back or improve the new please.

I wish to cancel my membership - there is NO WAY to contact this company here in Australia. A phone number that is not answered - a chat line that is not manned at hours we need here in Australia.
My credit card was compromised from this company. I have ensured my bank will NO LONGER honour any more transactions from this business. However I want to cancel my membership and have my credit card number removed from the system. However this is practically impossible. I would prefer to do this privately instead of in an online review - however that does not seem possible at this time.
Please cancel my membership and remove ALL reference to me and my credit card from your system.
My bank has advised that my credit card has been compromised and has declined a transaction originating from Fabletics. They have deemed this transaction to be a compromise on my security.
All future transactions from your company will also be declined.

I have many pairs of the tights and use them to workout. Two pairs of my tights split at the seems after one wear. I have some that I have had over a year. So this is why I say sometimes good quality.

I bought my $24 outfit and now I see they've been charging me $50 every month since then for NOTHING. No one answers the phone. Freaking dirty business. Everyone should report them to the BBB so we can all get our money back!
Order was extremely long coming. Took many days to get order acknowledgement and even longer to get shipping information and then a long time to get delivery. Very unusual in the days of less than week shipping for almost everything from other companies!

I have been a member since 2015 and have purchased a lot (like thousands of dollars) from Fabletics. The value just isn't good anymore. The styles are becoming boring. They aren't as well made and you used to get a 3 piece set for the price and now you only get 2. Honestly, I'll probably be canceling my membership soon. I'm sad because I used to love them and tell all of my friends about them.

Did not realize it was a subscription. The prices you see initially are a total bate and switch. They wanted $70 for a tank top I can get a Target for $12. Trying to cancel was nothing short than a NIGHTMARE!

Harassment is the perfect word to describe the experience with Fabletics. The bombardment of emails is astounding. The requests to be removed from the email list have been ignored. It is beyond frustrating. This would be a zero star if the system allowed.

Got tricked to sign to the vip club so I won't pay delivery charges, when I bought my first out fit, 1 month later £-44 on my account, that's how much it cost to be vip member so you won't pay for delivery.
I have been a valued VIP member for many many years and my recent order has not arrived. I have not received a shipping tracking number, no confirmation that it was delivered, and when I check my order on fabletics it says "batching" I was told it has been delivered by an agent. I told him it hasn't. It's almost a 200$ order. And he did not help me at all. I have to contact the shipping company. I don't even have a tracking number. I'm a working mom. I don't have time for this. I have never had any issues until now. I have spent countless dollars monthly. You would think they would want to help and honor their valued customers to the best of their ability. And when I tried to ask more questions he ended the chat. So I couldn't. It's rude. I'm a VIP and pay good money. I want my order and it should be yours guys responsibility. Not mine. I didn't lose it. Your system has not notified me that it has been shipped or delivered.

This is a scam to get you to pay 55 bucks a month for clothing discounts that you can get without the "VIP" membership. The 20 something finance thieves running this business came up with this stupid way to create the illusion of a recurring revenue business out of a retail business and they used a very deceptive way of enrolling you in their monthly billing program. BEWARE of giving them your credit card!

I ordered a long skirt that had a tight band at the waste that was unflattering, and general tight skirt (I'm a xs-s and ordered a small). The pants I got went up too high and rolled down, even though some of the reviews raved that these pants didn't do that, unlike other Fabletics pants - the fabric was soft and comfy though! I ordered a sports bra too which had no support, it's definitely more of a lounging crop top. But I kept it cause it's pretty comfy!

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
