I loved all the shorts I got. Nice stretchy material, soft, great fit and length.
I did see serval complaints about the waist band on the fundamental shorts. I typically wear size 34w and ordered a size L. I think they fit perfect. I can run workout - with little if any adjusting.

Foolishly signed up for the membership thinking it would be worth it. Choices for members are always limited after the first month, and the membership 'credit' offers poor choices that are worth less than the cost of the credit. It's difficult to cancel and not worth the money, relies on people forgetting to skip their month to automatically charge you for poor and limited choices. Deeply disappointing.

I purchased some stuff from this brand and paid but after a month I was surprised that I got charged under the hood for an amount twice as much as what I paid, when I verified I found out that I got added i to a subscription without me knowing it!

I saw the deal of 2 shorts for 24 and put my email in to get the deal. I felt as though I was not told about any sort of subscription and was automatically put on it getting me charged for an extra 50 I didn't want the services for.

None of the clothing I ordered were of good quality, and quite frankly, didn't feel good to wear.
I jumped through hoops to get a return label, and am told that I would get refunded in a few days.
Over a weeks later I get a partial refund - about $150+ less than what was expected. I've reached out for assistance by email and phone and am still waiting for a reply. Such a scam. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I am a satisfied customer who spends more money than I should with Fabletics which speaks to their marketing and user friendly website. Orders seem to take a long time to arrive sometimes.
I never got my delivery and was very disappointed as a result. They kept posting it to the incorrect address even though I twice provided them with the correct address.

Everytime I try and place an order it takes me several days and many attempts to purchase anything. Lots of items are always out of stock. I've been trying to place a new order recently and unable to due to the system not allowing me to.

It's amazing, when I order I get it in the amount of time they say. Because I'm a member we get points for buying/ordering. These points get us free items before they expire. 10/10 experience
Signed up for VIP to get the 2 for $24 deal. A month or so later, $54.95 gets charged to my account out of nowhere. I learned that you get charged to be a VIP. They put this in small print and when you get charged for it they just blame it on you for not having read the fine print. Watch out for this - if you don't want to be charged, cancel your VIP membership immediately after purchase. You can't get a refund either, only a credit to buy something on their site.
Aside from this, their shorts are exceptional. Very comfortable and exactly as advertised.

I love all the styles for the leggings, capris & shorts. They give great compression while still being cute. I get a lot of compliments on all my Fabletics pieces. I love the buttery soft feel but still feel secure & held in.

I ordered some items and shortly after I started to get billed $57 a month which appeared on my paypal account, I called Fabletics and was explained the I had actually 'enrolled' in a club wherein I would earn points each month - As I explained the Customer Service person, I did not at the time realize I had signed up for anything that I had just made a one time purchase for which I paid. She explained that it was "an automatic" action... and that I had points to get things with, so I went I found that the things available for 'points' were not at all needed or wanted, but I went ahead and used the 'points'. I did cancelled the automatic payments to Fabletics on my Paypal account which normally works with any other subscriptions, but to my surprise I was billed again the following month for another $57. When I called Fabletics the CSR said that Fabletics overrides those cancellations and there was nothing I could do to get my money back. I then CANCELLED the subscription with him but never got my money back nor chose to use the said points. Very disappointed with Fabletics methods of taking money from customers that are not made aware of their tactics.

Ordered one of each pair of shorts, both are very comfy. Work out in one pair every time and the other is nice for relaxing. They did take a little while to ship but overall worth it and worth the deal

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!
