The clothing is not what I expected. The pants do not fit a person who is short waisted (which makes the pant waist length very uncomfortable. The fabric holds fuzz, lint, hair, etc. I was gone to Wisconsin for 6 months after my first order (as seen on TV), during this time a monthly charge was placed on my visa for approx. $54.00 (for future credit/purchase). I did not authorize this, however it has been brought to my attention that there was something in fine print indicating this outcome as a member/customer. I used my credits by purchasing each type of fabric and style of pants to see if I would like any of them. I did not. I returned several pairs of the pants for refunds. Although I received indication of an upcoming credit to my visa (refund), I have yet to see that credit to my visa. When I called to cancel this membership I was talked into skipping months. However, I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this product and their underhanded/sneaky method of sales. When I ordered my first order it was meant to be a one time order, not a life time commitment. At this point, I would like to stop the monthly charge to my visa and I would like a refund for the clothing I have returned.
I have not been getting reminder emails to "skip the month" so therefore I am accruing a million member credits. But I am getting emails about new clothing lines. Just doesn't seem right.

I needed to size up in the scrubs, but I'm short. The exchange took forever, and now all I have is very long scrubs that I cannot wear. Waste of time and money.

None of the leggings fit well and slide down all the time. The sports bras are even more ill-fitting. Very disappointing purchase. Half of the order was not even delivered for 3 weeks.

I dislike calling customer service and you have to wait a long time on chat or on the phone. Go to the physical store if you like their stuff. Overpriced and okay quality.

I used to hate leggings and sports bras because neither of them fit well. These leggings don't slide down every time I move and I can get the bras on and off even though I have a bad shoulder.

Products are not delivered on time, took more than 2 weeks to get an order and the third party shipping company did not start the shipping for 10 days from the order placement

I was offered by them some credit to shop in their store and because of that they deleted my membership and told me I can never in my life ever shop with them under my name that's so stupid

Ever since I became a member a few years ago, I refuse to wear anything else. The leggings are so comfortable and they hold me in all the right places. My favorite ones are the ones with the pockets.

The shorts with the built in liner tend to slide down my butt when I'm running around and I fear my crack is showing. I like the shorts, but don't like having to pull them up every couple minutes

Saw some underwear I liked so I ordered them. Little did I know that it was a SUBSCRIPTION! When I got charged $59.95, I called them right away to cancel this which they did, but they didn't issue a refund. After contacting PayPal, I got my refund. BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
I responded to an ad offering a $25 outfit and free shipping for new customers. Took the time to go through the site, searching for the right outfit. Finally found what I wanted (I'm a tall - hard to size, so I was super excited to see they had tall sizes, even though most of them appeared to be sold out :/) and when going to complete the transaction, saw that the "VIP" service was automatically selected. I deselected this, because I wanted to try out the quality and fit before committing - but when I unchecked the box, the offered discount went away. I started an online chat with a representative, who told me the offer only extends to those who agree to "VIP" service - a $50/mo charge.
This is deceptive advertising. If you can't even honor your own promo deal, you shouldn't offer one. And, if you're going to make your customers jump through hoops on an initial transaction, this doesn't bode well for future dealings. Also, the non-discounted price was $110 for one tshirt, one pair of yoga pants, and a sports bra. Totally lost my interest! I'll never do business with this company.
I purchased some stuff from this brand and paid but after a month I was surprised that I got charged under the hood for an amount twice as much as what I paid, when I verified I found out that I got added i to a subscription without me knowing it!

This is the worst company in the world. They con you into signing up for a "VIP" membership and then they charge you every month and NEVER have your size in anything. They also have a terrible website and you can order stuff and they will send you the wrong stuff and then try to tell you that they sent you what you ordered. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM. Avoid them at all costs...
I signed up a a Black Friday sale and was unaware I had to pay a membership fee, maybe I didn't look hard enough but it's definitely misleading that they are not upfront about that which is insanely frustrating. 2nd they are supposed to send emails apparently before they charge you an didn't receive any. Finally I call to cancel because this is ridiculous I'm not paying $70 a month and yes $70 because I'm Canadian, not the $40-$50 they advertise and don't tell you conversion will be applied, then I speak with someone who says I have $150 worth of credits on my account and I should use that first before I cancel so I say fine might as well then when I try to do just that it STILL finds a way to charge me like wtf saying I need to pay $30 so I call to cancel and this lady was nice at least but she still did try the whole credit thing on me again. Point is no way will I shop here again, very misleading and not worth the $200 I was charged FOR NO PURCHASES

I've been a member with Fabletics since Kate Hudson was on the cover of Self 6 months ago (May 2014). I haven't had a problem skipping months and in case I forget I have my calendar app remind me. I think most of the 1 star reviews are from people that somehow missed that this was a membership program. I feel for them, but I don't think that warrants calling Fabletics a scam. To me, the membership aspect of the company was made pretty clear on the website. Prices next to items are shown at two different prices, one price for VIPs and one "regular" price for non members. I find the auto pay annoying, but that's how membership programs work and their clothes have made it worth it to me.
As a stay at home mom and yogi, I live in work out clothes. I find the quality of items sold by Fabletics to be mostly on par with the big brands like Lulu, but with greater variety and clearer sizing/fit information to accommodate problem areas and varying body types. I love that I can find a top that doesn't squeeze my midsection while still supporting my chest. Plus they are constantly changing what's available on the site so you probably aren't going to show up to your next barre class matching the gal next to you. I find the designs on trend and functional. I just got a baseball tee from them with thumb holes that I LOVE! If you don't have a problem logging in every month and skipping then I think this brand can save you money.
I haven't needed to cancel the membership yet, but I will be on the lookout for the problems that others have faced on here when I do and I'll update my review if I can
I received an email not long ago about how outfits were 75% off so when I clicked the link I saw I could get outfits for 20$ so I figured why not! I read what comes with being a VIP member and I knew that being a VIP member meant being charged 49.95$ a month. But when I received the email today that I had been charged, as or they like to say "credited" 49.95$, I was caught off guard because when I bought that 75% outfit I was AUTOMATICALLY signed up. So I called to cancel and when the lady said why I said that I couldn't even remember ever becoming member so she proceeded to tell me that I was right, I had never signed up but that I automatically became a member because of that purchase.
I understand they are a business, but how is that fair?
I had no reason to take into consideration the fine print because I didn't even know it applied to me!
Love the clothes I did receive, but once I purchase for the credit I currently have, I will no longer be a Fabletics customer.
I have purchased 4 pair of pants a tank and a sports bra. All the products exceeded my expectations and I will be purchasing more in the future. The fit, quality and performance are spot on!

So being a first time customer, i wasn't sure what sizes I should get so I went with a size that usually works for me, but it was a liitle big, but when I went to exchange, they didnt have in stock any of the fundamental shorts in the size I needed. Its a quality product, i just wish I could wear it i was able to exchange for a different short, but having the size of the short I wanted would've been nice

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.

Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
