I've ordered from Fabletics before and this was my worst experience. I love their products, however, there were many issues. First, an item I ordered was canceled. I didn't find out until later that their reasoning was "inventory error" but this item was still in stock in all sizes. So they told me it was actually going to delay shipping so they canceled it. I would have thought there would be some communication with me, the customer, before someone would be canceled due to delay in shipping. Three of my items shipped but it took forever to arrive. Pitney Bowes is one of the worst shipping companies I've ever dealt with and I don't understand why companies still choose to use them. They never update tracking and everything is always way late. It seems like it always gets stuck "in transit" in Indiana. A week later I get another shipping confirmation for my last item which I didn't receive until after 15 business days from when I placed my order. That prompted a refund but makes me question why my other item had been canceled when this one took too long. Customer service wasn't too helpful. I was given a 20% coupon in my account which I have yet to see. Makes me wary to order again.

I love this brand and their leggings, athletic tops, and bras. I also love how they highlight monthly/quarterly design lines with celebs who inspire them. I have been wearing their leggings for several years. I have branched out to tops and now bras because as a full busted yet fit woman some tops don't cover or fit well. I further support by being a vip member and getting my young teen daughters on board with your products. But recently I have failed to align with your celebrity line promotion in regard to YITTY and the shaping items. I'm looking for the next season of cute leggings and such and they really aren't there to be found. I know fitness is for everyone but i feel shaping products aren't about fitness. Or being fabulously athletic. I can be patient with the promotion to a broader demographic that may not be readily attracted to working out and fitness. But I was initially attached to this brand and products because it fit me. Someone who is active often and in multiple fascists. I look forward to the next line or season of products to come back in line with higher active ladies like me because I absolutely adore the styles and fabrics. The support the leggings provide is top tier. The tops are super cute too.

I like Fabletics's styles and fit for the most part. There are some styles that have clearly cheaper material that either thins or frays.
Zippers in the back of my pants for a pocket where it has been styled to fit something seems like a good idea in theory, but it's never a comfy spot to put something and doesn't fit a whole lot anyway. So it's really just uncomfortable to have a zipper digging into my skin w all the yoga I do lying down flat on my back.
My other issues: having rewards of any kind expire is just so ridiculous to me. I spent a lot of money, my rewards shouldn't expire. I just saw how many points I lost and it's upsetting… That's what's ultimately leading me to cancel my membership. It feels like I'm being taken advantage of and I don't like that for having spent so much money here. Treat your customers better than that!
Also, I can tell by the sales you have that you're overcharging on regularly priced items, and big time! I never buy unless it's a sale. If you're reducing a pair of pants to 17 dollars that I originally got for 80, that tells me I'm being ripped off when I buy regularly priced items. Your customers aren't stupid..

The shipping experience was absolutely terrible, and it's ridiculous that you have to sign up for VIP at checkout you have no choice to have or not have VIP also, VIP is extremely expensive, but I can just pay full price for the leggings

We ordered over a month ago, and still have yet to receive anything. No communication from Fabletics customer service, I finally had to contact them. They just casually said it was still in the warehouse waiting for shipment because of problems with FedEx. I get that some things are out of their control, but so many things are in their control. Like a discount on the next order, or at some point just comping the order, or even just giving some type of credit on the account. Minimum would be keeping me updated on their own so I'm not left wondering what happened to my order. I shouldn't have to contact them if they are having issues, they should be reaching out to me. Having tracking on their shipments automatically given to us would also be helpful. AND when I did contact them and I was worried about returns if something didn't work (being it was so far out from the order date) she said that with my status we could always return for an account credit. UM NO, that's not okay! It's not my fault it's taking now over a month to get to me. If I return something I should get a refund as I normally would have. This may be the last order I place with them.

I ordered my daughter several items for xmas, received less than half the order. Checked our account and it said we received all the items. Have had to make 3 different calls and spent hours on the phone w/ customer service only to be lied to and magically added to a subscription. 2 of the items were out of stock/back ordered but we were never informed of this. We had to call to figure all this out and get them to send the other 6 items we had yet to receive. Apparently, they were just not going to send them. We were told we would receive the items in 3-5 business days and are now being told they won't be here before xmas. Initially, we were told we would be refunded for the out of stock items in 1-2 business days. Now they say they have to send a check which will take 4-6 weeks. We have been lied to every step of the way and I suspect I will not be seeing a refund check as I have no trust in what this company says. It seems they tell you one thing to appease you with no intention of fulfilling their obligation. There shipping department is miserable. At this point, I want what I paid for and I want my refunds back as soon as possible and I will never shop with Fabletics ever again. I will also be letting everyone know how they do business.

I placed my first order in early Aug, I replaced the same order (due to I never received it) mid Aug and 3 weeks later I was told that Hurricane Florence got my clothes. I really wanted to know why she needed them... she doesn't even wear clothes. My order was being shipped to GA so why would it be on the East Coast. ANYWAYS... I called in for a refund and was told early October that it was being processed and it would take 8-12 weeks to process. I called back mid October and was told that my refund was NEVER PROCESSED. I emailed the corporate office and the executives... in which I found there names online... and they never responded. THIS COMPANY SUCKS AND IS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Not too bad for a first time ordering from fabletics. I had a not so great experience with PayPal but better experience now. I will order again.
I like the outfits I've received. The ones I like are out of stock sometimes. Sometimes the site glitches when I use it.
I purchased my first outfit for not $25 but $29.97 (site states $25). No biggie it was a cute outfit and $4 extra with no shipping... OK. I added item to my cart and kept shopping (btw, they give you an hour to shop). So I figured I would look around. I saw a pair of adorable pants that were 59 down to 39 down to 19.97. I put them into the cart and went to check out. The checkout gave me two prices $169 and $69. Not the $49.94 I was expecting, I immediately called them and they tried to tell me that it would have been that price had that been my first outfit, but it was my second item so therefore i had to pay 39 for the pants. NOT! I told them that if that was the case they should have the page refresh once you add your first item... the page should then refresh to actual prices and not try to lure you to add items at a special price. Needless to say, I accepted the order only because they gave it to me@ $49.94 and honestly 35 minutes later not sure if it was worth it. We shall see. As soon as my order arrives I will be canceling my membership and DARE them to charge my card. STAY AWAY!
I have been a faithful Fabletics VIP member for more than 5 years. So when I tried contacting them about an undelivered order, all I get is the runaround! Firstly, every phone number tried doesn't work, so I don't even know how anyone thinks it's "easy" to cancel or communicate with them and so I did the ridiculous live chat option. Both agents have given me nothing but the runaround and continue to make me wait 5 days everytome I inquire and then gaslight and outright lie to me about about I placed my order! It's not rocket science as the site actually confirms I placed my order on the date I specified but the agents continue to attempt to tell me that I can't count the days! I am so angry that if this isn't resolved by the 19th, I will be canceling a membership that has been apart of my life for longer than 5 years. I'd rather go elsewhere and spend my hard earned dollars with a company that actually cares about its customers - and where customer loyalty means something. I have been writing positive reviews for Fabletics for years and that stops today.

I have been a Fabletics VIP customer since 07/2015. Have not had any problem Skipping Months, monthly charges, etc. I have purchased seven outfits over a 12 month period and find the quality very good though a bit on the small side so I order one size up.
Recently a friend purchased an outfit for my birthday at the South Park Mall in Charlotte NC. He knows my normal size is an 8 so purchased a tank top in Small and capris in Medium. Though the items fit, the outfit was tighter than I prefer. I attempted to exchange the items at the store for the next larger size but the manager would not allow it as I did not have a receipt and the purchaser did not open an account. As I was on my way home - I live over two hours away - I decided I would contact the company customer service. The first CR told me the same as the store manager. I asked to be moved up the line. Getting the same response, I was furious. Finally after a very lengthy conversation with the Supervisor, she is sending me a new outfit as a courtesy for being a long term customer.
Bottom line is that it is difficult to deal with this Customer Service but if you do not give up you will get a result. I told the CR that something needs to be done with this policy. Hopefully I will get the promised outfit.
Great material. I love the lined shorts. I'm a tall guy (6'4) and the 7" lined short fits me really great in a fashionable way (not TOO short, but also not basketball shorts.

I was VIP for at least a couple of years. I set reminders to skip each month, skipping not as convenient as it's made out to be with only 5 days to skip. I ended up paying 5 times, only once was intentional, once I tried skipping but didn't click through enough pages to actually skip (lesson learned) for this one I did get a refund from their Facebook support.
The other 3 charges were on me literally just forgetting so I let it go and kept the credits. Now, this could just be a me problem but I really don't think 5 days is long enough to skip - they are probably betting on people like me forgetting every now and then. I finally used up the 2 last credits I accidentally paid for before they EXPIRED (yes your credit that you paid 50 bucks for expires after a year) and I dropped my subscription to be free of the monthly burden of remembering to skip fabletics.
That all being said, the products I received were great and good for the cost of the credit.
I wouldn't recommend staying a VIP member for more than a month unless you really need a ton of fitness clothes.

I felt over worked by the management as they did not have enough staff. On top of that I was disrespected by the store manager when I had asked for time off because of urgent medical appointment.

Answer: I did read the fine print, as stated, which you find out when you are about to place your order. Those few who LOVE Fab would have you believe, that we are dolts and can't figure out this "club" has you by the short hairs once you order 1 outfit... the hook is set. So if you wanna hassle with the $49.95 charge that you may or not remember to decline each month, see the charges on your card, only to find you have "store credit" instead of the charges removed... then by all means, place your order. As far as the 16% "like" rate at the top, THAT in itself should let you know, steer clear. It took me MANY attempts just to stop their emails from coming to me... finally!
Answer: Hi Heidi I really would cancel as soon as possible because if you don't you will be charged whether you buy anything or not. Do it now because if not before 5th, you will be charged. You have to do this every month it's really not worth the hassle, I would buy from the high street at least you know where you stand. Also, I am assuming Myka works for the company! There are very few positive comments about this company I would steer well clear.
Answer: I rang my bank and told them to stop any future payments leaving my account. When I finally got through to fabletics, I had the worst most arrogant a***hole in customer services so I wouldn't bother wasting your breath
Answer: When I cancelled, I made sure that I used up every dime of credit because I was pretty sure that this shady company would take the credit I was owed. Someone should start a class action suit against them. They just do whatever they want...
Answer: The best thing to do is to use your credit and buy something in the amount you were charged and then call to cancel your membership. You can try to get them to reverse the charges but chances are you won't get it back. Don't cancel until you use the money you already paid though!

Answer: Unfortunately this company is corrupt. You'll have to call relentlessly until they answer. I cancelled over the phone successfully. Leave a post with your negative experience getting a hold of someone to cancel.

Answer: No you are not. Cancel it asap and then you won't get charged the monthly subscription charge. Best to call them and cancel it over the phone, and then send an email stating that you called and that they promised to cancel the account just as back up.
Answer: I think you should be okay! Canceling it is easy but I really doubt they'll send you a bill! I used it for a while and had no problems until this one but they were so beyond rude :( unless they have your billing information they can't just charge you!
